Great location and wonderful staff”
I spent more than 3 months of the past few staying at Tavinos. The rooms are small but functional and well thought out with under bed storage. Strong shower, AC, good wifi and comfortable beds. Tavinos staff were always very attentive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Special thanks to Shizue and Esther for always making sure everything was ok and clarifying anything that needed extra translation, it was a pleasure to meet such internationally minded and friendly hoteliers. The location is a beautiful, convenient, and surprisingly quiet area in the heart of Tokyo with easy connections to everywhere. Looking forward to returning later this year.

Newly build hotel with fascinating decoration”
Nothing fancy but all necessaries facilities are equipped very well and made the limited space in a room is not a problem...we even feel that the using space is more than APA. The decoration is also nice and interesting, making our stay so lively and f The location is nice as it closes to JR Hamamatsucho, Metro Daimon Station for traveling around Tokyo and Hamamatsucho Monorail station for a direct train to Haneda Airport. You need to get off JR from North Exit then turn right and go straight until you find Family Mart at the end of the road and the hotel is next to that. If you have big luggage , you can find the elevator only in the South Exit, so after passing the ticket machine of South Exit, turn right to use the escalator down and then turn right , walking to the end and just before the exit you will find the elevator on the right. Taking it down to the 1st floor , walking up to the street then turn right ( you can see Tokyo tower on the left )

The location is privileged: you can reach almost anywhere in Tokyo by the three different stations next to the hotel. Also you have a convenience store and several restaurants near the hotel, so you can have breakfast or dinner right away from/to the hotel. The room concept is great: there is just enough space for the bed (excellent matrices), TV, a great shower and a toilet. You don't need more. There is complementary free coffee in the lobby and the staff is helpful and kind (also fluent in English). Also the comic hotel theme is fun

We didn’t really know what to expect with this hotel as we booked it fairly last minute, however, it has great facilities, the staff are really friendly and the room was comfortable. We’ll definitely be staying there again!

Good mid range to low range option for Tokyo”
What's great about this hotel is that while it's not in the center of anything interesting in Tokyo, there are two stations within a 7 minute walk from it, one of which has a direct connection to Haneda Airport. The room is small, but the space is very smartly used. You shouldn't stay here if you're expecting frills and extras. But if you're just looking for a nice clean space to rest your head at night while exploring Tokyo during the day, this is a good option. Bonus Family Mart just at the entrance of the building and a 24 hour Sukiya and Soba shop, across the street.

Worth the stay”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pros was that you got coffee, tea and bread for free. There is a convenient store just outside the hotel. You have two stations close to the hotel as well, which makes traveling easy around the city.

they offer some pastries and bread for breakfast at lounge 2nd floor, the only complaint I have maybe is cleanliness for carpets stains some people maybe drop coffee often to the floor and they arent able to remove that, but in general is a quite place and very close from what matters

Great location. Not safe for babies, The windows don’t lock completely, if the baby plays with the window. There is a huge potential for an accident. My baby found a way to unlock and push the window wide open while standing next to it. Absolutely scared me.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel because of its accessible location and cleanness. It is only 5 min walk from the hotel to Hamamatsucho station. The hotel also provides free hot coffee, water, and bakery in the morning. The staff are friendly and communicative in English. In addition, there is locker room for free of charge but you need to have IC card to lock. The only cons of this hotel is late check-in time, which starts at 3pm and early check-out at 10am. Furthermore, the AC is quite loud when it is under operation, which might disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper.

Decent property, minor annoyances keep it from being great”
2 night stay on my own. Property is about a 7-10 min walk from JR Hamamatsu-cho. Across the street is the bay so being able to access that easily was great. Room was extremely small but relatively clean (some carpet stains here and there). Was surprised to see a folding chair and table but no luggage rack. Also not having bedside light console made turning lights on/off a hassle. If property cleaned up these minor issues, would be a great property. Still would recommend if you're looking for something cheap for 1 person.
