First timer to Tokyo important to note. I have given 5 stars to all recommendation. Ideal for both family, couples and friends traveling. Value for money - advance booking at the best rate. Location - 5 mins walking distance to train stations. Cleanliness - Hotel is clean, bedding are fresh, toilet is well supplied with toiletries, room have big project screens and progress on YouTube and Netflix is available. You can choose to watch what you like. Staffs - are welcoming and warm. Facilities - walking distances to shops, convenient shops, mall and eateries. Easy access and not difficult to find. Strongly recommended!

An easy restful night ”
My husband and I stayed here right off a 15 hour flight from America. It was easy to find, very quiet and comfortable. It’s also conveniently located so when jet lag wouldn’t let us sleep, we could go out and have a fun meal in Shibuya. Also, the food was delicious! We could pick between comfortable western food or authentic Japanese food. The staff were wonderful and helped us call our next accommodation to schedule pickup from our train. I would stay here again any day. Please enjoy!!

Excellent Location”
Staff were wonderful. Breakfast is good. My room is perfect for myself overlooking the street. The location is great, walking distance to Hachiko's Statue and the famous Scrambler. You can shop 'til you drop as there are a lot of stores around the area. But what I really love about this hotel is it's just a few steps to Shibuya Station (after exiting the hotel's entrance, just turn right). It was such a breeze catching up our train to Yokohama. Also, one thing worth mentioning is the Ramen restaurant nearby. Exit the hotel's entrance and turn left. The first ramen restaurant at your left is the one with the tastiest ramen you'll ever try. I will stay here again the next time I'll be in Tokyo.

Honestly id consider this a bit pricey but it's well worth it!! Literally walking distance to everything u save a lot of time and money on transpo. The staff was also super nice and the room was always clean. Pro tip: they give u free pyjamas so u can cross that off ur list and save up some luggage space!! And their breakfast is also really good!! Overall lovely stay will stay here again when i come back

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the famous Shibuya crossing. Best location if you want to explore Shibuya and areas around the Yamanote line. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is the usual small size that you'll commonly see in Japan. Though it was small, it was comfortable and it came with many many amenities. Would stay here again!

Location was perfect. The place was clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Our room was a bit small but I guess that’s normal for hotels in the city. I would stay again here though. Location is very convenient. There was a bus stop just right in front of the hotel. Train stations are closeby.

The Hotel is situated at the Heart of the City. Very accessible to train stations and just a few minutes walk to the famous Shibuya crossing. Facilities were very clean and the space was just enough to accommodate my partner and I. Our room was cleaned daily. We will surely book this place again on our next trip to Japan.

Foreigner Friendly ”
I stayed at this hotel a few years back and was glad I got to stay here again. They did some renovations since I last stayed here and it has improved the hotel quite a bit. I absolutely love their buffet style breakfast and it is worth investing in (either at booking or you can buy on site). Comfortable efficient room. I love that this hotel is right near the JR/subway station. Seriously it's like a 5-10 minute walk. My room had a bath tub which I really enjoyed. Great value and in the heart of Shibuya. Can't beat it!

They had a projector (which I prefer over TV's) along with Netflix and other streaming services where you can login to your account. In addition, the honeymoon option was adorable. I judge locations based on their bathroom and cleanliness and this was 5/5 stars!

although the front is a bit weird, as you have to go down an escalator to get to the lobby, it is very nice. the place is clean, comfortable and has the basic things that any traveler could need. They spoke English well and the staff were very helpful, kind, and friendly! I would totally stay again!

Great location, less than 5min walk on the quiet side of Shibuya station. Great value for a clean room to crash in for playing around Tōkyō. Didn’t have a window view, which was fine for our purposes. Would stay here again.

Heart of Shibuya! ”
Rooms Small as expected but not complaining because of the superb location. If you are looking to spend time in Shibuya, this is THE place to stay. Value for money compared to Shibuya Excel which cost 2 or 3 times more. Laundy and dryer available. Near shibuya station and literally just a lane behind the famous shibuya crossing. Next to Bic Camera and we also walked from Omotesando back to hotel. Surprisingly near. Like a 15-20mins walk.. Def staying here again !

1. Excellent central location besides the MRT Shibuya Station. 2. Good breakfast with wide variety of choices. 3. Plenty of good restaurants all around the hotel. 4. Lots of action at Shibuya Square and Shibuya Scramble located directly behind he hotel. 5. Very near to Shinjuku action area. Will return again in future.

considering most of the hotel in japan are very limited in size, this hotel in shibuya area is spacious enough for two person without have to squeeze in between walkway. the location also very strategic with subway and shopping area. walking distance to famous crossing area shibuya.

Very good location”
This hotel is located in the center of shibuya. About a 2 minute walk to the scramble crossing, the hachiko statue, and the entrance to the shibuya station. There are plenty of food options around the area as well. The staff were very helpful with checking in and out. They were able to give information about how to get to the airport from the hotel. They even held our baggage on our last day (for free) while we made one last round of shopping and eating. The room was very small, but that is common in japan. The maid service was swift and thorough everyday. We were also able to use our netflix account (for free) for the duration of our stay. Overall we had a great experience and we will definitely consider staying here again (if we decide to stay in tokyo).
