Pool is so much fun”
I got 3 kids so we were so excited to see a pool here. They got a lot of the balloons for rent and my kids like them a lot. There is not much shops or restaurants nearby. So we stayed in the hotel restaurant 浜乙女, the staff is super nice and help us to make proper orders.

Great place, great value, caring staff, great location, spacious, nice ambiance.

Close to Shrine, but not very clean”
There are many stains on the couch and the carpet. The room wasn't nearly as clean as other Japanese hotels we have stayed. Staffs don't speak English, and the fancy restaurant won't accept walk in customers. The only good thing is the outdoor hot spring bath.

During the first night, I arrived on Christmas eve which I booked for dinner for my family at below JPY5000 each which consist of 10 courses. This is much worth than I can make it in Hong Kong, even Tokyo.

You need to be a Japanese speaker”
Without wanting to be disrespectful, this hotel is only suited to Japanese speaking people. The property is not of an international standard (even though the rooms are large for Japanese hotel rooms)and the hotel is definitely in need of an uplift. The staff speak little to no English and we were given an information leaflet about the hotel in Japanese upon checking in. Definitely not a value for money proposition unless you want to use the communal hot spring baths at the hotel which, by the way is not at all easy to reach without private transportation. It's approx 1 hour from Hakata Station / Fukuoka Airport. We arrived late but left early the next morning.

가격대비 괜찮은 시설”
가격대비 룸도 여유롭고 온천도 있어서 가족단위 여행객에 좋은 호텔입니다. 다만 저희는 개별 여행객이었으나 한국 단체 패키지 고객들이 너무 많아서 온천도 조식도 너무 불편했습니다.

룸컨디션도 음식도 모두 만족해요.”
부모님과 아이까지 삼대가 함께 하는 여행이었는데.. 사진으로 보던 것보다 룸컨디션도 좋구 욕실도 깨끗합니다. 침대 매트리스도 좋아요. 매트리스에 민감한 형님도 편하다고 하더라구요. 나이 많으신 부모님 모시고 와서 조식 석식 모두 포함시켰는데 석식은 대만족입니다. 체크인하던 날 늦게 도착했는데도 불구하고 주문마감시간인데도 식사할 수 있게 도와주신 한국인직원분 최고셨구요, 마감시간 다 되서 갔는데도-시간이 걸리는 가이세키요리였음에도 친절하게 코스별 요리도 설명해주셔서 감동이었습니다. 무엇보다 가이세키요리는 최고였구요. 2박동안 요리 내용이 바뀌는 디너는 최고였구요, 석식에 비해 조식은 좀 약했지만. 겨울지나고 봄에 다시 온다면 또다시 이 호텔에서 석식 포함으로 삼사일 있을겁니다.

생각했던 것 보다 훨씬 더 좋았네요”
하카타역에서 1시간 가량 떨어진 곳이라 예약을 할까 말까 고민했는데 하카타역에서 셔틀이 있다하여 예약했었습니다. 셔틀 운전기사님도 정말 친절하시고 호텔 직원들도 굉장히 친절합니다. 시설도 오래된 호텔임에도 굉장히 깔끔하고 깨끗했구요. 한국인 직원분도 한분 계셔서 이용하는데 불편함이 없었습니다. 다시 또 갈 생각입니다. 최고!
