Great location and helpful staff. ”
I usually stay at Remm Hibiya, so this was my first time at the Akihabara location. Location connected to the train station can’t be beat. Staff was very helpful and even made notes so the next staff member knew what I was asking for before I even asked! Beds are comfortable as at all Remm hotels. I would stay here again.

Great stay”
I was curious of this hotel for years but never can book because its always full. Finally they available in the date I went to holiday and its time to try! Message chair is definitely the plus side for the hotel, also location wise, where it is very near to the station and the station are consisting of many train main line so its easy to go anywhere you want. Near to the heart of Akiba and very recommended. Although the room is small but no problem. Breakfast was delicious also and very recommended to try at least once if you stay in this hotel!

The best value & most accessible hotel in Akihabara”
2nd time staying here. Pros: Accessible. Just above the train station Clean and spacious room if u compared to some other hotel in japan Have massage chair Unique design of the bathroom. Cons Tea must go down to check in counter to collext the teabags. Not available in your room. Other than that, highly recommended hotel for the average budget traveller

Super convenient”
Can't beat the location - its super convenient as is right next to the station (less than a min walk from the exit) def great for anyone who's into anime/gaming/toys etc as there's really so much to see. Plus point: hotel has a massage chair which is great after a day of shopping. The one and only downside would be the room size. Though its expected of any standard japanese room.

REMM Hotel perfect staying hotel at akihabara. All the hype landmark are walking distance from the hotel. When you are tired walking around the massage chair at you room ready for you this is my fav ever. The hotel attached with the Starbucks, uniqlo, Muji and Akihabara station

Convenient centrally located Hotel in Tokyo”
Remm Akihabara is my go-to hotel to stay at when visiting Tokyo. It is located on top of Atre1 Akihabara and directly adjacent to the JR Akihabara station. Even though it's right next to the station, you almost never hear the trains. Coming from the station, you can head for the Central gate, turn right and the hotel is straight ahead. It is in Akihabara which is the center of anime otaku culture but even for those who aren't into that, it is still located close to many other city centers in Tokyo. The station services the Yamanote, Keihin-Tohoku and Chuo-Sobu lines which means you have direct lines to Tokyo, Ginza, Shinjuku, and even Yokohama although there may be faster ways to each station. The rooms are small but average for a business hotel in Tokyo. The rooms I've stayed in all had a massage chair which is great for long day/shopping trips. The bathroom isn't your typical modular one which is great. Only wish is that there was a laundry room.

This room wasn’t as perfect as the one I had a few days before in the same hotel due to small things such as the view and the toilet not being auto flush. Overall, it was still a great stay though. Bed is super comfy, and I love the location connected to the train station. I will stay here again.

Fantastic location, value for money, and well thought out room”
Location is second to none for the price point. Service was on point. Rooms, though small, were well thought out with super comfy bed and pillows, and a great massage chair for after a long day of work. Would 10/10 return in the future.

Perfectly Cozy and Great Location”
My husband and I travel light. We use small bags and are able to store our suitcases out of the way, so we still had a good amount of space in the room. The room we had was small by Western standards but was pristine. The sheets are clean, the bathroom is immaculate. Housekeeping is absolutely fantastic here. The shower is my favourite part.

A very nice hotel at the heart of akihabara”
Easy access to everything and there are a lot of restaurants and shops around within the vicinity. Transportation especially the train is very much accessible.

Right next to Akihabara JR station and in the mix of all action. Great WiFi speed and provides free tea/coffee bags at reception, the massage chair in the room is also a nice touch.

Excellent location and big window with a great view of the city”
It's only a 1-min walk from the JR Akihabara station. The hotel room is quite small. But there is a big window with a great view of the city and the railway. The bed is very comfortable and there is a small massage chair.

Wonderful location at a decent price!”
The hotel's location is hard to beat--right next to JR Akihabara and Tskuba Express stations. There are also a large selection of restaurants and shops nearby. In terms of size and cleanliness, the rooms seem to be as good as other Tokyo hotels in the price range--no complaints from me. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and had no problems dealing with a non-Japanese speaking guest, like me. The breakfast buffet offered was a convenient way to start each day, but I'm not a big breakfast person and also couldn't get into the Japanese-style foods offered. I'm happy I experienced it, but I would opt for a non-breakfast plan if I were to stay here again. There are plenty of places nearby for me to get a coffee and pastry in the morning.

Nice hotel & helpful receptionist ”
- Stay at this hotel on 17th to 20th Jan 2018 with my teen daughter. -Good location. The hotel is just beside the train station & shopping mall. - Easy to find halal food (just opposite the hotel) - The room is very clean and well maintained. - The best part, there’s a massage chair in the room 👏🏻👏🏻 - The receptionist is very helpful, courteous & always smile. Thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻 - Even though the room is very small, i like this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Fantastisch”
You're paying for the location here and its 100% worth it. This was our "splurge" stay on our trip and it was so nice to roll out of bed and be in the heart of Akihabara. Bathroom situation is a little strange. The curtain didn't bother me (shielding the view through the glass window into the bathroom), but the lack of door closure did. You can hear everything when the sliding door is closed so just a heads up.

Great location and friendly staff”
Location is great.. stayed here many times over.. only thing is it gets really crowded over the weekends around the area (but that’s Akihabara!) it’s basically Tech and Anime Town. Hotel also allows for late check out at a reasonable fee.
