Great for the cost! Nice amenities. It was perfect to relax, shower & sleep. Close to subway route.”
Just a few short blocks away from Subway line. Several restaurants, 7-11 and other convenience stores nearby. We had a fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, great shower with fantastic pressure, very good toilet, A/C & humidifier. Just enough for what we needed on our trip which was a comfortable place to rest, shower & sleep.

We are on JR national wide JR pass hence to be near ( free shuttle bus fm hotel) Tokyo station (JR) is a most important. Day trips fm the Tokyo station is Easy and safe a lot of time. Hotel room - excellent and spacious!

Little too far from Tokyo station to walk”
This was our first time staying at this hotel. The reason we stayed here was because of proximity from/to Tokyo station. However, this hotel is not close enough to carry your bags to walk. According to the hotel info, there's a shuttle to/from the hotel. However, this shuttle is little, and has limited occupancy. Also, this shuttle stops at other hotels as well. You are better off getting your own transportation. We discovered that there's another subway station, which is about 5 min walk from the hotel. It was easier to take the subway to Tokyo station. The breakfast was very nice, but the area is very small, and opens too late for the travelers who like to start early morning. The hotel staffs were very nice, but we probably won't go back to stay again.

We chose this place due to its location. It was convenient to go to Disneyland and other places in Odaiba. It was also close enough to Tokyo Station (10-15 min walk). Breakfast was nice but I wish it would have been served earlier because there were some days we needed to leave early. They serve breakfast at 7am. We traveled with small kids (6 and 2 years old) and they offered them toys and toiletries upon check in. The staff isn't overly friendly but they helped when we needed. Overall, I recommend staying here if you like the convenience of being near Hatchobori Station (only a few stops to Disney resort stop) and don't plan on spending too much time in your room since it's pretty small.

Clean and well located hotel. Arrived early and was able to leave luggage at the hotel while we did some exploring. Arrived back to the pleasant surprise of our bags already in our room

Pretty great hotel , Self check in however staff is there to help . Room is decent size for Tokyo standard compare to the rest I stay in before . About 15 mins walk to Tokyo station , and hibiya line jus 2 mins walk away . Easy to access to ginza area too. There’s lots of restaurants around the hotel if you are lazy to go far away . Generally pretty good experience.

This hotel's room is definitely had a little more space than the other hotel rooms we stayed in as we managed to open 1 large suitcase and 1 medium one in the room. We also had a toddler with us and he was able to move around without knocking into each other.

Good location”
The hotel is very near to shops and train station, but since there are many stations nearby we got confused between Kayabacho and Hatchobori stations. Checking in and out using machine was smooth (less human interactions- but I guess it was Ok). Nonetheless, the staff were attentive and very helpful whenever needed.
