This is our second time staying in this hotel. Staff has improved. Able to communicate in English far better. Room are clean and comfortable. Located near the Ginza Line subway. Inaricho station (G17). Easy access to Family Mart, 7-11, Lawson and McDonalds.

The room was just right for 2 adults and my 6 year old. Room was cleaned everyday. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. And the hotel was a few steps away from a grocery store, convenience store and the Inaricho Station. 🙂

No frills check in and check out. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. Just a 10 min. Walk from ueno station and 3 min walk from inaricho station

Excellent location, clean modern hotel, friendly staff”
What's not to like? It's clean, convenient, new hotel. Location is only a few minutes walk from Inaricho Station (Ginza line), so many shops nearby (McD, Family Mart, etc). The staff are very friendly and helpful. I love this place.

I stayed 3days at this hotel. Staff was welcoming. But some of them not so much. The room was cleaned every day during our stay. The hotel is located near the station. It was really comfortable. Because near the hotel have a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, and convenient stores.

All is perfect. The staff are so mind service and very kind to help me. My recommendation is it will be good if a hotel provide a slop path infront if the hotel like the others,instead of using ladder to carry a things.

Me and my family loved our stay here! What we liked the most was the location. It's in the quiet part of the city but very accessible to the train station (Inaricho). And also, it's really close to the Skyliner- Keisei Ueno station (airport train). So going to and fro the airport was a breeze! Clean and comfortable bed. The staff were all friendly and accomodating too. Recommended.

Down side is the room is very small. However like the cleanliness of the room, the shower with strong stream of water. Comfort bed & daily clean of room. This hotel has three convenience store nearby, Lawson, 7-11 & Family Mart. Short walking distance to Ueno station and Ameyoko market with lots of restaurant, food and shopping. The famous Ichiran ramen is also nearby.

The hotel is about 10 to 15 min walk to Ueno Station. It is easy to find. Room size was jist right for us (triple room). There are many convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast needs to be improved.

Perfect for simple, on-the-go families or tourists”
Perfectly located (280m to Inaricho Station; 900m to Ueno station and thus, Ueno Park, Tokyo National Museum, Tokyo Science and Nature Museum, Ueno Zoo, Shinobazu Pond, etc.) so it was easy to get around. Quiet neighborhood with quaint houses and shrines. Plenty of convenience stores, groceries and restaurants nearby. Very clean and comfortable. We got a queen-sized bed for my family of three (seven year old). A wee bit tight but after a whole day of touring and commuting, we didn't really care haha. Pillows and mattresses were great. Room came with basic amenities: small ref with freezer, a desk, bedside panel to control lights, hot shower, bath tub, facial foam, shampoo, conditioner, and my favorite: pajamas! Our room was a bit small so can be a bit challenging if you have plenty of luggage (we had one large and two small). Staff is friendly and helpful. They loan out umbrellas on rainy days. Not for the traveler looking for amenities and facilities such as a gym or pool.
