Ein sehr modernes, aber noch nicht fertiges Hotel (Stand: August 2017). Es wird sicherlich mal ein Prachtstück, aber zur Zeit hapert es noch an der einen oder anderen Stelle. ”
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, aber es gibt im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes noch kleine Baustellen. Die Lobby ist kalt wie ein Kühlschrank. Wir warteten dort 6 Stunden auf das bezugsfertige Zimmer. Vor 14 Uhr geht dort nichts. Zwei Lifte für diesen Turm sind eindeutig zu wenig, man muss schon Glück haben, schnell nach oben oder nach unten zu gelangen. Nicht immer funktionierten Internet und Fernsehen. Aber alles andere war sehr angenehm.

I am very satisfied with this service at this price.”
Both the hotel receptionist and the restaurant staff were friendly and warm with a smile. The room is clean and large, and the sea view is also beautiful. I took a pleasant shower with warm water and high water pressure and spent the day happily looking out the window with the children. The kids are so happy that they beg to stay longer. It is a hotel that I want to come and stay again if I have a chance because I am satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel is nice. It has a sea view facilities are great , rooms are clean. 10-15 mins Walking distance from Metro city , Batumi Mall and the sea.

The hotel is at very nice location. Staff is friendly. Hotel is clean . Only few facilities are not under control of hotel and needs to be paid separately which is fine. Its definitely very good for value of money

Luxury made affordable ”
We got a sea facing room on 13th floor with a view of the dancing fountain The room decor and facilities were also awesome Good breakfast and free parking in a busy central zone Overall can say nothing more can be offered at such a low price

Location and rate value was perfect ”
I can recommend this hotel to everyone. We stayed 2 nights in 1403. Especially Reception Maria was very kind and friendly. She provided us very nice room and she was always very helpful during our stay. She is really very good on her job and hotel is too lucky to having her. However breakfast was very weak. Hotel has some missing about cleaning and service. But Location, view and with Maria’s effort we did not want to give low rate. Thank you for hospitality.

This is three stars hotel inside hotel not that clean like looking the picture some suits facing to construction and it’s very noisy Breakfast is very very bad I don’t know why they say they have a breakfast but it’s not a breakfast don’t waste your money

Good - view from the windowin sea, car parking, all staff are friendly and helpful, good location, i get earliest check-in Bad - the worst breakfast ever, working only one sauna and it was max +65C, carpets are very dirty, people are smoked in the rooms and you must sleep like in ashtray, in TV 14 prorams, but 13 programs only for Turks. Dear Manager, please change all the furnishings and find a good chef who can cook. Sorry, but its not 5*.....now only 2-1*. You must changes so many things to be better.

1 elevator and very slow and not safety No tissue in Rooms We ask for ice they did not bring Pillow is big and not comfortable Food not allowed and this is very strange for hotels why ? Need answer No tooth brush This is less than 3 star hotels Every body complain Reception not good

The worst staff i have ever seen”
First, it is a nice hotel with good facilities and good location. I have made my reservation for me and my family for two deluxe rooms for 5 nights. My reservation was with Agoda. When i arrived at the hotel, i have presented my Agoda voucher. The reception staff really was unfriendly and unhelpful and insisting that my reservation is for standard not deluxe rooms although that in my voucher was written deluxe rooms . The hotel director came and she was not better at all. And she refused by all means even to help us. Really, this hotel has non-professional staff and even very poor englisch is spoken and i do not recommend this hotel at all.

An unfriendly hotel with unfriendly front desk staff”
From unfriendly front desk staff, we start feeling very bad, and it was hotel which was dismal. When I entered the room for the first time, my room key did not work, I went out and came back and the keys did not work again. They asked me to use the manual key instead of the automatic key. The unfriendly staff at the front was sorry or apologetic for the inconvenience. The fan in the toilet is going to go at an unstoppable speed, There was not even a button to stop the fan. The second day was not even Wi-Fi, and the temperature of the water in the bathroom was hot, cold, unable to maintain the proper temperature, and it was difficult to shower with water.
