The staff is very helpful. Will aid if you need early or late check in/out. Schedule taxis/COVID tests. And they are all perfectly fluent in English.

The room is Cold and No Internet as Advertised said Free WiFi. You can’t even log in and a login Password is a ghost number! For god sake Updated the Internet service for customer. . I ended up Buy SIM cards outside. Plus No Shampoo, I requested one king bed for two when I booked for online. Got to the room they gave us the two twin beds. Omg. I'm tired from 24hours trip from Cusco, I just leave it and rest. The important is the internet. Omg. No wifi!!

Felt like home.”
The staff at Hotel Sagarnaga were warm and welcoming. I felt at home. The location is great, plenty of hot water, internet good and a restaurant downstairs if you don't feel like going out to eat. I would stay without hesitate. Saludos al Luis!

Excellent stay”
Perfect location on Sagarnaga street with all the tourist shops on the doorstep!!Staff were really friendly and helpful. We got airport pick up from the hotel - would HIGHLY recommend it, especially if arriving after dark. The room was spacious, the bed was really comfy and the shower was lovely!WiFi in reception was great, but request a room with WiFi if it's a priority as it's not very strong in some rooms. Breakfast(tea, coffee, toast, fruit) is also included which was a nice surprise! I would definitely recommend staying here!

We won't be back”
Booked 2 separate stays there before and after our Rurrenabaque trip (3 months in advance). We booked a double room but they didn't have any available when we first arrived. We were tired and just wanted to sleep so we just went with it and moved to a double room the next day. There were no towels in our first room. When we got back, they again didn't have a double room available and said we could "maybe" get one tomorrow. We didn't have towels in our room on the initial stay, the lift was broken, the wifi only worked intermittently in our rooms, we stay in 4 different rooms over the 2 stays. We shouldnt have gone back.

Simple but has everything you need”
We only stayed one night as we were passing back through La Paz. We had stayed in two other places in La Paz previously. This was the best for location and room had everything you needed, we were high up so it wasn't that loud which was great. Wifi in our room. Hotel staff helpful. Room was clean but bathroom was cold, no biggy. Room was ok size, TV worked well. Check out was ok - tried to charge me more but I showed them the booking so they changed it to lower amount. Give yourself some time before leaving to do this! Taxi to airport - they were a bit cheeky here as we asked to book a taxi to airport but they charged us more than the going rate (we have taken 3 taxis to and from airport to this area previously) but they said it was because they had an agreement with a taxi company that was safe, reliable and good cars. We thought ok as it was a little awkward to get a cab in early hours of the morning - the car the next day was awful - I swear it could have fallen apart whilst driving but then again not all taxis are great! But being charged more for this annoyed us.

Can't complain as the location was more than perfect. Cheap and convenient the hotel is a little run down but a hot shower and warm blankets were good. Wifi in the lobby and jam toast for breakfast, not that i ate there as the cafe directly next door was amazing cheap food definitely recommend trying this out. The whole street was filled with markets, restaurants and death road booking companies. I recommend this hotel 😃

Great Location ”
Hotel Sagarnaga is in a great location. Really central with a few minutes walk to the main square, lots of restaurants and the Witches Market.

Hotel is in the center on a good location. Wifi is fine in the lobby area, but did not work in the room.

Great Location, Friendly Service”
Great location on Sagarnaga Street, easy acces to provisions, restaurants, shopping area, Witches Market, St Francisco church, plenty of tour agencies, all, within a 10min walk. Easy access from LPB airport also, with the highway, just took 30min even with traffic. Counter staff are super helpful and all speak good English. Wifi in rooms can be improved though, very weak signal. But wifi at lobby is tremendously fast.

a little bit expensive compare to local hotel price I just booked for 1st nite, so i dont have to carry all my staff and lookin for a place to stay. there is hot water, and all day breakfast but internet is slow. level 5&6's room will have snow mountain view

Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier touristique et très proche de toutes les agences de voyage. En revanche, petit déjeuner pas très copieux, douche et literie d'un certain âge, ascenseur très lent. Chambre chère pour ce que c'est.

Befriedigend”
Las paredes parecen de cartón, ya que se escucha todo de una habitación a otra, además el baño no tiene extractor de aire, provocando que todos los olores y vapor se conserven dentro de la habitación. El servicio del personal es excelente, sin embargo, las instalaciones no son buenas

Bra läge i stan . Nära till turistattraktioner som häxmarknaden mm. Det finns flera restauranger nära hotellet t ex Layka som serverar Boliviansk mat. Det ligger ett svenskt café i grann huset om man blir sugen på en våffla eller andra enklare rätter eller som en variation till hotell frukosten.
