It's my second time to stay at this property. Although my room now was smaller, It's very convenient. It's near the station. And there are lots of convenience stores nearby. A donqui is also in the area. However, Kamata has a little bit of "red light district" feels. If you don't go to that side though, all else is ok.

Lots of restaurant nearby. Tayiyaki near the station is outstanding! Excellent service as they helped me to move my luggage to the room after they received it from Yamato. Room is not small compared to other Tokyo hotel that I stayed so it's a very good experience

Clean budget hotel with good access to Haneda airport and Tokyo”

Like most budget hotels, the rooms are small but clean and well equipped. Kamata station (20 minutes to central Tokyo) is a 3 minute walk; Kamata Keikyu station (20 minutes to Haneda airport) is a 10 minute walk. Kamata itself has a lot of nice bars and restaurants.

Easy to commute by JR. Adjacent to Lawson and a big supermarket with plenty of foods on the 1st floor, home appliances and clothes on 2nd floor, Daiso on 3rd floor. After around 10 pm, there is 20-50% price reductions on sashimi, sushi and meal boxes. Stayed for 14 nights, good value for money.

Clean room and good facilities”

Myself and my family enjoy our 2 nights stay in Kamata Mystay hotel, The location is a bit inside the aisle. but still considered closed to train station and quite number of varieties of local food restaurants besides the area. The area also very near to shopping malls. The room is great, although the toilet equipment are considered quite old but still acceptable. Very recommended place to stay.

Fantastic budget hotel. ”

I booked at short notice after the disgusting state of an Airbnb property in Kamata, needed somewhere close so as not to move luggage too much. Glad I booked Mystays, it was a very comfortable and well priced hotel. The staff were fantastic. Kamata was a good base to explore Tokyo from.

Comfortable stay”

I was only there for a night as we got there around 11pm just to sleep and head to Takayama the next morning. Although it was short, it was a comfortable stay. The room was clean and close to the train station.

Standard Japanese Hotel room but well furnished”

I love my stay here although it's only one-night stay, had chosen this hotel mainly due to its proximity to the airport. There's a shuttle bus 5-min away from the hotel that goes directly to the airport at half hour intervals. Room is small but it doesn't feel cramped at all, very neat and well furnished. Free wifi is fast and I'm quite pleased with the customer service in general. Hotel is very near to JR train station but a bit of distance to Tokyo station (22min). It's quite near to Shibuya area compared to Ueno or Akihabara.

better than many other hotels near haneda”

it's the second time i booked this hotel, this time in a larger room shared with a friend. i still believe that it is one of the best offerings in the haneda airport area in terms of quality and price; but i still cannot believe that, in a super-accessorized and very new airport hotel, there is no wi-fi in room. also, this time the mobile phone signal was also extremely weak. so, if you're looking for an airport hotel only for the few hours you need to sleep, this would be a good option; if you also plan to do some work or chat with your family, you need to pick up a different choice.

Nice hotel, near to airport”

I love to stay at this hotel, though it might not easy to find. you have to search the internet really carefully before you travel to this hotel. Hotel is clean, room size a bit small, shower is great! food can be a problem in this hotel location. But travelling from this hotel to other parts of Tokyo is very easy. This is a very nice hotel, if you have a budget travelling. will come back to this hotel again,

A beautifully systematic small hotel”

As I arrived at Haneda after midnight and had a meeting in downtown Tokyo at 10, I decided to book this place because it was the only one available in the airport area. I didn't expected much but I have been much more satisfied than with the Toyoko Inn chain hotels that I usually book in cases like this: the room is almost the same size, but much more accessorized and beautifully designed; the bathroom is by far larger than any other business hotel I have visited until now, and I was surprised by the quality of the amenities (in particular the body soap and shampoo, miles away from the "smell cheap for the rest of the day" thing you got from similar hotels). Only issues: the hotel is quite difficult to find, and while it's not so far away from the train station (in the morning it took me 5 minutes walking), if you get there after dark you'd probably better take a taxi to get there. Also, the rooms were supposed to have Wi-Fi, but I couldn't catch the signal from my room, and also the telephone signal was very unstable on a SoftBank network.

This is the second hotel I've stayed at in Kamata. The entire area is great! Cheap and easy bus ride away from Haneda airport, with the bus line still running close to midnight. I don't know how long this particular hotel has been in operation, but the building still has a "new" feeling to it. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and gave us a wireless access point to take to our room for free wifi. The grocery store is literally a two minutes walk away and is open until 1am! All in all, I was very satisfied with this pick.

Great Service with a Smile”

No doubt, the room is small but very clean. The hotel is near Haneda International Airport, approximately 15 minutes taxi ride. In fact, I stayed in this hotel as a transit point for my morning flight at Haneda. There are quite a number of eateries and convenience shops around the hotel.

this hotel is very close to the airport. my parents was very pleased when they reach the hotel and greet by the friendly staff. they had a great rest after a long flight from malaysia. after the stays, they are so surprise when i told them about the hotel's room price. it is highly worth it and we would recommend this hotel to our friends and family in malaysia.

Nice hotel”

Rooms are bigger than the one i stayed in Tokyo. The price was reasonable as we had to catch a very early flight out from Haneda airport and there was no bus or train from Haneda at such early hours. There is a bus that runs to Haneda from 4.10am for every half an hour. We missed the bus and had to take a cab to the airport and costed 2450yen, which is still way cheaper than taking the cab from Tokyo.
