Everything is good , its just the location very far from the city area and there is no room service so if u want to order food you have to go down to the restaurant . But the room was superb

- Best hotel to stay if you are planning to go to Disney Sea and Disneyland - I assume the price in most hotel website and the official website are almost the same, I suggest you book the hotel through the official website if you want to earn Hyatt Membership points for your stay. Otherwise you will not earn any points for your stay. But if you found a cheaper price than the official website, its up to you to choose. - Check in process was smooth and fast - Receptionist can speak english well (easy to communicate) - All the staff are kind and polite ( Always greet and smile to you) - There is an ATM Machine to exchange foreign currency provided near the entrance, you may use the machine to convert your notes to JPY currency - The room was spacious and comfortable for travellers with family (3-4persons), amd also equipped with 50 inch flat screen tv - Sofa bed was comfortable and they also provide extra pillow and blanket - Bathroom and toilet is spacious and have bath tub - Bottle mineral water provided everyday for free (3 bottles), but if you wish to have more, just dial the room service for assistance - Room was cleaned everyday and they will put a note on your desk with their name on it to ensure you know who cleaned the room and wish you a memorable stay - During my stay, Thank you to Yoshimi Sekizawa who continuously clean our room everyday - Bathrobe and pyjamas are also provided during your stay ( They will change it everyday for hygiene purpose ) - Breakfast was superb and a lot of variety for you to choose from and they also have kids food section (Highly recommended to try the fried chicken, hamburg teriyaki sauce and daily fresh pastries) and even the honey also was really fresh and pure honey comb - Hotel will provide free shuttle daily to DisneySea, Disneyland and Shin Urayasu Station (Please refer to the hotel website or ask the reception counter for the shuttle bus timetable) - Unfortunately the rooftop was closed for private event / winter season,

Overall it's a great experience. One thing to take note is that the scheduled shuttle bus time changed from time to time (based on different season) without informing customer, hence there are possibility that you may not be able to catch the bus scheduled time. Please ask the front desk for latest shuttle bus time table.

Overall good, but still have some space for improvement”

The experience of stay was good except for the inconvenient location. There were not many restaurants near the hotel. Not many choice for eating. In addition, the shuttle bus is not very on time. We took the 12:05 shuttle bus to the JR station, but the driver waited for late hotel guests for about 10 minutes, which is not fair and such a waste of time for other guests who took the bus on time.

Clean but Dishonest Housekeeper”

Left a Timberland Cap upon check out at 9.40am. Called hotel while in a Shuttle bus to train station to check and to keep. Come back at 7.30pm. Unfortunately, its gone. Pretty sure i left it hang at the shoe horn. They promise to call me back...but never

Comfort at its finest”

We had quite a time travelling as it is quite far from public transport. Best if you head there during the morning, or anytime before 10pm as there are shuttles from Disney & Shin-Urayasu station. Best way to get there unless you plan to splurge on cab rides. My family and I found the hotel very pretty and with very helpful staff. In particular Ms. Mariko Ishigaki, she was super kind and genuinely enjoyed helping clients (including us) which was very warming. Thanking her for her kind hospitality during our stay. There wasn’t many facilities - only a mini garden plus a small gym. Maybe a pool/onsen would be great in the future. Their towels and bathrobes (yes the bathrobes) were just so comfy I wish we could have them everywhere! The restaurants are a little over budget but understanding they are of very high quality. We opted for the buffet at the lobby floor which was just good enough. Overall, this hotel was splendid.

Nice modern hotel ”

We booked two rooms for a night’s stay here when we missed our flight back due to torrential rain, road/rail closure on the 25th Oct. (family of 4 adults 2 young children). Room was huge and beds were comfy. Toilet was amazing, very new and had very nice automated toilet features. Cool nice modern touches and I like that they provided a very nice robe. Price wise is on a high side given that we made a last minute booking and I think there is a slight price discrepancy for what I booked on agoda and what I paid at the hotel. Overall it was a nice comfy stay and location is near Disneyland Tokyo, and close to the city Centre for those who would like to do some shopping. Great and perfect for families for the young and old!

Place was very beautiful and clean. Very hip yet classy ambiance. Shuttle to/from Disney was very efficient. Loading/unloading zone at the disney resort is a little far though. Shuttle to the train station was disappointing. They make you check out at noon but there is no shuttle service between 12:06 to almost 3 pm.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was big for 4 of us ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tepanyaki restaurant was good. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Hotel restaurant food need to improve and its not worth to pay so high for the taste. Not recommended. 👎 Staff was really good, they can talk fluent english and they help us to carry our beg to next hotel for us to transit to airport. Really appreciate their service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Dont worry hyatt provide shuttle bus to Disney. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bus stop is right Infront of hyatt hotel for local bus 👍 Overall Hyatt is excellent and I will come back to stay this hotel again. For staff and management good job and all the best 😊

酒店是一家2019年刚开业的新酒店，房间非常大，酒店大堂也很气派，如果来迪斯尼旅游的话，非常推荐这家酒店。酒店早饭大概要180一个人，我们没有吃，吃了一顿晚餐，4个人1000块钱，饭整体还行。房间是我7天东京住得最大的酒店！

酒店位置雖然不算方便, 但有專車直送到東京迪士尼. 環境非常優美. 加上員工態度十分有善, 遇上有任何疑問或要求都能立即處理, 真的有很好的體驗.

もう少しリゾート感が欲しい。駐車料金別なのが、お高く止まっている印象。出しても良いけど、じゃあもうちょっとリゾート感が欲しいところ。ビジネスとリゾートの中間的な存在。中途半端な印象。
