Exzellent”

Great value for money. The place is nice and clean and you also get your own locker with your bed (the usual electronic bidet is not working though). The lone staff "Yuki" is very accommodating. The location is great, specially if you enjoy a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the walk beside the Naka-gawa river is very relaxing specially in the morning.

Very clean place”

It was little bit hard to find this place because the people around the area were not familiar with this hostel. It was like10-15 mins walk from the closest train station, you have to walk over the bridge to get here. Think about this carefully especially if you carry big bags or you couldn't understand the bus system. I arrived at around 9 am and the guest greeted me warmly as I mentioned to him about my arrival time. He gave me the bed right away so I was able to rest after long flight to Japan. He was very nice, helpful and spoke good English. However, the hostel was relatively small and it doesn't have common room. The guests here were whispering almost all the time because they were afraid to disturb others. If you just want to sleep, I highly recommend you to stay here as it was very clean and tidy. Yet, if you want to chill and relax at some points, this place is not suitable.

Bon pour les petites bourses”

Si on est pas riche et qu'on aime être indépendant, alors c'est ok parceque le manager vous laisse super tranquille, il n'intervient pas sauf si on a besoin de lui. Sinon on ne le voit pas (mais il est là). Le seul truc c'est que c'est vraiment loin du centre et de tkyo en général. Mais si on veut expérimenter les banlieux typiques, s'en est une et il y a un quartier sympa et typique de la vie japonaise de banlieue autour de la gare aoto (celle qui dessert la guesthouse) avec tout ce qu'il faut comme magasin. Sinon faut pas avoir peur de la marche à pied quoi...

Pros: the receptionist or maybe the owner is very nice and helpful. Also he speaks English and emails quickly. Another good thing is that the bikes are available for 2 hours per day for free. Cons: the place is far away, and you have to take a train after the subway, which adds to your payment. Moreover, the microwave, toaster and shelves in the kitchen are dirty.

패밀리 룸의 상태가 매우 좋았습니다 아오토 역으로부터 약 10분 쯤 걸어야 되는 것이 약간 아쉬웠지만 중간에 강을 가로지르는 다리가 있어서 아침 저녁으로 다리에 서서 강을 바라보는 풍경도 좋았습니다. 아침에 샤워를 할 경우엔 화장실이 조금 추웠습니다

予想はしていたがちょっと不便な場所です”

青砥駅が最寄り駅ですが、駅まで行くのに大きな橋を渡らないといけないので距離以上に遠さを感じますし駅との移動は大変だと思います。 ゲストハウス周辺は良くも悪くも静かな住宅街で、店もほぼないため不便で寂しい場所でもあります。 トイレやシャワーは綺麗ではないですが、まあ値段を考えれば仕方ないかと思います。 ベッドのきしみの音がひどかったのはちょっと気になりました。

Fantastisch”

京成線の青砥駅は最寄駅となっている。とりあえず成田空港に近い。（観光したいなら、押上や日暮里で乗り替えることが多い。） 駅に行くなら一応橋を渡すのが必要だけど、步いては十五分程度で、そんなに不便とは言えないと思う。 チェックインなどについてルールが設けられたけど、相談次第に調整することが出来る。
