Anordnung der Zimmer nicht gut. Man schaut durch ein Atrium auf das gegenüberliegende Zimmer. Zudem ist alles nach aussen verglast, man bekommt also nicht wirklich frische Luft. Beim Frühstück viel zuviel Trubel, viele Standardsachen waren vergriffen und nachlegen dauerte extrem lange; Personal beim Frühstück völlig überfordert. Ich bekam über agoda einen sehr guten Preis, von daher ok. Die normalen Preise sollte man hier nicht zahlen.

Sogar die „kleinen“ Zimmer sind geräumig. Die Lage ist einmalig - direkt im Zentrum und auch der Flughafenbus hält direkt vor der Tür.

Hotel is in very good location, you can walk just 5 min. for many good restaurants and city center shopping. Room is very comfortable with facility... Staff is very nice when we asked for questions. Breakfast is great!

Nice place to live”
Perfect location. Have bus from/to the airport stop right outside of the hotel. Walking distance to most of attractions in Trondheim. The room is not so big but cosy. Provide babycot at no extra cost. The air ventilation wasn’t so good though. For my personal experience the pillows weren’t so comfortable (too flat and too soft). Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is nice, but the variation of foods are a little bit limited.

Good hotel, small rooms”
Great location Fancy hotel common areas with lots of space to relax Above average breakfast The standard rooms are almost too small for 4 beds. They don't have pull out sofa or similar so they supply 2x 90cm roller beds which are almost too big to fit. We're talking moving all furniture to one side to fit. We basically covered 70% of the room with beds and had to crawl over beds to get anywhere in the room. This is by far the smallest room I've stocked my family of four into. Apart from that, all good!

Great hotel great location great free breakfast only problem I had was no hover or brush was used on the wooden floor which made it look dusty. If I'm back in trondheim I will most definitely be using this hotel again.

Expensive for what it is”
Quite disappointed as I am usually impressed with Radisson Blu hotels (and Norwegian quality in general). The staff were fantastic, as was the location and the quality of the mattress/bed. However, the room had centrally controlled heating so it was roasting. The windows wouldn't open, it was incredibly dusty with very limited cleaning not helped by the poor lighting. The door to the room felt flimsy (I'm a large chap, so I wasn't hugely worried, but I wouldn't feel comfortable with my wife or female family member staying here alone) and the shower was weak. Poor performance overall for what is usually a really good hotel chain.

Agoda did not inform the price was without breakfast, so had to pay 400 NOK at check in. It is better to use the hotels own booking site, because the price ended up the same.

I stay Radisson Blu in Tromsø, that was much better. Trondheim hotel dirty, Matress too soft, the basin for wash hand terrible. carpet got smell. Staff are friendly.

Nice and clean, quiet and good location. Front desk had some computer failing but sorted everything and was friendly and personal. We will come back

Excellent Service from Marte! Rooms can be improved”
From Check in to Check out, Marte's service was beyond excellent. She was very helpful and accommodating. Very beautiful lady with a very pleasant smile. Rooms can be improved though. The TV wasnt working properly. I was unable to cast my smartphone to the TV although they have this feature. The TV stopped working and no channels can be watched. I wanted to call front desk for help, but the phone wasnt working either. When i highlighted this to Marte next morning when i checked out, she offered free breakfast for 2 of us and made our day. The breakfast is really good! Better than expected. Car Park is really expensive!
