my new favorite haneda area hotel option ”
I was not aware of this hotel prior as I need a haneda transit hotel once jn a while and this might be my new favorite. great price point, literally next to oimachi station so it was a quick transfer at shinagawa. on the return I realized there was a direct airport bus right outside as the main station at similar pricing. very convenient. the room is a single room which is typical of Japan. modern clean and a breeze checking in and out. right on top of a mall as well with plenty of options for food and 2 family marts and a supermarket. Will be back if they are similar in pricing to others!

Great hotel few steps from Oimachi JR station ”
Located few steps from Oimachi JR station (Keihen Tohoku, blue line), this modern hotel is everything you could want. Surrounded by restaurants, shops and malls, it's a great option in a not so crowded area. And still it's one station from Shinagawa station where you can catch the NEX train to Narita airport, the shinkansen or change to the Yamanote line. That closeness is wonderful while carrying a large suitcase in a public crowded train. The staff is bilingual, very kind and efficient. The hotel is modern and pretty and the rooms are a little narrow but within the standard for Japanese hotels. There are several restaurants in the same building, even a Denny's which is a good option for breakfast, a Family mart, a Can Do store to buy trinkets and few other stores. The hotel also has a coin laundry which is very useful. In overall, it's a wonderful option near Tokyo highlights but in a not so crowded neighborhood.

Meets all expectations perfectly and more!”
No complains what’s so ever as a short trip. Cost, cleanness, location, facility equipment, bed, pillow, functional stores inside/outside of building. All kinds restaurants are near by. The room is tiny but you do not feel too tight if a single occupancy. 8 Elevators are fully functional with high speed gears.

Good except for laundry”
Room a bit small for a couple but had everything we needed. Breakfast is basic but adequate given it was included in our reservation. The one thing that left a bad impression on me was their laundry machines, as the dryers didn't dry at all. I kept putting in extra money to add drying time but even after 3 hours my clothes were still just as wet as when they started. Asked for a refund from the front desk and they refused.

Dirty Rooms/Rude Staff”
I grew up in Japan and speak fluent Japanese. The below all took place in Japanese, so it’s not a language issue, it’s a service one. I had 3 days booked with this hotel, but for the first day I was unable to book the same room. On arrival I asked if they could move things around so I wouldn’t have to check in and out and was told that they would try and I should ask when I checked in later. When I came back later that evening to check in, I asked the staff on duty if he could check and see if putting me in the same room for 3 days was a possibility. He didn’t even bother to check, just rudely told me it wasn’t possible and that he knew this without checking. I went ahead and checked in, but when my card didn’t go through as he hadn’t configured the machine correctly he told me my card was bad/trash which is extremely rude in Japan. I had to show him how to run it correctly, after which of course it went through. Then he gave me my key but didn’t mention I was staying in a different building. I had to go up to my floor, hint around and then come back and ask him why my room wasn’t on the floor before he bothered to mention it was in a totally different building. The room when I finally got it was dirty, stained and had random hairs and fingernails lying around. Even the sheet was stained. This is very unusual for a Japanese hotel. I mentioned this to the staff the following day and they acted as if it was a silly thing to complain about. Needless to say I will never be staying here again.

Everything is great about this hotel, the location, room size/layout, convenience and the cleaniess. However the front desk staff need a bit more training for check in process for the foreigners. They took 20 min just to find my reservation that I have booked online.

Value for money hotel. Simple yet adequate bf to start the day. Rooms were meticulously clean. Train station at doorstep which is pretty convenient to move around. Abundance of food n supermarkets within Hotel vicinity. All in all would be good choice to choose for 3 nights stay.

+ Great location, really convenient. + Amazing Onsen spa bath, you shall go there. + Clean, comfortable. - You cannot open the windows in the smoking room + the smell make it kinda an awful choice, even for a smoker. - No morning call option (???) - No power adapter available when I visited
