Hotel is close to restaurants,shops,train station & supermarket. Expect room to be extremely small even for a short person (photos advertised is a a true and fair representation of the room). Staff try to help but have limited english, use google translate.

Not recommended.. first, i asked for wifi, they gave me router (and i have to configure it) Aircon not working.. so they gave me electric fan! Good thing its very cold in Tokyo when i visit.. but not recommended if its summer and aircon is not working.. you will definitely get sweaty inside.. I used the bath tub and it flooded when i flushed the water out.. totally a budgeted hotel..

Avoid this hotel. No functioning Aircondition in the rooms. Ended up like in a sauna. No room wifi”
On arrival at the reception, I specifically requested that the room must have a functioning aircondition, as I had read previous reviews about the faulty aircondition. However the room I was given did not have one, despite assurances the room would cool down. I ended up covered in perspiration after my shower. The second room on the 7th floor, that I was switched to, was hardly any better. There is also no WiFi in the rooms. The staff do not speak any English. Avoid this hotel !!!!!! And I have never ever given any of the hundreds of hotels I stayed in such a bad review!

at night I can smell a very strong smoke. I dont know where the.smike smell come from. the smell made me suffocated. very much not comfortable. window can be opened. but during my stay, it was drizzled. so I didn't open the window.

Not at all near to Waseda University. But, when I checked it shows only 1.4 KM. That was very bad information. Also, what n I check in internet it shows 48000 KRW, but that detected amount is 51000 KRW. So, I not at all satisfied with anything with agoda and that hotel.

A run-down place”
+ The hotel has got a good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. - WIFI system is totally old, you need to borrow a modem which you need to wire up. Lobby and rooms are smelly from old carpet. New paint and wallpaper would bring it all up. My first and last stay.

For people on a budget”
Cheap hotels in Tokyo are few and far between, so one that is located next to Tokyo Dome and one station away from Akihabara for around 10,000 yen is a welcome find. The room was small and not the most modern, but your not in Tokyo to stay in your hotel, so this shouldn't matter. The room was not that well lit, so if you really hate dark rooms, this might not be to your liking.

Near at Tokyo Dome and JR station”
This is a great place for adult and not for young children, maybe the building is very old and carpet, that is why its look dusty. I take a look underneath the bed, I saw lots of dust, it seems they didnt clean for a long time. But this hotel is very near at Tokyo Dome, JR station and other attractions for young children. also, all staff (at reception) are very excellent helping us and they are english speaking.

Carísimo y cutre”
El hotel es carísimo sobre todo para lo que es, el personal no habla ni papa de inglés y tampoco se esfuerzan mucho por comunicarse, la habitación es regulará, el futón incómodo, el hotel viejisimo,solo hay wifi en recepción, la ubicación lejos de todo menos de una parada de metro de la que tardas 30 min en llegar a shinjuku y 20 a Tokyo station, por lo demás no hay nada en la zona. Lo único que se salva es el desayuno que está muy bien,rico y abundante pero por lo demás no lo recomendaría ni a un enemigo.

设施太旧了，房间还一股烟味，最主要窗户有了和没有一样，完全不通风，空调还吱吱作响，一晚上没睡着，没有下次了！

房间干净，但设施比较陈旧，充电插头只有二个，浴室只有洗发液没有淋浴液，介绍前台有中文服务但我没遇到，简单英日文混杂交流没问题。最大的缺点是不好找，半夜到酒店附近兜了好几圈没找到，后来问一个不知穿的是什么制服的大叔他也不知道陪我绕了二圈也没找到门，后来还是遇到边上一个居酒屋的大婶出来问了才找到，建议酒店晚上在门口立个灯箱或者玻璃门上贴上夜光的文字，实在太难找了
