Perfect location to go anywhere in Tokyo!”
Stayed here for 3 nights and I can't complain about its location and some of the nice restaurants nearby the hotel. The room is not the biggest, just like any other hotels in Tokyo, but it was very nicely cleaned and the staffs were amazing. I would stay here again if I were to visit Tokyo the next time!

Best view of Tokyo Tower from the window, extremely clean and organized. Even though the room is not that big, it has everything. Great Wi-Fi. Accommodating staff. Located in the center of all actions. Great price. Highly recommended!!!!

nice hotel with message chair and near to Roppongi train station”
Many supermarket within walking distance. High end Tokyo Midtown just across the road. With nearest limousine bus pick up to airport at The Ritz carlton hotel just 5min walk. We took the limousine bus from narita airport to grand hyatt hotel which is 10min walk to remm Roppongi as this is the earliest bus timing available due to arriving early in the morning.

Perfect for visiting couples ”
Great up scaley hotel. Has nice features n touches that are quite impressive. Location is on a main street with tons of food near by, convenience store, drug store, McD, Wendy’s, Don Q (shop for anything , good for gifts to bring home), ichiran ramen across st, Fuji film and Konami building across st, and more. Couple streets over u get a very popular underground udon joint and other upscale steak houses and restaurants seemingly for the business people. About the hotel, has a currency change machine at lobby so that’s ultra convenient. Smoking and praying room at lobby level. Front desk allows bag check if u arrive early so that’s great; also noticed they allowed check in one day like 10 min early with many people waiting so that was considerate. Room itself was very nice and impressive. Beds were next to each other so it was one huge bed. Nice view w massage chair but it’s kinda kids sized. Shower has multiple angles including bath w view so very cool for intimate couples.

Great hotel”
The interior design of the room was great! Enjoyed the massage chair and the fantastic Tokyo Tower view. Bathroom was the right size and bed was comfortable too. Nothing I would complain about the room. Breakfast was just ok. Wish it would have more Japanese food choice. Location was convenient. Close to the subway station and lots of famous Ramen and yakiniku restaurants around. Walking distance to roppongi hill & museums. The only cons was there was it's not a great place to shop (only a smaller drug store nearby and the other shops around were all high-end shops like Tokyo midtown.) Overall very satisfied with the stay!

Great Hotel Awesome Honey Tea”
I was in tokyo to film for my channel worldaviation4k and decided to stay in Roppongi. The room is a good size compared to other hotels that are central. I tried many of the teas (didn't see coffee) The Honey tea was amazing, i think it is actual honey in the tea bag. I looked up the company online and it looks pretty good too.

Can't complain!”
The hotel is not particularly expensive. Consider everything that comes along, the cost performance is brilliant. The room is neat and tidy. My view was not on the Tokyo Tower's side BUT when the sky is clear you can see Mount Fuji. The room is small yet I could still fit in two luggage of 26" and 28" sizes (I didn't fully open them all of the times, I took out everything I needed to the shelves and tables, opening the bags only when I need to put things in). Transportation is convenient that it is 1-min from Oedo Line (reaching Shinjuku and HND) to the left and 1-min from Hibiya Line (reaching Ginza and NRT) to the right. Chidoya Line to Harajuku and Omotesando is 10-min walk to the left. Many awesome restaurants and bars nearby so no worries if returning to hotel early but feeling peckish. Two male staff were very helpful in extending my period of stay. But a reception lady didn't fetch me a luggage card for storage while strongly insisted she did. I was gutted by her attitude.

Convenient hotel - all you need as a tourist”
We are not fancy travellers on these trips to Tokyo. We prefer to be outside than inside, so this is the perfect hotel location wise. It's 50m from the subway station and it's also 50m from Midtown, a gorgeous shopping centre with lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Starbucks is 3 doors down. The room is comfortable, very clean, and the attached bathroom has a rain shower and a bath! We stayed here twice and would happily recommend this hotel.

This is the best accommodation that I’ve ever had in Japan. Its worth every penny. Very recommended. The location literally just across the metro station. The view is pretty. But the room, all the details in the room is so well thought of, Im so satisfied. Will definitely come back for sure

Brand new, highly functional hotel in the heart of Roppongi”
The room has a massage chair! The bed was great and the room was quiet. My only complaint is that the elevator is slow and it always stops on the reception floor. Otherwise it's a great modestly priced hotel.I've stayed here on two separate occasions and I'll stay again!

It’s a new hotel in Roppongi, one of the high streets in Tokyo. The room facility is so great with high-end Japanese brands. Also, a massage chair inside room is a plus for traveler. It just beside two metro lines, 都yin

Such a perfect hotel. Everything you need is around the corner & not to mention, there is a massage chair in your room! Plus bonus the room view is fantastic!

We stayed here for 11 nights and had 3 incidents: 1. housekeeping was not done for 1 day. when we checked with the reception, the housekeeper was adamant that it was because we had pasted the ‘no cleaning required’ sign. we did not. the housekeeper could have mixed up the sign pasted on other rooms but instead of accepting that possibility, the front reception kept insisting it was definitely not an oversight of the housekeeper but our mistake. appalling service. 2. the hotel provides for 2 small bottles of water which are topped up daily. we requested for an additional bottle of water on a particular as we have ran out of it and my boyfriend needed some water to take his medication. the hotel refused, stating that maximum number of bottles for each room is 2 daily regardless of circumstances and situations. they said they will provide for 2 bottles daily without fail, and nothing beyond that. a strange and inflexible rule comparing to hotels in our home country but we accepted it and went out in the cold to get a bottle from a nearby convenience store. 3. The hotel forgot to top up 2 water bottles. for 1 of the days. we would have let this oversight slide if this didnt happen right after their refusal to provide an additional bottle in incident #2. aside from lapses in service, the hotel is in a very convenient location, 2 mins walk from the subway exit. it is also located at the less seedy side of Roppongi. the room was small but expected.

Train station just across the road”
Great location, train station just across the road, easy access to the airport and just a few stops away from popular tourist spots such as Shinjuku, Shibuya etc.. Albeit a little small (as with most hotels in Tokyo), cleanliness was good, and hotel is modern, new and well taken care of. Also convenient to nearby cafes, convenience store and restaurants.

It’s the little things of the room like the massage chair, shower heads and view that made this stay that much better. Oh by the way, you’re in the heart of Roppongi.

Great location and within minutes of Roppongi Station and many good restaurants. Since it was my first trip to Tokyo, I would highly recommend this location since the train station was much easier to navigate and not as crowded on the streets. Train ride to Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku was only a 15 minute train ride so you can still visit these popular destinations without the noise, crowds and stress of navigating Shibuya and other larger train stations. Family Mart and several 7-Elevens within 5 minute walking distances too for morning or late nigh snacks. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel for first time travelers t Tokyo.

Great place for an affordable stop in Tokyo”
Has enough room to not feel claustrophobic in bed. Well organized and also has a safe. Staff was also helpful with giving us information on the surrounding area and bus tickets
