We stayed in the hotel overnight, because our flight was scheduled at 6:25 am. To be at the airport two hours prior to departure, would be over 100$ taxi ride from hotels located in the touristy suburbs. KEIKYU EX INN Haneda Airport provides a courtesy bus from the hotel to the airport every 30 mins, starting from 4:00 am. They are very punctual, and the ride to the international terminal was just under 10 mins. Website also mentions the courtesy bus for the late arrivals, but we did not use that service. Our room window was overlooking the airport (approx. 500-800 m from the planes taxi way), however, we did not feel/hear any noise from the planes and had a good rest. There are some places to eat The room is very clean, decent size. Also, breakfast is included, however, it starts from 5 am, so we could not enjoy it. The only annoyance was the pillow - it was too high and firm for me, though my husband was OK with it. We will definitely stay there again when back in Tokyo.

Very clean, well done business hotel with excellent staff”
The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. They provide pajamas and slippers for inside the room, and a variety of bath amenities. I was able to ship a package via Yamato Ta-Q-Bin from the front desk. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from Haneda Airport that runs in the early morning and in the afternoon, and airport style luggage carts to help you take your luggage to and from your room. There is a nearby Family Mart, but in case you don't want to go out, the lobby has vending machines that feature food like onigiri and instant ramen. The complementary breakfast was a choice of Japanese style or Western style food. The servings size will seem modest for Western (particularly American) travelers, but it was good quality overall. My stay was only one night, but it would have been a pleasure to stay another. I was in love with the courtesy of the staff. This will be among my top choices if I need to stay near Haneda Airport again.

A comfortable welcome to Japan”
I booked this hotel for proximity to the airport for our connection to Iwakuni. What a perfect welcome to Japan for 1st time visitors from US. The room was spotless with such thoughtful amenities provided. We had our first experience with VENDING MACHINES, which are amazingly all over Japan. The free breakfast was hot, delicious with a choice of several hot entrees. I must add that I had the best cup of coffee ever at breakfast. There are washers, dryers, irons and pants presses available. Full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, along with razors, toothbrush, washcloths, hairbrush, are provided in the room, not to mention other necessities available in the lobby. It's wakking distance (2 min) to train stop but we didn't need to use that. Saving the best for last, those toilets! Love them! Oh, and the room rate is crazy reasonable!

Great hotel - made an early morning flight so much easier”
The facilities at hotel are excellent - so many little things are provided, many of which you wouldn't have even thought to ask for. Rooms a little on the small side, but for one night it was more than comfortable. Very clean and well appointed, all bathroom amenities provided, DHC bathroom products a nice touch. Breakfast looked nice, however we couldn't use this due to our very early flight. Vending machines provide both drinks and 7 eleven snacks and food however, as well as travel essentials such as toothpaste, facial wash and other things that you could easily forget to bring with you. Comfortable seating and reading area near lobby, perfect if you have time to kill before a flight. Hotel staff very helpful and airport shuttle prompt and runs frequently for getting to the airport with ease. A very experience surprise before we had to fly home.

Super close to Haneda”
I was coming into Haneda near midnight and there was the possibility of missing the last trains into the city. So I looked for hotels near the airport and found the Keikyu EX Inn. The taxi ride was only 1000 yen so it's really close. It does cater towards those travelers so breakfast was included and started at 5AM! You had your choice of Japanese style or Western style. It's not a buffet but the food tasted great. The room was small but comfortable, the bed was firm, the pillow was soft, and the hot water was plenty. I highly recommend the Keikyu EX Inn if you're flying in late to Haneda, or if you have a super early flight out of Haneda.

Very Convenient!”
We flew in from Tokyo late at night and needed a close place to sleep. The location is extremely convenient to Haneda Airport, only a 5 minute taxi ride from the airport (or free shuttle, if you arrive before it shuts down at night!). The hotel was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The breakfast was good, Nothing special to write home about, but nice that they offer a complimentary breakfast. If the need arises, I would totally stay here again in a heartbeat. Not recommended for a long term stay if you are looking to explore Tokyo, as it is far away from the city center. But great convenience to the airport!

Great location, situated just 6 minutes away from Haneda Airport by cab and close to the train station. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are quite accommodating. It was great having someone at the counter when I arrived at 3am in the morning offering free tea and coffee. There were only two options for breakfast but despite that, the food available was nice. I would stay here again if I had business to attend near the airport.

Everything was great: location, cleanliness, staff hospitality, room size. Very close walking distance to the monorail that takes you to the Shinkansen station. I would definitely stay here again. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, wash cloths, razors, toothpaste, tooth brush, and plastic brush in our room. There were also soft house slippers that says you could take home with you. Breakfast was included, The choices were American or Japanese. There was also a smoking room.

Convenient for short stay nearby Haneda airport”
The hotel is near to Haneda airport and provided shuttle service to and from Haneda airport. However, would be good if the last trip to Haneda airport in the morning could be extended further as now only provide shuttle service up to 9.30am. Very convenient for travelers arrive at Tokyo late night like us so that we would not need to rush for the last train. The room is comfy and clean. Just nice for couple. There are several convenient store and ramen shops nearby, about 5-10mins walk.

convenient hotel from Haneda airport”
Hotel is just a few minutes walk frm Tenkubushi station, one stop from Haneda International Airport railway station. It is extremely convenient for travellers to get from the hotel to any part of Tokyo via the rail. Room is comfortable and even has a bathtub in the bathroom. Would have like it better if there are English channels for the TV as currently only has Japanese channels. Otherwise, room is comfortable enough, wifi is strong and overall, a value-for-money hotel stay.

We stayed one night only because we arrived in Tokyo at midnight and wanted to rest immediately. This place is perfect for rush hour flight, it has shuttle bus which takes only 10-15minute either to the hotel or to the airport . The bed is very comfortable and as usual Japan hotel always very clean. Recommended for anyone has early morning flight or transit flight

Very close to airport, quiet and clean”
We stayed here after getting into Haneda Airport from Australia. We arrived at 1-2am and the staff were very efficient in checking us in. The room was small but perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was included and there was an option or western or Japanese style. Tea and coffee were readily available as well as all other amenities you might need. Will be starting here again toward the end of our trip. Thanks again!

Overnight Stay”
Wonderful hotel in a great location, close to the airport. Hotel provided free shuttle to airport but it was hard to find where to get on shuttle, if you don’t speak Japanese! Rooms were large for our small family of three and extremely clean. Breakfast included choice of Western and Japanese styles and was very filling. Will definitely stay again when I have to stay overnight near Tokyo Haneda Airport.

Excellent service, great location, good value for money”
We traveled on land by ourselves and booked a few hotels while we traveled. On the evening when we arrived, we inquired the hotel manager whether we could send one of our luggage to the last hotel before we go on our cruise ? He did not understand much English, but he quickly picked up his little translator and asked me to speak on it. The translator showed both languages in English as well as Japanese. He soon understood our need and offer to help sending the luggage to our last hotel. He provided form and given me the example how to fill it out. Everything went well, we only paid the delivery fees and the receiving hotel did not charge any fees.

Pros: 1. Punctual airport pick up by a big bus. Around 10 mins to the hotel. Pick up point & schedule clearly and correctly described on the hotel's website 2. Check in/out was fast. Staff were friendly and helpful 3. Free coffee and tea at the reception. So were basic amenities such as cotton buds, comb, etc. 4. Semi double bed was comfortable for 2 persons. It has luggage rack, mini fridge, kettle, clothes rack with few hangers, mirrors, heater, AC, TV which we didn't use, good size ensuite bathroom and toilet 5. Bathtub was small but deep with strong water. Toiletries were of good quality, including facial cleanser. Toilet seat had heating and the usual buttons. 6. Included breakfast set (we chose Japanese) was tasty and sufficient. Last order by 0930. Restaurant closes at 10am 7. 5 mins walk to the airport line and subway to the city centre. We bought PASMO card at the Keikyu monorail line before taking the subway line to the city. 2 stations have the same name, side by side

Close to Haneda Airport and near the subway, it was a very good choice for us who arrived late in the evening The hotel is very new, clean and clean and the rooms are in very good condition I was able to sleep very comfortably The staff was very friendly, I cared for it without inconvenience But there are no shops or restaurants around Next time I arrive late at the airport, I will visit again

Great place to stop over for a night”
Not very often I give 5 out of 5 for reviews but this place deserves it. Book in for an overnight stay so we could catch an early flight - had a fantastic view of the airfield from our window. Couldn't fault anything - we didn't try breakfast as we were leaving early but there is free coffee and tea in the reception area Room is equipped with kettle and mugs, toiletries and even free white slippers. No restaurant but loads of places round about to eat in Free shuttle bus to airport if you need to get there before 9am

Perfect. If all hotels could be this good! Only one stop on subway to hotel, easy to find from subway stop. Hotel spotless, staff superbly trained. Any question you could think to ask, they’ve got information printed in English for you. Neighborhood has lots of food options. Free shuttle bus from hotel to airport runs in morning till 9:30 am. Free shuttle bus from airport to hotel runs in evenings.

Exceptionally nice & competent staff, which started with a warm welcome upon check-in; truly immaculate room & facilities. Though small room (no different than any other in major cities especially in Asia), entirely functional with a pretty complete selection of additional amenities available in the lobby. As a seasoned traveller of stays in a wide spectrum of hotels high & low, this hotel rather perfectly suited my need as a transit place. Very happy to have discovered it and would definitely come back when I have to overnight between flights thru Haneda again!!

Very convenient and clean”
Location is great, walking distance to keikyu line and Tokyo Monorail. Hotel is build up with high tech facilities. Hassle free checkout. The shuttle bus service to Haneda is great, i manage to take the shuttle bus to airport at 4am early in the morning. Breakfast provided.
