Great room with great view. It was only a standard room but elegantly decorated, however too much furniture - probably could loose a chair. Good location, great food and drink offering in the lounge. Staff attentive and absolutely amazing, so professional.

Don't waste your money”
The Execute Zen is on 11th & 12th floor of the Main building of the New Otani, not even the top floors. You are still staying at the new Otani, just on an "upgraded" floor. The rooms are no bigger than the rooms at the New Otani main building. For the price, I expected larger rooms. The rooms are nicely appointed, but small. They advertise as a 5-star hotel, but service and facilities are not 5-star accommodations. You are sharing the facilities with all the other people at the New Otani who paid 1/2 the price. There is no priority for the guests of the Executive Zen at the restaurants or bar. The facilities of the New Otani are OK, but reminded us of a bad Las Vegas hotel. There is a separate front desk of the Executive Zen, where they were attentive. The Lounge for the Executive Zen is minimal. Don’t waste your money at the Zen. Either stay at a true 5-star hotel or just stay at the New Otani and save yourself the money.

I came with my wife and 18 month baby. We were supposed to stay 2 days. I came down with a really severe influenza and now my baby has it. So we are staying another 3 night and possible more. The staff is absolutely perfect, not just in responding but also in anticipating our needs.

Enjoyed our stay in New Otani Zen very much. To be fair the hotel has a bit of a walk to all the nearby metro stations. But the service is really good and I will definitely go back again next time.

Fantastic hotel in an amazing city”
There are too many positives to fit into 1000 characters. I booked a night at the Executive Zen for my wife's 30th birthday and from the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty. The staff were helpful and informative, the room had everything and more and came with stunning views of Mt Fuji and Tokyo Tower. The hotel staff contacted me before our staff and booked a table in the Sky Bar (which is a must) for pre-dinner drinks and the Tower Buffet for dinner. The only con to our stay, the food at the Tower Buffet did not reflect the price we paid for the food. The views were excellent from the 40th floor but it was a shame the food did not match it. However, that's not to say the food wasn't good, it just wasn't value for money. All in all we recommend this hotel, 10/10, and well worth the visit even if it for only one night.

Anniversary”
This was a special anniversary getaway with the focus being on eating at La Tour d'-Argent restaurant. The restaurant was truly first class.The staff at the executive house zen made our stay extra special. Glad we spent the money; glad we stayed here. A bit expensive, but knew that going in.

入住酒店的行政房，可以去行政吃饭，但是小孩不让使用游泳池，酒店顶层有个小花园，带着孩子在上面跑跑草地还挺好的

executive room 이용. 사우나, GYM 등 이용이 가능하며, 일본식 정원이 딸려 있어 호텔에서만 있어도 지루하지 않음. 또한 4개의 조식 식당이 있어서 다양하게 즐길 수 있었으며, 룸또한 고층으로 탁트인 시야를 가지고 있어 방에만 있어도 답답한 느낌이 없음. 라운지에서 다양한 안주와 생맥주, 와인, 샴페인을 제한없이 제공하고 있으며 뷰가 좋아서 아침, 점심 과식으로 배가 부르다면 라운지에서 간단히 부담없는 저녁 및 주류를 즐길 수 있어 더할 나위가 없음. 또한 아카사카와 가까워 10분만 걸어나가면 다양한 음식점과 주점이 가득하고, 현지인들과 동일한 식당에서 즐길 수 있으며, 긴자, 롯폰기, 시부야 의 지하철 이용한 접근성 또한 뛰어남. 컨시어지에서 친절하게 이동 경로 및 지하철 출구까지도 설명을 해주어 대중 교통 이용에도 어려움이 없었음. 공항 가는 리무진 버스 예약 및 탑승 안내를 해주기에 귀국 길도 편하였음. 주변이 대법원, 국회의사당 등 소재지로 치안은 말할 필요도 없음. 단연코 최고.

さすが老舗ホテル”
以前から禅クラスのお部屋に宿泊したいと思っていました。 その他のクラブフロアが有るホテルは泊まってきましたが、時代なのか気遣いのあるもてなしが減ってきたように思われます。 そのような中でこちらのホテルは若いスタッフの方から気遣いが感じられ 今後も楽しみなホテルだと思うことができました。 また 是非宿泊させていただきます。

施設の古さを多少感じるが趣があって良い。スタッフは文句なしの完璧な対応。評判のラウンジ・最強の朝食は美味しいの一言。無料で利用できるスパもゆっくり楽しめた。また訪れたいと心から思った。
