Cheap and great place to stay in Tokyo”

2nd time stay here and really great place. The facilities are clean and has good smell. Capsules are quite, comfy and good environment for sleeping

Almost perfect amenities”

Towel, face towel, floor mat, pajamas, indoor slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste were provided for each guest. Hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner and body shampoo are provided in the shower room. Some additional amenities such as hair brush for ladies and razor for gentlemen could be added. Perfect view of Tokyo Tower too!

It’s an okay place but the staff are not friendly. They are probably overworked. Seems like they multitask as cleaners, receptionist and everything else that needs to be done daily.

Great place”

The location is great! It's a quiet place good to do freelance work. Great view too, a few outdoor seats to sit and watch people go to work. I had very good nights sleep there. Lockers are great. The only downfall is that you would have to check out every 10 am the following day for security purposes. They change your card key codes. You would spend a lot of time in Hamamatsucho. So many things to see, do, and eat.

Clean and good value. There is no laundry service but they actually provide shirt and pants that you can wear throughout your stay. You'll have to check out at 10am after every day, regardless of how many nights you are staying which although is a minor inconvenience, it keeps things clean and fresh as you get new amenities every day. There's not a lot of space in the locker and can get a little cramped if there are multiple people in the locker/shower room, so it's most optimal to stay here if you are travelling light.

Ótima localização, tudo muito Limpo, funcionários atenciosos e ao mesmo tempo deixam os hospedes à vontade, ambientes modernos e práticos, um designe muito agradável tanto da estrutura externa quanto externa ao edifício. Para uma viajem individual, recomendo!!

附近有很多餐廳，步行到JR站/地鐵站只需5分鐘，頂層的公共空間可望到東京鐵塔 唯一缺點是locker房超細，在入住率不高的情況下，晚上有住客在裡面打開一個30吋大喼時已迫到冇路行

ラウンジからの東京タワー綺麗に見えますし、周りには食事するところもたくさんあります。 何か不満を言えと言われたら、部屋着を脱ぐ時静電気が…ってかんじかなー。 気持ち、タオルが硬めとか。 初めてカプセルホテル泊まりましたけど、結構落ち着きますね。 またこちらで仕事があれば使いたいと思います。

カード一枚に機能凝縮♪”

最近このタイプの管理の仕方が色んな所で 導入されてますが、ゲストに割り振られた QRコードで一元管理されてて合理的でいい と思います。慣れてないお客さんがカード をロッカーに忘れたとスタッフさん呼んで ましたが、これも慣れが必要でしょうか。 清潔感ある内装もいいですし、羽田空港経由の 旅行の際にはまた利用したいと思います。 今回はりんかい線の駅での講習会出席に便利な 立地で利用させてもらいました。

割引があり、格安で宿泊しました。初めてのカプセルホテルでしたが、凄く綺麗で快適でした！強いて言うなら冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、各カプセルに小さいティッシュが取り付けられてたらよかったです！また泊まりたいです

カプセルホテルは初めてだったが、想像以上に良かった。施設内がチリ一つないきれいさで、非常に静か。カプセル内は寝心地がよい。羽田空港発の飛行機で前泊する場合、一番コスパがいいと断言できる。

当日(数時間前)でも予約🆗✨”

翌日(早朝6:30のフライト)もあり、雪が降り始め自宅からだと 電車の遅延や 羽田空港行きバスの遅延も、心配の為 浜松町カプセルホテルにて予約 助かった❗ カプセル内の飲食は禁止だが 上階に飲食可能なエリアあり(持ち込み可能) 難をいえば、カップ麺等に入れれるお湯が有れば最高かな😃
