Self check-in”

Hotel is a bit far from the nearest train station 15-20mins walk. They have self check-in if you arrive late at night for early morning check-out. Our room size is okay with own toilet and shower. They have a common pantry where you can have your breakfast. They also have laundry service.

Values for money”

Because we decide to go to Hard Rock Cafe Asakusa we stay here also so many entrance can go like Skytree Asakusa, Tennoji tample, very near with subway metro. Staff very friendly, room clean and tidy. Hopefully can stay here again.

Property was sparkling clean. The walk to the Asakusa Station was manageable, safe even at night. Neighborhood is quiet. Instructions for checkin/checkout are easy to understand and follow.

Ausreichend”

Location was quite far from train station, need to walk a distance. Quite a hassle especially if there is big luggages involved. Area was quiet too. The room was not too bad for 5 people. There is dryer and washer too. However, check in was quite troublesome too.

Excellent location”

Friendly staff who can communicate in English :). Easy access to train station & near conveniences store (family mart / aeon). Near to place of interest (a bit of walking, but near). The room is clean & excellent condition. Recommended for family stay.

Nice clean hotel”

Hotel is clean & convenient walking distance about 5-10 mins walk to main streets, train stations, sky tree, convenience stores & drinks dispensing machines every corners of streets. We reached hotel early morning and they have store room to lock our baggages, then we went for our visits to tourists attractions as we.an only check in after 2pm.

Good place to stay”

a few walk to the nearest subway;place is clean:room is cozy;with refrigerator microwave and water heater at the pantry;there is also a coin laundry at the 1st floor

Good hotel for Tokyo visit”

Hotel is clean, good facilities and near to subway. Price is reasonable for city like Tokyo. Internet is fast and able to do voice conference without cut.

Value for money for a group of 6, new and clean”

We had the room with 6 persons with 2 bunk beds and 2 joined beds. Pros - place is new and very clean - price is great with own toilet and shower compared to higher price with shared facilities in other hotel/hostels that are very crowded and dated nearby - helpful visiting staff in assisting to book us a taxi to kesei ueno for skyliner which is less than 3kms away. - walking distance to sensoji and very near to Asahi HQ for night out with a view. Cons - 700 meters from Ginza line - quite a walk for nearby 711 or family mart Overall, great stay for a group of 6. Will choose and recommend Playsis Asakusa for Tokyo!

走很远的酒店”

酒店出去的距离太远了，要走很远才可以去到便利商店买东西，也离景点很远，带娃超不方便，拉行李拉到半死

Asakusa St.에서 가깝고 체크인이나 체크아웃도 편하고 가성비 좋은 숙소에서 가족들과 잘 지내다 돌아왔습니다. 다시 도쿄를 갈 기회가 생긴다면 우선 플레이시스 아사쿠사를 이용해야 겠네요^^

家族4人9000円で泊まれて、親は大満足。 子供達は憧れの2段ベッドで大満足でした。 近くのコインパーキングが夜8時〜朝8時まで500円だったので朝7時半頃チェックアウトして朝から浅草寺へ参拝に行きました‼︎ 朝食付きだったので、パンがどんなだったか見れなかったのが残念ですが笑

**(อาจเป็นความผิดของเราเองที่มาถึงโรงแรมช้า ประมาณ2ทุ่ม10นาทีและไม่ได้ตรวจสอบอีเมลส่วนตัว) เวลาcheck in , check out ต้องบริการตัวเอง (ทางโรงแรมมีแท็บเล็ตวางไว้ตรงreception) และเวลาเข้าโรงแรมต้องมีรหัสซึ่งทางโรงแรมจะส่งมาให้เราทางอีเมลค่ะ สำหรับเรา คิดว่า ไม่ค่อยโอเคโรงแรมนี้ และคิดว่าไม่เหมาะกับ ผู้สูงอายุหรือผู้ใหญ่ที่ไม่ค่อยทันเทคโนโลยีและภาษาค่ะ เพราะตอนcheck in จะต้องกรอกข้อมูลและถ่ายหน้าpassportเพื่อทำการเช็คอิน และยังต้องวิดิโอคอลคุยกับพนักงานด้วย กรณีคนที่มีกระเป๋าสัมภาระเยอะและใบใหญ่อาจจะไม่สะดวกเท่าไหร่ เพราะที่นี่ไม่มีลิฟต์ lobbyข้างล่างมีที่นั่งกินข้าว มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก แต่ตู้กดของกิน ต้องใช้credit cardในการรูดเพื่อซื้อ แทนที่จะเป็นหยอดเหรียญ ในส่วนของห้องพัก เราเลือกห้องสำหรับ4คน(พักจริง3คน+สัมภาระใบเล็ก3ใบ) ห้องเป็นเตียง2ชั้น ขนาดห้องไม่ใหญ่ ถ้ามีกระเป๋าใบใหญ่จะลำบากค่ะ ความสะอาดของโรงแรมและห้องพักดีค่ะ

ห้องสะอาดค่ะ แต่ค่อนข้างแคบไปหน่อย ห้องที่เลือกกับห้องที่ได้ไม่ตรงกัน ทำเลที่ตั้งถือว่าเดินทางสะดวกดีค่ะ

Playsis Asakusa”

ตำแหน่งที่พักสามารถเดินเท้าได้จากสถานี A18 หรือ G19 ภายในระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 10 นาที (ประมาณ 500 เมตร) ภายในที่พักเป็นพื้นพรมค่อนข้างสะอาดมากๆ เป็นแนว check-in, check-out บริการตัวเอง มีห้องล้อคเกอร์สำหรับฝากกระเป๋าสำหรับคนที่เดินทางมาถึงก่อนเวลาเช็คอิน โดยรวมค่อนข้างประทับใจ

極為不方便的住宿經驗”

一開始需要一串密碼才能進入大門，入住的時候也需要一串數字以做入住憑證。不曉得是旅館方面的失誤抑或我並無查收到郵件（但我真的把信箱翻遍了），我一直到站在大門前了才知道需要密碼這件事，其中我並無收到旅館收來的信件，當下按了客服電鈴，立即幫我們開了大門，但我仍然沒有密碼，有點擔心這樣是否晚點也無法辦入住，這段期間沒有任何人員來現場協助，三番兩次按了電鈴溝通都不良，索性不回答，對於就這樣讓我進來的行為感到非常驚訝，如果我是有意人士該如何？但當天下午寫了郵件給館方，旅館回信的效率挺好，馬上就給了我密碼，但只是前頭仍然浪費了一堆時間。 再來，入住全是自助式的，它沒有所謂櫃台，入住全靠自己及桌上的一台ipad，其中有工作人員從員工工作室出來查看，但仍然沒有要協助我的意思，這是旅館運作的方式，這點我尚能理解，只是agoda網站上寫印出紙本入住憑證或是電子入住憑證是什麼意思？要向誰憑證？入住的程序中甚至沒有要求輸入入住憑證上的任何東西。 然後，我們的房間在三樓，旅館沒有提供電梯，使得搬運行李十分不便。 最後，我們洗澡的時候時常沒有熱水，這真的非常痛苦，同時我也感到非常的驚奇，竟然有一間旅館可以在大冬天的時常沒有熱水，真的是十分驚奇。 總而言之，下一次若再到淺草，是不會再回顧了，也不會推薦給任何人，是極為不便且令人傻眼的一次入住經驗。
