Excellent hotel”
This hotel is excellent, no complaints. Hotel is 3min to JR yamanote line, main line to many tourist attractions. Lawson is just next to hotel and many convenient stores, drug stores and departmental stores are stone throw away. Hotel is very new and everything in room is so new and clean. Wall is very thick and room and corridor are very quiet. Room spacious to keep 2 large luggage and 1 stroller opened always. Hard pillows are available on request and there's 1 Mandarin and 1 English tv channels (no kids though). For food, pls remember to visit funnji tsukemen- 2min walk) and ichiran ramen - 10min walk. Some extra tips to family with kids: 1) If taking airport shuttle, choose the stop at Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal rather than nearby hotels like sunroute (it's about 5min walk, no stairs or slopes. we manage with 2 kids - 3yo and 1yo plus 2 large luggage and stroller). 2) Room wise ask for twin beds and push together (bed guard available too), more spacious than king bed. 3) For food, we recommend Lumine 1 basement 2 food area as they are relatively more child friendly. 4) Visit to shinjuku chuo park - big decent playground patronized by local kids. 5) Last min food souvenirs shopping, we recommend Keio department store (7min walk) 6) Hotel allowed us to do late check out at 12pm at no cost. We didn't need it in the end but happy that they went the extra mile.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel - so happy I went with this one during our stay in Shinjuku/Tokyo. I’ve already recommended it to friends looking to go this year. - Spacious rooms (even in Tokyo/Japan where everyone says rooms are just smaller than hotel rooms in the US) - Great facilities/services, including luggage carrier service that comes every morning to the lobby, several coin laundry rooms, PJs, amenities (razors, shaving cream, oil cleansers, etc.) - Perfect location, just a few minutes walking distance to the Shinjuku station as well as the 24/7 Don Quixote. :) It’s also one building next to the Sunroute hotel which was also highly recommended, but I read that its rooms are much smaller. - Staff are incredibly professional and courteous. You feel like you’re in a 5 star hotel. - The rooms! And bathroom/shower! You feel like you’re at a spa - we loved the shower which is in a room next to the tub. Water pressure is ridiculously amazing. The rooms are huge - my husband and I opted for two twins since he has long legs/arms and pointy elbows.

First, let’s frame it: This was our maiden voyage to Japan. As anyone knows, planning a trip to Japan is a lot of information to take in. Aside from the (for most) daunting language barrier, understanding the lay of the land can be confusing. Let me summarize by saying this: staying at the Blossom Hotel is the answer to any questions regarding prime location, ease of transit, epicenter of entertainment, and all around top notch hospitality experience. Now the pros: Location (two blocks from Shinjuku station; this is huge), breakfast (incredible and takes the thinking out of an important start to the day), friendly and accommodating staff (they will go out of their way just to say goodbye), perfectly sized room with all the comforts of home, ease upon arrival (you say konichiwa, bow, and off you go to your room; no hassle about needing payment for taxes), and lastly late night happy hour for hotel guests. Cons: Call it cliche or whatever but there are none.

Great location and great hotel”
The room was great: nice bed, big TV, clean bathroom with lots of amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, comb, shower cap, shaving kit, tooth brush, Imabori towels, hair dryer, fabric freshener, slippers, mini fridge, electronic kettle, coffee, green tea, etc. Staffs were friendly and also some foreign staffs were there so I’m sure they speak Chinese and English. I didn’t choose option for breakfast but it seems like great buffet. I stayed at 16th floor and very quiet and I only heard once someone was talking outside. Less than 3 min walking to Shinjuku station and Busta(express bus shuttle between airport and hotels). The price was very reasonable and I really enjoyed staying here and I wanted to stay more. Lawson, convenience store is next to this hotel and some other to go food options are around. I recommend everyone this place.

Great breakfast, location close to major lines”
Convenient stay, great value if you include breakfast at attached restaurant. Schedule breakfast time slot at lobby, with choice of western/Japanese options (valued at ¥2200, quality definitely worth it if included in your stay). Staff is friendly and helpful at both restaurant and lobby, the room was clean, with amenities as you’d expect from any hotel experience. Small mini fridge, kettle are included along with basic toiletries. Approx 20min walk to Meiji-jingu which is worth a visit in the early morning hours while waiting for nearby shops to open. Subway line entrance is close (less than 5min) as well as bus terminal, other major lines. Area can be very busy during commuting hours, be aware of fighting foot/vehicle traffic if arriving around peak morning/afternoon hours.

Excellent location which was quiet even though it was near the shinjuku train station.”
Loved the location and I later discovered that they even offered a service to send the luggage to airport for 1900 yen. Room was quiet although it was slightly noisy when the rain hit on the metal facade of the building. I actually stayed for 5 nights. Initially I only booked 4 days but decided to extend 1 more day. Luckily the staff acknowledged my additional 1 day of stay and didn't make me book out and in of the room again. Also when I first reached the hotel, it was around 11.30am but they allowed me to place my luggage in the hotel and even wiped the rain off my luggage which was a nice gesture. And when I requested for an additonal blanket, it was sent to my room. Overall I would stay here again if I make another visit to Shinjuku.

The Best Located Hotel, just 3 mins walk from Shinjuku Station”
This hotel is the best located hotel from Shinjuku Station, after your tiring day - just 3 mins walking distance. Cleanliness - 5/ 5 Staff - 5/5 Check In & Check Out - 5/5 Surrounded by Lawson, Family Mart, Mc Donald and few other restaurants, After using the hotel for first 2 days in tokyo, we were supposed to travel to Osaka & back to Tokyo. So post osaka, we were supposed to check-in into Shinjuku Washington Hotel as per our booking. But we liked this hotel so much that we cancelled the booking at Washington Hotel & rebooked this hotel for further days in Tokyo. Luckily I had the option for free cancellation. But you please just go ahead with the booking at this hotel.

Wonderful Hotel and Great Value”
The room was not overly large but certainly big enough. One hint would be to put your big bags on their side and under the shelf below the big screen TV. We did not eat in the hotel nor buy the breakfast option. There is a Burger King and a McDonalds a couple blocks that make a nice, not overly expensive breakfast. The front desk of the hotel sells subway day pass tickets for a dollar less than we saw them at the station. Very convenient and the hotel is quite near the subway. Internet was fast and had good coverage. There are 2 laptops and a printer just off the lobby that quests can use. Bring up Google and it changes to English. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in Shinjuku!”
Elegant looking and clean rooms! Breakfast is included and it is delicious! Nice mix of Japanese and western food choices. Biggest positive is convenient location! 5 min walk to Shinjuku station and attractions are all nearby! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would love to stay here again!

Great location, comfy place”
Located within walking distance from Shinjuku station, this hotel is a no-nonsense, comfortable and clean place to base your tourist or business options. Try a deluxe double corner room for more space. The restaurant downstairs is delicious, if a bit expensive (worth it, we felt). The beds are comfortable and we all slept well. Definitely recommended!

The hotel is amazing. It’s close to everything - train station, shopping & the heart of Shinjuku - important for us travellers who walk everywhere. The room itself was fantastic, bed comfortable, clean, shower & amenities were brilliant. Couldn’t fault this hotel if we tried!

Very good location just few min walk from Shinjuku station ”
Finally, a hotel that is just a few min walk from the central Shinjuku station that is not sleazy or squeezy. Room was adequately spacious and toilet was equipped with a big bath tub that got the kids very excited. Although The city area is abit too overwhelming for me, we were very thankful to chance upon this hotel which was on a quaint and not sleazy street, and it was a bonus that there was a 7-11, Macs, Wendy’s and KFC which were just a few steps away from the hotel.

We would like to commend the Blossom staff who kept our room clean during our stay as well as the ever efficient guy who welcomed and sat us every morning for breakfast at umaya-- his smile was contagious and we so loved his perfect timing of handing us our wet towels right before we leave our table 😊 its just sad we did not even get his name😔

What a brilliant hotel! Location is excellent, staff provide first class, friendly service! Their helpfulness is the best we have EVER had after travelling all over the world! Rooms are very tasteful and great bathroom and very comfy beds! The whole establishment exudes calm and it’s very quiet so having a good night sleep is too easy! We would love to stay again!

Perfect location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. They even let us borrow umbrellas on a rainy day. Breakfast was great, loved being able to mix Western and Eastern styles together. The room was a bit small, but it is Tokyo after all. We were hardly in our room anyways. The bathroom was amazing, I really miss the water pressure in the shower and the heated toilet seats when we got home. :)

This hotel was located conveniently within a very short walking distance from Shinjuku station. The facility and room were very clean and well-maintained. The room was rather spacious. Particularly the bathroom was roomy (= was NOT those tiny unit baths that resembled the airline bathrooms). The floor I stayed on had a coin laundry with an automatic detergent dispenser, which was a bonus for me to stay for three nights. Unlike other modern hotels, the room that I stayed in didn't come with a "desk & a chair" or "study space" to open a laptop or USB ports for charging mobile devices, which was a minor inconvenience, but the room had a round table and chairs to relax. Overall, it offered great value and I will definitely recommend it to others.

Ideal location, super clean and quiet room, and modern facilities. Very courteous and helpful staff. Room wifi was very fast, although connection dropped occasionally. Will plan to stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.

A lot of restaurants and shopping venues are located nearby. The food of the breakfast is very rich and delicious. The hotel's staff are very polite and helpful. I shall surely recommend the hotel to my friends who will come to Tokyo.

The hotel is located near the Shinjuku JR station where you can easily pick up trains to remote areas outside Tokyo. Various shopping venues and restaurants are found near the hotel. The staff of the hotel especially the front desk staff are very efficient, polite and helpful. I shall surely book this hotel when I visit Tokyo next time.

Great Location”
This was a great location, less than 5 minutes walk to Shinjuku Station. We stayed here twice on this vacation, after arriving from the US and after overnight stay in Nikko. It is very clean, modern and beds are very comfortable. The first time, we chose a double room which was a bit tight for the 2 of us, the 2nd time, we chose a twin room and had more room to move around. We will be back here again after visiting Kyoto, before flying back to the US. Staff is very friendly. I was very pleased with our stay.
