Schrecklich kalt, Wasser entweder kalt oder heiß. Man kann nicht duschen ”
Wir haben voll angezogen unter zwei Decken geschlafen. Die Klimaanlage war voll ausgelastet, aber es half nicht, dass die Wände sehr dünn waren. Das Frühstück war arm und das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich. Auch beim Frühstück wollten wir unsere Jacken nicht ausziehen. So kalt war dort. Wir konnten uns nicht normal duschen, weil das Wasser entweder sehr heiß oder sehr kalt war. Im Hotel wurde uns ein jordanisches Abendessen für 10 Dinar pro Person angeboten. Es gab eine große Schüssel Reis und nur ein kleines Stück Hähnchen pro Person und eine Flasche Wasser dazu. Sie boten uns nicht einmal Tee oder etwas anderes an. Es war teuer für dieses Geld, man konnte in einem normalen Cafe in angenehmerer Atmosphäre essen und viel mehr Gerichte bestellen.

Best hotel with this price in the region”
We wasn't expecting so much when we see the pictures, but, however, we get a lot of good surprises during our stay. Very comfy and clean beds, one of the best showers I've had in Jordan, great a/c, hot water and a breakfast with a lot of fruits and local food. The staff is very helpful and kindly. Very near from Petra (1 km) and tourist street. To whom go by car, it have a free parking area just across the street.

A very quiet stay close (uphill) from the main entrance to the Siq and Petra site. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Mr Feyez seemed to know what we needed. Rooms are spartan and comfortable. There was construction during our stay (late 2022), but it may portend further improvements (roof deck, elevator). And there is a women's jewelry cooperative across the street that was a special find. Parking available across the street, too. A comfortable, family-run, hotel that seems to be headed in the right direction.

Location was excellent (very short walk to Petra, restaurants, shops etc), room was comfortable, staff were friendly. Happy to recommend.
