Insgesamt war ich mit dem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Die Lage an der Autobahn war für meine Angelegenheiten optimal. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist bzgl. Größe und Ausstattung soweit OK. Ein großer Mangel war die fehlende Klimaanlage. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt, der dann rund um die Uhr im Einsatz war. Ein Kühlschrank fehlte ebenfalls. Die größte Katstrophe war aber das Housekeeping: Nichts nachgefüllt (Kleenex, Toilettenpapier, Kaffee), Mülleimer nicht geleert und Gläser und Tassen nicht gespült. Dies war auf 2 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen so. Den Austausch der Federkissen sollte ich an der Rezeption organisieren, was selbst den Mitarbeitern dann seltsam vorkam. Dass beim Frühstück nichts eingedeckt war, fand ich für ein Radisson ebenfalls nicht dem Standard entsprechend. Störend fand ich die große Anzahl der Touristenbusse. Bis zu 3 Busse mit Chinesen waren während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel.

Quite a distance from the bus stop, will need to go up the slop. McDonalds is just across the road. It's very convenient. There's also train station to the city area. It's convenient to go to Oslo Airport as there's an airport bus which takes abt 40 mins to the airport.

The location was not as bad as the maps would indicate. Airport bus goes past the hotel once an hour, which was an unexpected perk.

The hotel is nice. Easy to from and to airport. However, they didn’t provide water bottles. Also, no bathroom mattress and shower cap.

Pluses: Spacious rooms Good breakfast Minuses: Cold, absence of air conditioner, they gave us a small heater that didn’t solve the problem -> I got sick Location: on map there is only two hundred meters to the Trosterud metro station, but in life there is no exit on back side and you should exit the main entrance, go around all hotel and only then go these 2 hundred meters - not good After cleaning I revealed absence of bottled water, called reception and asked for i They told me to drink water from the tap! Strange service for the Radisson hotel

Great value for money but that’s about it ”
Commuting is a challenge if the trains are down (it just so happens that it happens a couple of times every summer as they do repair works so you’re taking the risk.) The buses are fine, but their schedules change drastically when trains are down so you’ll have to find some way to adapt. I’ll recommend for you to stay here only if you drive. The staff were both curt and courteous, hardly hospitable, but I suppose it’s not the worst thing in the world. However, they had multiple mix ups and had great difficulty checking me into the room. I suspect they have a lot of interns or foreign workers who haven’t been trained well unfortunately.

Excellent stay with the kids in this hotel”
Place was so clean and beautiful, very peaceful and easy check in... the breaksfast is super! And just infront of the hotel there can u find Mcdonalds and gasoline station. Cons: too expensive parking fee ( 190nok per dag) we pay the whole day anyway even if we just park from 10pm to 7am But otherwise it waa quite a nice stay there...

Good stay with some disadvantages ”
Due to construction site in front of the hotel and in front of our room one of my friends couldnt sleep in the night. We would like to receive such information at the checkin or via email before we checkin.

Value for money but some flaws ”
Nice room but tv broke down and took an hour for the staff to fix. The holder for the hand shower was not working either. The machines in the reception was very slow and it would have been nice if they in some way asked how the stay was when I checked out. On the plus side is the breakfast which was very nice and for the price I paid to stay at the hotel the overall experience was very good.

The bed in a double room was actually two beds, which kept on moving at every turn. You could easily have fallen off during the night. How can you a 4 star hotel not have a normal double bed?

The toiletteries were missing on first day. The TV remote didnt work. The beds were twin but would not stay together as if on wheels. Keep drifting apart and if you tried to cuddle in the middle of the bed, you fall off in between the cracks.

A bit out of the way, some waiting time at the reception, fiddly shower fastener, dark room during daytime, no fridge and slow TV system sw, but... Very big rooms, very clean, nice bathroom, rich breakfast and friendly staff for a relatively low price P.S. parking is half price next door

Very nice and spacious room. No real restaurants nearby. One supermarket 5 minute walk away, next to the underground station. No breakfast was included in my budget reservation, so I grabbed some sandwiches from the gas station next door. I didn't have the time to check the fitness room.
