Its ok but.. ”
The place really felt ok. Its good but essentially just ticking boxes and didnt feel that it necessitated anything further. The location is very near the old Tsukiji so if you wana head there for food then awesome. This is a normal business hotel experience for us.

Although, the staff was very nice - they did not speak english at all which was not very convenient. I did not really like this hotel, probably because I chose the smallest room. So much unnecessary things and information papers (in japanese mostly) was making the room crowded. It was really not easy to make the AC and machine to control humidity work properly as everything was in Japanese. The location was super great though !

Easy Access and walking distance to tsukiji market and ginza shopping street.”
I was so happy to stay to this hotel, Though the room that we stayed was too small for us so we decided to upgrade to queen bed room. hotel is close by at food, shopping and train station. i would stay here again. Notes; if u get tired theres is bus station downstair that you ride to go back and fourth. Again A single room is only for single lols.

Standard-semi-double-room has a has only one bed(Size:140cm wide). It can not be said that it is large enough, but it does not matter if it is used by two adults. Rooms were clean and nice attention to detail - We appreciated the quality DHC skin amenities and good selection teas available to take at reception. Very close to Tsukiji and also about a 10 minute walk to the Ginza shopping district.

We Ubered to this location and kept the driver after showering then headed out to explore Tokyo. It is a micro room with just enough walk space to maneuver to bathroom, bed and bump into your luggage. Great location and lots of amenit

Excellent small hotel near Outer Tsukiji”
By Japanese standards, very good value for money. I say by “Japanese standard” as the budget hotel rooms in Tokyo are tiny in size. Location would also have got a 5 rather than 4 from me if Tsukiji’s inner market still hosted the tuna auctions. Nonetheless, access by Tokyo metro is good with 4-5 stations being 800m or less to the hotel. Staff are friendly although limited English is spoken.

Excellent Hotel for a Business Trip”
Everything was there except for swimming pool and gym. I love the bath tub where I can have my tiny private Onsen. Super clean. Courteous staff. Great location. Just 5 minutes walk from Tsukiji metro station.

The place is near Tsukiji Market and Tsukiji Station. Very accessible, either you use the bus or train means. The staff was a total plus as one of them (forgot the name) helped us with our airport transfer. The hotel do not provide this service, but he expand his job by leaving a letter of instruction on gow to use the Access Narita Bus. Definitely will be back in this place!

I was surprised when couldnt adjust A/C in cool temp difficultly in the room.The room is very small without much area for large baggage. Loved the stay here! The hotel is within 5 mins walking to tsukiji fish market and a couple of train stations. The only downside is that the hotel room is very small. We stayed in the standard room and it was a tight fit for the two of us as we had two large suitcases. This place is perfect if you are a solo traveller or are a light packer! But overall would recommend; the staff are so helpful and friendly and even housed our luggage after we checked out.

Hotel near to 2 metro station and lots of good food around this area. Very near to Ginza city. Hotel staff is helpful, clean and good amenities that suits our needs. Lawson mart is very near to this hotel too.

Friendly staff . Clean rooms. Good location. Excellent accommodations. There is a LAWSON (Japans version of a convenience store) right next to the hotel- which came in handy for a quick morning breakfast when on the go.

Nice hotel. We booked standard single room B, it's small but very clean and comfortable. We go out a lot so room size is not our first priority. About 5-minute walk to Higashiginza station, very convenient! The price is so affordable compared to those of other hotels in the nearby location. We will definitely come back here if we're back to Tokyo in the future.

Location is good, very close to Tsukiji Fish Market. Easy to access to Higashi-Ginza and Tsukiji Sta. Room space is just so so, but acceptable. You could find Tempura, Tendon, Sushi, Ramen and homemade food nearby.

Clean and value for money ”
Clean and new hotel with basic amenities. Rooms are small so it may be a cramped if you have large luggage bags. Hotel staff was very helpful. Location is just across Tsukiji market and Tsukiji station. Can also walk to Higashi-Ginza station. Access to both airports via Higashi-Ginza station (~7mins walk) was easy to navigate.
