Wonderful experience”
We spent 5 nights here and it was exceptional! Breakfast was wonderful and they had a wide selection of food. The hotel is quite close to Apia as well as other destinations. As for the room, it was very comfortable, however….. I would suggest they add a few water bottles to the fridge when house keeping comes in. Lastly, I would say this hotel was a wonderful experience and met all our expectations.

Spectacular ”
I paid for a double oceanview room but was upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa. Everything was spectacular from the view, staff, facilities, complimentary breakfast and entertainment. I would recommend a longer stay to enjoy all that Taumeasina has to offer as we were only there for 2 nights and we barely scratched the surface of all the activities that we would’ve enjoyed. We will definitely return in the near future.

What you expect from this premium resort”
great first impression, you walk through the door and people are there to greet you with a drink, flowers, and a wet towel. First experience was everything great snorkelling too and location is great! food and drinks were better than most other resorts we stayed at. little understaffed when we went but you can be forgiving from the covid recovery great activities also. if you stayed here, you will be sure to have a good time

Nice hotel let down by service”
Checked in smoothly.room very comfortable and nice and clean.has everything you would need.lovely pool and beach area.i stayed at quite a few hotels on both islands and found this to be one of the better hotels..the only downside was room service never brought what I ordered and the service in the food and drinks area was always very slow (an hour and a half for a salad and fish and chips) there seems to be a lot of very young staff that are not trained properly in customer service.which considering the room price it let's the hotel down.i would reccomend staying here as the hotel is lovely but don't expect quick service for food and drinks.

Not expected quality ”
As much as I want to give a great review due to the location and beautiful scenery, the quality of service provided was limited. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival so we cruised around apia until it was. The room they finally gave us was not what I had ordered and the room service was delayed by hours. I think, if you want to book here, it's best you book with males, as an all girl group, we felt a bit discriminated against. Great view of the beach and mount vaea. Other than that, I wouldn't be going back.

Good stay, although the restaurant is trash, great staff and facilities, great location, bed sheets had stains and room had hair from previous people along with a few minor cleanliness issues. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant experience.

Not Recommeded”
Was so looking forward to it but what a major disappointment it turned out. Unfortunately Samoa does not have a Tourist Culture and this was the case at the Taumeasina Resort with a take it or leave it attitude deluding them selves thinking they're a hid standard. Certainly not Gold Standard Overpriced unplateable food & drinks suspect kitchen hygiene, many guests including ourselves suffering gastroentertis, diarrhoea, cramps, fever & vomiting. Noise from a adjacent night club kept us awake. False fire alarm and slugged $180 (2x pax) tala for airport shuttle. My advice Stay Away and don't waste your money here

Nice but could be better”
Cleanliness of room needs improvement. Lacking in basic supplies of room, like a towel, toilet paper and bathroom supplies. At check out a meal that I never had was billed to me. Not rushing back any time soon.

Fa’afetai tele lava!”
From arriving with smiling faces, fresh leis, beautiful drinks and a thorough welcome service through to amazing bar staff, especially Sera nise who introduced us to the fish bowl mango daiquiri! A real highlight haha! As was the Buffet brekkie and helpful staff in all areas. The fia fia night was incredible as are the pools, private beach, play area and activities available. The rooms were very clean, well stocked and very modern yet homely. We will definitely be back and be sharing our experience with family and friends.

Beautiful location/ Beautiful staff/ The little things matter - especially with reasonable high prices for Samoa. Towels not bleached. Rooms in reasonable condition. Expected more for the prices charged. Would visit again just for the view. Depends on what the rate is at the time....

Good stay”
Nice rooms with ocean views. Good gym and loved being able to kayak and swim right out front. Staff were friendly but it was difficult to get their attention at the restaurant. Food was ok. Cleaners for the room didn't come every day and I was there 8 days and they didn't replace sheets or towels.

Worth the money”
This hotel is one of the more pricey on the island, but its amenities make it worth it. The rooms are updated and clean, pool lovely, food very good and staff excellent. Beds are quite hard so take that into consideration. Overall very nice stay though

Solo Traveler ”
Stayed at Taumeasina for a week , beautiful resort , room was pretty basic , cleaning staff amazing , front desk staff ok not very helpful, bistros expect to be waiting a long time , on two occasions i waited up to 40mins before i requested take away to eat in my room which was a disappointment , bottled water is supplied on arrival but after that you are required to purchase water, I stayed at Tanoa prior to my stay at taumeasina bottle of water is supplied upon cleaning services, Taumeasina had actives but not much promoted, over all I enjoyed my stay the view is breath taking but expected more given the price

Wonderful Stay and Highlight of the trip”
my wife and I visited Samoa Island for honeymoon. The hotel is the highlight of our trip. The environment is amazing esp when the sea view is just right in front of the bed. Facilities such as swimming pool, snorkeling tools and parks are brand new. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Gym is too small and massage place should be upgraded. Quality of food provided can also be improved (i.e. breakfast and dinner) Will definitely come again if we come to Samoa Island again

The highlight of our trip to Samoa”
This is quite an expensive resort but, that aside it was the highlight of our stay in Samoa. We stayed at 3 different hotels in Samoa and this was number 1. The staff, from the cleaners and groundsman right up to the general manager were all so accomodating. Would definetly recommend a stay here.

Dream place and resort”
Pretty centrally located first off. That was always priority when we were researching places to stay in for 5 nights. It was between Taumeasina and Aggie Greys essentially. So we decided to try somewhere new and it didn't disappoint. From the greeting to the look of the place to the amenities everything was near perfect. Plus the wifi, oh the wifi! We thought we were limited for 24 hours but it turns out we could always login the next day. The two pools are beautiful to lounge around in, day and night. Staff were always there to help with any requests so much so that at times it felt like the place was overstaffed. For good reason though. You strive for excellence and you will achieve excellence. Hopefully on it's way to the top in terms of Samoan resorts! Late checkout was handled excellently as well. Only quibble might be the price of the food and the selection of savoury hot food on offer as part of the buffet breakfast. Other than that it lacked nothing and clearly a 5 star experience in our eyes. We hope to return to Samoa again and stay here once again. Thanks again for the wonderful experience and for accommodating us on your beautiful island.
