We had a great stay in this hotel. Fab location if you are lugging ski bags like we were. The staff we're great and let us store our bags while we checked out the fish markets at 11am (well worth a visit). Hotel was clean and well presented. A nice touch was being able to choose your own pillows. We also returned to find our bags in our rooms. Will stay again when next in Tokyo.

Even though the hotel rooms were small, it was super clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. Being able to take additional pillow from their pillow menu was a fabulous idea. The inhouse soten really helped me feel I was in Japan. And the location was great, just a stone throw from Kyobashi metro and Tokyo station. Really would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best value hotel for three persons in a room”
Very good location , walking distance to Tokyo station. The room offers a very good value if three persons are staying together in one room. it's a tight fit but is very clean and comfortable. The toilet is very adequate and the hotel breakfast is good enough. Overall it is of very good value, staff were great.

Perfect location. ”
This is a super hotel. Your location could not be better. A short walk from Tokyo station. Room is compact but with everything you need and very clean. You choose your own pillow on checking in (there are many different types) but only one pillow per person. Staff very friendly and helpful Would recommend and will stay again if in Tokyo

Prime Location to Tokyo Station”
Excellent budget-friendly lodging for family travelers. Pros: Professional staff, convenient access to Tokyo Station, well-maintained facility, reasonable price, and our double bunk bed room was a comfortable space for 3-adults. Cons: Some room furnishings could use update.

Great location, near Yaesu exit, where you can take JR bus (1000 yen) to Narita airport. We use the underground shopping street exit 26 to access to the Hotel.

Tokyo Station - Super Hotel”
Hotel was conveniently located from the chuo exit of the Tokyo Station. Room size was ok for a solo traveller. There are some eateries just outside the hotel. If you are catching Shinkansen, this is the hotel to be. There is a public bath in the hotel. And it quite a tech savvy hotel as there wasn’t any room key to the room , a secret PIN number was provided upon checkin . I understand the standard checkin time is 3pm, however there can be a little flexible for traveler who may took an overnight flight to at least refresh themselves.

Great choice near Tokyo Station”
We chose the hotel as it was so close to Tokyo Station and also the Narita bus - literally across the road. The staff are lovely. It has charming touches like the pillows, cosmetics but also a fabulous onsen. The room is small - like most in Tokyo but had a pleasant view so didn’t seem as claustrophobic. Good choice
