It's not at the Airport but it's pretty close. You can take the train from airport to the hotel. There is a hotel shuttle that will only take you from the hotel to the airport.

If you're coming from Haneda at the oddest of hours, this is a really great hotel to get your much-deserved rest quickly. There are two hotels in the vicinity so don't get confused. Look for the one closest to Tenkubashi station (it's within the Innovation City compound). Staff are very professional and helpful. Very clean with wonderful amenities (I loved the pajamas!). Stayed for one night but it left a very memorable and positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location to HND Airport but staff attitude can be improve ”
Good location to T3 ( one stop ) or other domestic terminal also by monorail . Walking from monorail station is a bit tricky but once you have experience then easy enough ! Staff attitude can be improve as I arrived the counter at 2:30pm but told to check In at 3pm, Another Customer arrived at 2:45pm but he can check in straight and got the room key. Breakfast restaurant is big and cozy and looking forward to resume back to buffet style when Covid is over.

Airport Stay”
Only bad thing: One annoying thing that must be corrected is the false information about there being an airport shuttle. First, the airport shuttle only runs from the hotel to the Airport and not the other way around. Secondly, when you arrive at the hotel, they indicate the shuttle that is only from the hotel to the airport only runs from 0430 to 1030 leaving you to take public transportation to the airport after that hour. Overall. this hotel was great for the location if you are laying over in Haneda Airport. i will say, it is far from the center of the city and anywhere you need to go to will require between 40 to 60 minute metro ride. That being said, metro also stops running after a certain time in the evening and a Taxi or Uber can run you about 10,000 Yen one way. The hotel was clean, small space and is extremely close to the airport.

Location is one station from Haneda airport, hence consider pretty convenient for late arrival. But staff was not as friendly compare to other hotel receptions in Japan.

I like the hotel. clean, efficient and helpful receptionist. Breakfast ok - good coffe. Yes, Ill recommend the hotel. Pls be aware there is an almost similar hotel 600 meters away…and taxi set-us off wrong hotel, and we had to walk to this hotel!

Good place if you’re looking for somewhere near Haneda airport to stopover for a night or two. Nothing fancy, but it’s comfortable and has all the basic amenities that you need. Just to be mindful of the correct one as there are two of the similar hotels in the same area (this one is very easily accessible from the train station)

Good transit hotel outside HND”
Value for money hotel to stay overnight before departure via HND or before going to downtown due to late arrival. There’s another hotel under the same brand (different outlet) so be careful not to go to the wrong one. This hotel is easily connected via B1 to the Tokyo Monorail. When taking the monorail from HND, be mindful to NOT take the Haneda Express.

The location was terrible. I am 70 years old and the hotel was impossible to find. I arrived at 2200hrs, saw a big hotel with a big blue sign that said Keikyu Ex Inn. I walked 15 minutes from the subway, and was told that this was the wrong hotel. I was advised to walk back the same way and go to the building with the red light. When I got there there was no sign anywhere, just a big building with closed offices. I asked a taxi driver if this was a hotel, and he told me to go upstairs. I wandered around on the second floor, where there were no signs. I finally stumbled on the hotel by accident. I would NOT recommend this hotel!

Everything is great except the size of the room. We couldn’t move easily when we opened our luggage. Besides, we couldn’t find the hotel and ended up going to another KEIKYU HOTEL across from the station. This hotel is in back of station, inside the HiCity building. So, take the hicity exit and go into that hicity building. The checkin desk is in the J area on the second floor.

Please end covid policies forever”
This hotel has mastered efficiency to a point that goes to far for me. It may have been possible to stay at this hotel with out talking to another human being or coming in contact with people. I am opposed to medical tyranny so I am not interested in a quarantine like stay. I also was not happy when staff suggested I wear a mask. I am hopeful that the owner's of this hotel will stop supporting a globalist agenda which dehumanizes people and amounts to a worldwide attack on personal liberty. Everyday more and more people are realizing that these policies are not about safety but about control. Other than these concerns this property was exquisite and well run. It was an excellent value and it is optimized to its full potential. It is a place any traveler would want to stay. But I would rather sleep in the forest in the cold and be free than stay at the most comfortable of prisons. A hotel is supposed to be an oasis please do not align hotel policies with the dangerous globalist agenda.
