Exactly what I needed as a home base to explore Shibuya. Very conveniently located, the room was quiet, and the air conditioning worked well. The room was very small and did not have a microwave in-room, but it’s perfect if all you need is a comfortable place to sleep!

Great and happening location”
One stop to everything happening in downtown. Transportation is easy to access and hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Hotel hospitality is good and room is good and cozy. Strongly recommend.

Comfortable and friendly staffs”
There are many amenities to choose, the staffs are friendly and they speak English. The bed was comfortable and there’s a bath tub which we could relax. It was a good stay!

Not a bad option for a few days in Tokyo”
Got a room during pandemic times, and this place has an excellent location in the heart of Shibuya. It's tucked in off from Tokyu Hands and near to Shibuya station and the rooms are decent, very clean. Only downside, like all business hotels in Tokyo was the rather small size. Still, not a bad option all in all. If only the streets of Shibuya were as clean as this place...

will be good if staff can direct us to elevator during check in . check out lady staff was helpful and friendly room some part of carpet (eg below bedside lamp ) is dusty .

Room type not indicated = smoking room ”
When booking be careful that it specifies NON SMOKING cause they will not ask you what your preference is, and you will be stuck in a smoking room, which smells horrible, and they most likely won’t change your room either. The smell is ridiculously strong, even in the hallways, and will seep into your clothes. The washroom also smells like a public bathroom, reeking of urine. Location is also not that close to the station, about 12-15 minute walk. The only upside are the staff, who are kind and willing to help to the best of their ability.

Could Use A Little More Cleaning”
Location was perfect. So close to tourist spots around Shibuya and Harajuku. The rooms could use a little more cleaning. Carpet had a bunch of stain on it. Towel hangers were dusty.

All hotel rooms in Japan are small, including the ones at this hotel. But the location is so great that I didn't spend any time there, anyway! Breakfast was very good and the hotel is clean. I'd stay here again.

First Tokyo Trip”
First stop in Tokyo before moving to a different part of the city to visit. Great location in Shibuya close to bus and train and steps away from Shibuya Scramble! Room is very compact but it was to be expected. Would definitely recommend!

Great location for Shibuya & Shinjuku”
Would come back to stay here every time I want to travel around Shibuya. It's the perfect location that is 10 minutes walk or less to the strain stastion, restaurants, bars, shopping mall and most of the places you want to go. Plus points: Ichiran Ramen is just 3 mins walk away from the hotel! Can't expect a big space for hotels in central city area but the size of my double bed standard room was decent with big bathroom. Only problem was that I had to put my luggage in the middle of the small walk way. Hotel provides rental humidifier, shoe dryer, ironing board etc. (for free)! They also have vending machines and laundry area. Enjoyed my stay.

Its my 3rd time in Japan but my first time in this hotel. Will definitely book this hotel again. I love their amenities. The only down side is that they clean the room only every 3 days
