Great Accommodation overall”

the bungalows were great, outdoor shower was amazing. overall clean and pleasant. Food was disappointing but no where else to eat but on site. The location was great to see To Sua ocean trench but very far away from everything else. if you are not planning to move around, then worth staying

Resort life”

We enjoyed our stay at Saletoga Sands but found the resort a bit bland after experiencing Samoan beach fales elsewhere.. We found the rooms clean and well appointed and the gardens well looked after. We loved the outdoor shower in our room. The reception staff were amazing and helpful, the restaurant staff were adequate but the bar staff lacked personality and didnt add to the vibe. Cocktails were weak and there was no Taula Strong beer. Breakfast was boring, same same everyday and menu items were often not available. Pool are was nice and snorkelling was ok. Pleanty of fish but little live coral. Plenty of masks/snorkels/fins to use. Summarising - a good place to base yourself and do day trips around the island.

This place is beautiful. The staff here are so friendly and make the time really special. Juanita (Nita) in particular was so friendly and a joy to chat to. Even as a solo traveller, the pool bar is a great spot to meet new friends. It's close to the incredible To Sua Ocean Trench which is a must see. After the first night with the awesome bbq buffet I booked an extra night stay and they upgraded me to a beautiful villa with outdoor shower. The landing bar is awesome for stargazing and great sunsets. This place is highly recommended by me.

During our stay in this resort, something was smoking and burning in the backyard all the time, there was a terrible smell and it was difficult for us to be in the room at night. The air conditioners in the rooms work but they are very noisy, they are as noisy as a tractor. It was the same food for every breakfast and the restaurant food was not tasty at all. The first time we were in this resort in 2018, it was amazing, everything was great. And so we stayed this year, we didn’t like it and I will not recommend this resort to my friends anymore.

As this is a resort and not near anything else you are kind of stuck here unless you have a car. Having said that there are worst places to be stuck. The rooms are detached buildings with everything you need including an outdoor shower! There are no cooking or eating facilities in the rooms so you are reliant on the restaurant. Excellent food but pricey. The free breakfast is fab. The rooms aren’t luxurious but you get what you pay for. The pool is huge and accommodates everyone. There’s no Wi-Fi to be bought here but the hotel provide a SIM card and charge 11 tala for 5gb which is cheaper than I’ve been paying for Wi-Fi at other hotels. The staff work hard to make your stay an enjoyable one. TV is free borrowed DVDs from reception.

Sign on reception said, 'arrive as guests leave as family. I was handed my bill, expensive for us and told "there you go!' No, thanks for staying, hope you enjoyed your stay, please come again, nothing. We arrived on Friday the owner was there and was great, however over the weekend, I think owner away, the staff's professionalism dropped dramatically. We have been to Samoa 3 times and prefer to stay with locals in beach Fale's, extremely better value for money & get to know the real Samoa. Seeing Samoa through the eyes of a resort, is like staying in any resort anywhere in the world. What makes Samoa are the people and many staff at this resort did not have the training or the heart in their positions. If Gavin wants a full private read on what I saw, is be glad to assist.

Worth every penny, don't even think twice on not booking this place. Our room was spacious it was a dream. Bathroom, amazing did I mention the shower in the garden. Food was delicious wasn't disappointed at any point. Snorkeling in resort reef was wonderful. Close to waterfalls and fale beach. Staff were welcoming and friendly. One of the best resorts we have ever stayed.

비치프론트 룸으로 2박 예약하였으나, 늦게도착하여 해당 방이 다 찼다고? 일반빌라방으로 안내하였습니다. 신혼여행인데 너무 황당했네요;% 다음날 항의하여 다행히 친절한 매니저분께서 오션뷰룸으로 업그레이드 해주셨습니다. (아고다에서 비치프론트로 예약했는데 저는 이게 오션뷰 방갈로인줄 알았네요;;;) 조식 등 음식은 비추천입니다만, 전체적인 리조트 분위기와 직원들의 친절도는 좋았습니다.
