Great experience - great location”
Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is brand new and designed with a lot of attention to detail. It's beautiful from top to bottom, inside and out. The neighborhood is a quiet, non-touristy area, with charming restaurants, bakeries, and bars in every direction, and within easy walking distance to Roppongi and all of that. Just a couple minutes walk to the subway as well. Room size was spacious and wifi was fast. Staff is courteous and helpful. The rooftop bar is quite nice too. Minor gripe about the cleaning staff, it was very late in the afternoon before they finally came to straighten up, meanwhile we had already returned and were catching a nap before dinner, and on another day the dirty coffee cups we had left on the table in the morning were still there when we returned. No big deal though. I look forward to staying here again on my next Tokyo visit.

Best hotel in Tokyo!”
I booked the loft room on the 9th floor for my sister as that day was her wedding day but got cancelled due to COVID-19 so wanted to cheer her up. The staff decorated the room with balloons and gave us props so we coild have fun. They even stored our cake in their freezer a day beforehand and also let us checking from noon. At 5:30-6:30pm they have free flow of beer at the lounge so we had a blast playing pool while drinking heartland. You can also watch Netflix or Amazon prime in your room via your own account which is amazing. The bed is super comfy and the balcony is very very nice!! I love everything about this hotel from the kind and thoughtful staff, the impeccable room, the modern design of the room and the location. Will definitely come back again! 100% recommend!!!

Great Birthday Tokyo Weekend Trip”
We chose The Lively Azabujuban as we had recently stayed at the one in Fukuoka and liked the ambiance. Azabujuban is a fantastic location with easy access to the subway lines, restaurants, bars and Roppongi. The complimentary happy hour is a fun way to get together at the bar and play pool. We especially enjoyed the rooftop Bar with excellent views of Tokyo Tower. We'll definitely stay again!

Great Location”
At first I thought it was small as is typical of a Japanese Hotel. However, the interior design was amazing and maximized the space. The longer I stayed, the more I appreciated this Hotel. Everything was modern in design, but simple and interesting!!! The Bar, lounge, front desk were all amazing. 1) No parking at the hotel, however right around the corner there is pay parking available at 1800 yen (18 USD) a day. 2) Roponggi is 5 minutes walking distance from the Hotel 3) Highly reccomend this The Lively Hotel. Awesome price compares to Hotels found in Roponggi center. 4) The Lively is a hidden gem. 5) I am a former Architect and Interior Desinger by profession.

Stylish Hotel in a Nice Neighborhood”
Even though it is a very adult hotel with a rooftop bar, and a bar and billiards with drinks upon check-in, my 10-year-old daughter loved the comfort of it and the excellent breakfast. We are The Farm restaurant is right across the street.

I love the hotel, stylish, clean, staff is friendly with very good english. The room is spacious, the bed is comfy. They offer free beer from 1730-1930 everyday, And we had free drinks at the bar. we had a very plesant stay here and will definitely come back again.

We lost our items in airport, the warmhearted stuff helped to get it back! So helpful! All of them are very kind, especially Christina! The hotel location is very good, near subway and the hill, many small and good taste restaurants around, 7-11 at the first floor. New decoration, well design, seperate bathroom. We booked twin bed room, two bed together are big enough for three of us. I enjoy my stay here, especially I love the stuff here!

Brand New Hotel, Great location”
Hotel located in the chic neighborhood, close to metro with walking distance to attractions close by. The staff was friendly and really accommodating. Room is decent size, standard room can fit in two luggage with no problem. They offer free coupon for people who stay at the hotel which can exchange one drink at the bar on top floor which has a view of Tokyo tower. Overall experience was great and we would definitely want to come back in the future.

3 girls - One King Bed”
Two of my friends and I wanted to room together on our weekend trip to Tokyo. We couldn’t find many hotels with two double beds, so we opted for this ginormous looking king bed room. There was plenty of space. According to the front desk clerk, no early check in was allowed. You can drop off your luggage there though, if you arrive early, and are free to discover the city until it’s time (15:00 for us). They offer free 5% alc beer for guests from 17:30-18:30. Our room was clean. Not a great view, but we weren’t expecting one anyways. Staff was friendly. Great location if you’re headed to 1Oak for a long night. Overall a good stay, I’d come back again.

Brand new boutique hotel in charming Azabu-Juban area of Tokyo”
The hotel was opened in Nov 2019. It has a great reception / lobby area styled like a coffee lounge with a high counter and stools for those who want to work and a pool table. The rooms are spacious and modern. Most have only showers. There is a bar on the top floor. Highly recommended.

From the moment i stepped in to the hotel right up to the time i left the hotel, i felt so much at home. The room exceeded my expectations. Shower/Bathroom facilities were awesome. The bed was comfortable and it just felt so much like home. It is located perfectly in a quiet district paired with convenient food options around. Extra points for that! Special mention to Sachino who helped me tirelessly to make dinner reservations before i came down to Tokyo. It was really great to meet you in person as well! Thank you! I highly recommend this place and i would definitely return to stay when i come to Tokyo

Beautiful Hotel, Great Location”
Beautiful hotel in a slightly quieter more residential neighborhood. But walking distance to Ropponggi Hills, and also conveniently connected to the rest of the city by 2 nearby metro stations. Plenty of great food options nearby too!

Beautiful hotel, good location, excellent staff”
This new hotel is close to two subway lines and in an interesting neighborhood. It's immaculate and well cared for. The rooms are elegant and the bar a pleasant place to spend an evening, as is the hip lobby with free beer in the afternoons. My only wish is for more storage options in the room: hooks, empty drawers, counters, hangers. It's difficult to unpack. These are small improvements the hotel could easily make, so I hope they listen to this comment and make these changes. It was frustrating that almost every drawer and almost all counter space was used for some kind of amenity so there wasn't room for my belongings. A more efficient use of the space by the hotel would be most appreciated.

Clean, great location, great bar”
I was turned off by the check in staff. But the rest was lovely! My husband and I stayed for a night on our business trip. The theater room choice is not worth it since it was difficult to change the color scheme and the movie was very very dark. Hence we decided to go to the bar at the top where we were greeted by very friendly staff. The drink had a customized ice and we felt very relaxed, refreshed and welcomed. I would stay again but not in the theater room. Oh and not to forget the amazing filling breakfast! It was delish! Thank you!
