Shuttle from HND in front of hotel and Gym and a swimming pool at discounted price ”
The only reason i booked this hotel was to use swimming pool to stretch after a long flight. They have a gym with a swimming pool that u can use it with discounted price. Also the shuttle service from HND was super convenient ; literally drop u off in front of the hotel. Also 3 min walk to Nakano station. Plenty restaurants and shops around the hotel. I was happy with the stay.

Right next to train station and shopping/food street, but amenities were a little lacking. Staff were really helpful though.

Fantastisch”
I stayed at this hotel the last 3 nights prior to my departure . Hotel is clean, cozy and staff are friendly. The location is three train stops from Shinjuku and hotel location is, approximately 50m/150ft to MRT.

Large room, good location”
Check-in is on the 16th floor, & there is little-to-no English indicating this. (I speak Japanese, so it was ok for me, but other travelers need to know!) This hotel uses out-dated old-fashioned keys with hotel name & room number on it, FYI if that's a concern for you! Otherwise, it's an older hotel but great size & location & sufficiently appointed-- I was satisfied!

Good location”
Ok, but generally unmemorable. Had to fetch the trolley from reception and move my own luggage for a requested room change due to shortage of staff?...a first. Would like at least one free English TV/cable channel. Room cleaning/reception staff, totally charming!

Great value for downtown Tokyo”
This was a great choice for my 30 hour layover. The airport shuttle bus to the city stops literally across the street and the subway with a connection to the airport express train is about a 10 min walk. I will keep this one on my list of places to stay.

A short break near Shinjuku after a long day”
I went to spend my weekend in Tokyo and I chose this hotel as I used to live nearby. The hotel is quite aged and has only standard facilities, but it is so close to the station (about a minute walk). I didn't try the food, as you can find many other options in the nearby shopping arcade. The staff was nice and friendly, but didn't pick up the phone when I call in the morning to check the checkout time.
