Not an apartment. ”
We booked this place as the place we wanted was not available but there’s not enough or clear info about the place. The place is advertised as an apartment but it is not. It is kind of a hostal with shared bathrooms. The only pro is the location. Cons: not clean, bathrooms are smelly and VERY dusty. The towel is minuscule and the sheets seemed they were stored in a long time so they’re not fresh. I wouldn’t recommend this place....

Near to station but hard to find the building. There's no "Okubo forest guest house" sign, just the japanese name beside the lift. Room was very small but quite clean.

Worst place ever!”
There is no signage outside the building which makes it impossible to find. We probably never would have found it without the help of locals. However, the location is great though once you can find it, is it very close to the station. There are no staff at all, you have to check yourself in to the building. Not very helpful if you have any question. Room was ok size but mattress was non existent and we basically slept on a piece of wood for 5 nights. Room was very dusty and dirty too. Also, security is not good as anyone can walk in off the street you don't need a key or code to get into the hostel.

No sign in front of guest house so nobody knows where is guest house. I found out just one building of 8 floor is guest house. self check in and self check system and No reception desk so nobody stay in guest house. location is very near by okubo station but it's hard to find out at first time.

There's no reception and the place is a bit hidden. We stayed here twice, a week apart. The first time was Wall l simple, but the second time they hadn't prepped our room and hence no key was available. Was fixed within an hour, but it cost me an expensive international call that all of a sudden made the price not so good.

Didn't get a reply via email hence had to contact the host via AirBnb message and she was quick to respond and was very friendly. Had to check-in at 7am, hence the host left the key at the door for me. Location is so easily accessible that I felt silly asking for directional photos from her. Cleanliness can be improved. She only speaks mandarin Chinese.

NO STAFFS, POOR COMMUNICATION”
Its more like a hostel, with bunk beds. I choose three bed private room which is good. On arrival, I struggled to find the elevator to reach the 8th floor. Just walk past the stairs at ground floor to find elevator. There are two floors. A welcome note was hanged indicating our name and corresponding room name. But the owner assigned wrong room and there was no Key. Waited for 2 hours at lobby and finally someone came and assigned the right room. Phone numbers given via agoda were not at all responding. There was an emergency number printed in welcome note which saved us. Otherwise stay was good. Clean place, three shower rooms which are shared. Toilets on both floors. Its good for long stay.

地铁站离宾馆很近，出行很方便。周边有很多餐馆便利店，可以买到日常用品。宾馆设施齐全，居住空间也不拥挤。 唯一的不足是宾馆隔音效果一般，晚上会听到汽车火车声。 住了大约一周时间，感觉还可以。

大久保站出来就到了，走到新宿也就一站路。离新大久保站也很近。公用卫生间淋浴房。没有牙刷毛巾睡衣等提供，只有一条浴巾。有一个微波炉，没有冰箱。

음 일단 위에 말했던 바선생이 인상이 깊고요 위치가 처음 챶기에는 ㄹㅇ ㅈ같아요! 뺙치는 위취! 건뮬이 간퐌도 없어서 진짜 코앞에 두교 30분 헤멤^^;; 건물에!!간퐌이!!!!!없여요!!!!(강죠☆☆) 간퐌이 없다니까?? ㅅㅂ 이게 말이야 봥구야 그냥 일단 골물같아 지나간데가 내 숙소야 간판이 없어 엘리비터 누르는곳에 써있더라 게슈트하우스 몇층 게스트 하우스 9층은 엘리베이텨도 안둬서 그 뮤거운 캐리어 끙끙대며 가파른 계댠을 들고 올라가교 냬려가뉸데 후지산 등샨하는줄 ×_×~**☆☆** 방윰도 ㅈ도 안되구 그냥 벽 하냐야!! 다다미때문에 예앾헀는데~ 너네는 챠라리 제사지낼뚸 쓰는 대나무 돗자리 펼치길 바라고! 진짜 벌례 무셔워 하는 친구한톄 이변 여횅으로 빅엿을 주고싶으면 추천할게!!!! 정말 자신있게 추천해!!!!! 여기는 최고야 ㅈ같은 추억을 만들 수 있어!!!! 너네 꼭 사이 얀 좋은 친구와 손잡고 오기를 바라!!!
