Won’t stay here. Worst stay in Japan. ”
Only good about this place is location. Some 500 meters from shin okubo but if you’re carrying a luggage there’s no elevator in this station. Conveniently located with lawson and don quijote nearby. Going inside is a dark alley, with some cockroaches and rats, and a few pile of garbage (I don’t mind it). Check in was easy as the reception does not speak English. There’s no lock on the common floor so anybody can go in. No toilet inside the room so bear that in mind. The cleaner does not knock on the door and just enter as he wishes. Worst thing, is he put the tv (hopefully not on purpose) just beside the door, that when I went back I ACCIDENTALLY HIT it, and broke the antenna.. The reception want me to pay for the tv, I did repair it, but he want more, so he broke what I painstakingly work to repair. And ask for payment for repair. So best that in mind. No waiver that I signed in check in, so another concern if you’re staying here. Im just unlucky. Room have bed bugs too.

Good location and good facility”
at first glance i regretted my choice due to entrance. But as soon as i got into the room i was so satisfied. the room is spacious compared to any other hostel or hotel with same price and very clean. the bath though it should be shared was clean. If i have to visit tokyo again i will without any doubt stay in this place again. Its in Korean Town so it doesnt look like typical Japan street but its very near to station and all other famous spots.

Value for money”
It was a convenient place along the Yamanote line. Plenty of food nearby. Large suitcases may not fit the hallway. The toilet is still shared. Otherwise, a grrat place to stay while on a holiday.

Very very cheap for what you get”
- location: close to main tourist atrraction. 5 min to jr station, 10 min to metro station. - facility: basic facility is there, better than many rooms with higher price tag. - service: the host is not fluent in english, but his english is enough to explain needed information and he use google translate to explain things more clearly. It was unexpected that he did room cleaning service for us everyday. He is very nice, helpful and polite.

Awesome Host with Great Location ”
The location is great. Nearby have alot korean restaurant and shop. Very near to train station. The host is friendly, he don't know how to speak English and Mandarin but he is willing to help. The house is hard to find for 1st time visitor. Will stay here again.

Befriedigend”
Quite a few convenience store located, not really recommended for muslim travellers because you better get food while on itinerary of the day. Two nearby train stations and a nearby Samurai Museum. Quite strategic location, though finding this place mighy be a bit hard as it is easy to be missed.

The pathway to the hostel is very small and there is no banner or signal to show that the hostel is here. The bathroom in the room is very very small but the room is ok.

Amazing location!”
Hyu House is in Shin Okubo station, which is the k-town of Japan. It's very easy to find food, convinience store and so close to Shin Okubo station. House was nice. it has mini elevator, so it's easier to bring ur luggage to 3rd floor. even though the room is quite small. it fits for 2 adults. it already provide ur need. the toilet is shared, it has bidet (which I like). the room always cleaned every day. it's small and neat! I like it! definitely will come back here & will recommend this place to everyone who ask me.

Hyu's House is so lovely. We totally enjoyed and satisfied with this place, it's very convenient. The place is sparkly clean, well organized, and so comfortable witj great hospitality. We will definetely come back if we go to Tokyo..

Trampa para turustas”
Lo peor de mi viaje a Japón. La entrada es estrecha, oscura, insegura y sin ventilación. La temperatura en el último piso, que es donde está el alojamiento, es de 30 grados. El ascensor da miedo cogerlo. El dueño ha sido la persona más desagradable con la que me encontrado en mi viaje. No habla nada de inglés y no se molesta en buscar la forma de entenderte. Solo quiere cobrar y que no le molestes. Entra cuando le da la gana en la habitación sin avisar y sin tocar a la puerta (pillo a mi mujer 2 veces desnuda). A primera vista la habitación está bien, pero las paredes son de pladur fino y todos los anclajes a la pared (estanterías, lavabos, perchas) se rompen con suma facilidad. A una pareja se le rompió el lavabo y el dueño les quiso cobrar 600 euros por la rotura del lavabos (que no se rompió, solo vencieron los enganches a la pared). La pareja se negó a pagarlos y el dueño llamó a la policía. Ante la amenaza se no poder salir del país (se iban ese día) tuvieron que pagarlo.

方便靠近JR LINE，地铁（东新宿）”
主要是很靠近地铁站，我们选择了3人房2人住^^我选择的房间有洗澡间，厕所在外面是共用的。楼下都是烧烤店所以不建议打开窗口 ，老板会每天都整理房间，房间很干净，住了几天很满意，其实步行20分钟左右是能到新宿。如觉得用可以坐地铁很方便 附近很多商店，便利店，餐厅有些也开很晚不怕饿到👍👍😆😆 重点是老板很亲切 下次还会选择住这里
