Clean and modern building. Fresh set of toiletries (towels, toothbrush, toothpaste) plus the nine hours pyjamas and slippers everyday. Capsule is cleaned and fitted with fresh beddings everyday. Shower rooms are clean and are designed with convenience for the user in mind. Had a generally comfortable sleep in the pod. Friendly and accommodating staff, most of which can understand/speak basic English. Super near the station (and the station has elevators, unlike the station near Nine Hours Shinjuku-North). Compared to Shinjuku-North, this one has smaller lockers, it can fit a medium sized travel luggage, a pair of shoes, a large bottle of water, and a medium shopping bag. (The size of the locker is available in their website.) You can leave bigger bags or any extra bags at the reception. So I guess this hotel branch is more convenient for those with no big bags, though it would still do for those with big bags.

Interesting experience ”
This was my first stay in a capsule hotel, and overall it was a nice experience. The pod is modern and clean (I'm sensitive to dust and the pod didn't make me sneeze). It was winter so the room was warm at night, too warm for me actually, but luckily I was so tired from walking every day that I had no problem sleeping. The shower room is well equipped, although I do hope they will change the soap as it smells bad to me. I tried their bath (there's only 1) once and it was great. The only downside of staying in a capsule hotel is that it's really hard to pack your big luggage. The locker is pretty small, it will only fit my cabin luggage and I can stack my purchases there for 4 nights before packing for home on the last night. The location is great though, we only need to walk 3 mins from Kanda's station East Exit and there's a Family Mart nearby.

Perfect capsule hotel for solo travellers”
The rooms were really quiet. Bring a USB fan. Make sure it's not noisy as it's really quiet. It's stuffy in the capsule so the USB fan makes all the difference. Easy to find. Jr east exit. Would be great if there were some skin moisturizer in the toilet. Showers were great. Bed really comfortable. Pillow was ok for me.

Nice place to stay. Close to the subway station. Only thing some people may find a bit tedious is that you have to check out everyday in order for them to the cleaning. Your luggage and things can stay but you have to be out from 10 am-1pm. I didn’t mind this since it is to keep the place so clean.

Affordable yet Comfortable Stay near Akihabara”
Japan always amazing especially for tidy and clean matters. This small capsule hotel is really comfortable, safe and only steps away from Kanda Station. We have a very good stay here and recommend this place for anyone seeking budget yet comfortable place.

The location is great!! Near JR Station Kanda and can be reached within walk distance. For all of you who are intending to roam around Akihabara, I think 9Hours Kanda is the best choice. I spent 9 nights there and whenever I went to Akihabara, I just walked from the hotel. You can find many restaurants nearby like Sukiya, Matsuya, Soba Restaurants, Izakayas, even Starbucks. There are also 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby. The capsule pod itself is spacious but you have to be quiet, and the only negative side of this hotel is the locker room. Since big luggage can't be put inside your locker, you have to go back and forth to the reception desk to get your luggage and since the space in the first floor isn't big enough, it's quite hard for you to pack up your stuff.

it is very near to station but it is a bit not so convenient coz the luggage locker is located in 2nd floor and the bathroom is located in 3rd floor and our bedroom is located in 4th floor.

Not in the pre-defined options but I was travelling with a friend. We had separate but adjacent capsule beds. All capsule beds are for single occupant only.

It's one of the best capsule hotel chains and I can recommend it to anyone who's interested in a capsule experience. Very organised, clean, nice staff, many restaurants in the area etc. Only downside is, there is not really room to eat inside and you have to check out every day at 10am and check in again at 2pm, even of you booked several nights. It's their system and this is how they keep the beds and everything so cleaned. You can keep your stuff in your locker at all times though.

Clean & tidy. It was great. At first, i thought the locker room was like Nine Hours Shinjuku but this one was smaller and double tier locker. If you have a large / too heavy suitcase like mine (in my case, i’ve got the upper locker) you can store your luggage at the reception.

Only for women. Convenient location, English-speaking staff, very clean. They give you pajamas, toothbrush and toothpaste, and towels to use. Main inconvenience is having to check in and out every day you stay even if you're staying multiple days. But they do hold luggage for you, and you can keep your luggage there after you check out only if you pick up your luggage by the end of your last check-out day. You keep your luggage in a locker and it can get a bit hectic from people rummaging through their belongings, so plan your time accordingly.

Perfect for young solo travellers. But for people such as light sleepers, it might not be the place. Noises around from other people and door open-close will be an issue. Otherwise it’s really great.

Capsule Hotel near Station ”
On our 3rd and 4th night, we transferred to a hotel in Kanda. Because as I was researching for a place to stay near Akihabara, this was what I got. What I Love Here * Super love the location - very close to the train station, there are many restaurants and convenience stores outside. * WiFi connection is great * The privacy that we had in our room. * The toilet is amazing * They provide sleeping clothes * They change the towels daily * The staff can speak English What I Hope Can Change * The locker is so small especially if you have big luggage * The lockers are located in one place, in the 1st floor. It got super crowded when the guests are there. And other guests can see what's inside your bag since you will be opening it in front of them. I found it stressful. * You need to check out every 10AM * You cannot call when inside the sleeping pod * Got a problem charging my power bankn coz the cable is short & the power outlet is high Sleeping pod is really just for sleeping. 😊

I loved my stay here at 9hours. It’s walking distance from Kanda Station and numerous restaurants. I only stayed here for one night before heading off to my next location, but I loved the quiet atmosphere and I was able to get a good night sleep despite having a sleeping pod next to the door. The only downside is that the locker area for the WHOLE BUILDING is located on the first floor. It can easily get chaotic in the morning when everyone is packing and unpacking before the 10 AM check out time.
