very nice hotel”

very nice room with very nice facilities; about a 20 minute taxi ride from the hotel with little traffic. I appreciated the hotel setting me up with a taxi to meet me at the airport, which cost $17 ahead of time, but when I had a taxi ready to take me to the airport for my flight home the taxi ride cost $20. Walking distance to Old Town with a mall/restaurants within walking distance.

Good hotel on the fringe of town”

Quite good really. Breakfast was excellent. They also have eggs cooked to order. In fact, it was the best breakfast I ever had in the Baltics (even the radisson in Tallinn fell short of this) and the selection was very extensive. Location-wise, it's within walking distance to the old town..that is if you don't mind walking. It wasn't an issue for me as I thoroughly enjoyed taking walking along the river to and fro the hotel. Vcups is just literally opposite and there is another huge shopping centre about 5-10 minutes away. For a lot of people in my tour, the highlight was the bar at the top of the hotel which, at night, had spectacular view of the city (almost a 360 degrees view).

great value for money. breakfast is rich, as always in Radisson Blu chains hotel. In this hotel, you will eat breakfast on top floor. Suite rooms are spacious, choose those with the view, it's beautiful. Telly could be newer, with smart tv / netflix option - regular tv is past (but this is common problem in most of hotels).

We had a good stay, made better by the complimentary room upgrade, breakfast and fruit plate. The location is good within walking distance to everything you need and public transport links close by. I would stay again if I were in Vilnius again.

Have stayed here dozens of times. Hotel is very well run. Only 10 minute walk to city centre and 20-25 mins to old town. Comfy bed, reasonable priced mini bar, supermarket/shopping centre 2 mins from hotel. . If you get a taxi from hotel, make sure you get a blue or green prius cab. They only charge €5 to 7 euros to centre. . Others will rip you off 10 to €20 for same trip. Always ask for estimate.

Disappointing Arrival”

I had been traveling from the states. Arrived at 1:30 am only to find out that they had given my room away to someone else. I was very tired a woman traveling alone, and specifically made a reservation at this hotel, because it was right next door to the bank I had an appointment with at 10 am that very morning! They put me up at the Holiday Inn which what they told me at Radisson Blu that it was also a 4 star hotel, which I was clearly LIED TO AGAIN, because it was barely 3 stars. and run down looking in some areas. I was treated nicer by the people at the Holiday Inn and much more professional. Needless to say I didn't sleep well and the Radisson Blu never gave me a refund for the night they said they would PAY FOR. So, I will be addressing it with my credit card company!

Have stayed at this hotel many times since raddison took over from reval . First time I've stayed over a weekend. I had pre-booked a junior sweet . When I checked in I was offered a upgrade to business class for a fee. A fair amount considering I'm a regular and it was covering a weekend.. The main reason I went for it was business class rooms give you the option of breakfast in bed at no extra charge . Well this has previously been the case here and at the other raddisons I stay at around the world.. When I went to fill in my order card for breakfast ,I noticed prices against the menu, surely not after paying extra for business class room ?? I asked at reception if this charge was for standard rooms only and the girl said no ,you have to pay the extra. . I'm not going to pretend I couldn't afford it, but out of principle, I dragged myself down to breakfast for a few days . Not great. I should mention I was on 18th floor. I wasn't told incredibly loud music would keep me awake fri

Absolutely wonderful staff and service”

Beautiful room, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast: it was absolutely brilliant. We got in at about 6am, a good eight hours before we were supposed to check in, hoping to see if we could get an early check-in: and the man at the desk couldn't have been nicer, getting us a nice room and breakfast for just a few euros more. Wonderful. I know it seems like I'm going overboard but genuinely it was a really brilliant experience that made our time in Vilnius so much better.

The hotel is located vrry close to the center of Vilnius (10 min by foot). The breakfast is very good, and the facilities of the hotel have a very high standard.

OK business hotel”

This hotel is a 3 star hotel, just an ok Business hotel. The staff are professional without being friendly. The rooms are standard, facilities in the rooms are the basics, very few English Channels on the TV the majority being Russian and German? The bathroom had a decent size shower and the room was clean. Breakfast was large but with nothing extra about the food, the bacon that was labelled crispy was greasy and soggy. It was a hotel I stayed 1 night in I would not have liked to stay more.
