Nice but a little walk to get to”
This is a very nice and modern hotel. We stayed in a 3 single bed bedroom. Very clean. Includes pajamas and slippers to relax which was nice. Has all the toiletries you would need. Has a mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea, tv, mobile traveler guide. The rooms have a shower, but there is also a hotel public bathhouse that you could join in that was nice and clean and relaxing. Only issue is that the hotel is a bit of a walk to get to from the nearest train stations. It's nice that there is a large Aeon across the street though. Otherwise a nice hotel to stay at.

Great location if you need to go around Odaiba. Shuttle service provided to nearest station. Decent facilities for the price. Breakfast is repetitive so you may want to consider if you are staying for more than 4 days. Will still consider this when I return

Large room for resonable price”
It's not a fancy location and a bit far from eateries and shopping streets but as soon as the bus lines are figured out, travelling from and to various Tokyo district becomes much easier. I liked the modern interior design.

Excellent Staff”
Pros: 1.) Has 7/11 right next to the hotel and Aeon Shinonome mall in front. 2.) Near Teamlab Planet and just stations away from Odaiba. 3.) Shuttle from the Hotel to Toyosu Station (Check their latest shuttle hours) 4.) HANDY phone which is super convenient! (personal hotspot, local calls, room to room calls and requesting amenities) Cons: 1.) Far from city center 2.) Shuttle not 24/7. Also, we requested for shuttle for Tokyo Disneyland, unfortunately, we were not informed about the changes. But the one that really stands out is their customer-centric staffs. Why? 1.) Early check-in! After a long hours of travel, this is what we really need. 2.) Assistance in directions and airport transfers. Thank you for accommodating us.

Affordable but a little far from the station”
Very affordable but a little from Toyosu station. Need to ride taxi or bus going to the hotel. The hotel room that we stayed was very clean and enough for all of us.

The hotel staffs are great. The reception, the room was clean and neat. ”
Only the issue I noticed was there was a customer who was a topless walking. Probably he was out of the bath... however, except that we had a wonderful time. Also on the first night we ate at the restaurant. Nice quiet restaurant with good foods and reasonable prices.

Too limited parking lots at the hotel”
It will be great if hotel can provide more parking space. I spent ¥5600 to park overnight at Aeon mall as suggested by the Front desk. On the second night I found coin parking lots right behind the hotel and it just cost me ¥700 for overnight parking! I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me this option!

Inflexibility parking rates even for guests.”
We have rented a car over our trip and on some days we requested to park in the hotel for an hour, to freshen up before we head out again. The hotel staff only gave us 30 minutes free parking and keep checking on us if we have moved the car. We understand that it's the hotel policy if we were to park the car over night and be charged, that fine. But they could give us some flexibly to park for free during the day time instead of keep wanting to charge us, not more its just less than an hour.

Hotel asked us to support the eco plan, and offering us a drink, I would like to suggest them to offer the coupon of drink, instead of telling them the room number, that will be more convenient to us, and we will be more willing to support.

1) lack of knowledge of staff on direction to places by bus 2) clean and neat 3) why have choice between make-room and free bottled water. Complimentary water is a norm for all hotels Everyday. 4) check out time is 10am. Unusual as hotels in Asia is usually 12 noon.

New hotel but challenging to locate”
Modern hotel located 15 mins away from train station. Nice room and onsen though small. Navigation in car and Google map lead us to old Bay hotel besides huge dumpster warehouse. Terrible experience driving to the hotel with expensive parking fees of JPY2,000 per night.
