The room is nice. They’re complete with the inclusions. They have a smoking room in their lounge if you smoke. The bathroom is really nice. The room is clean. The staff can speak and understand english. Best of all, it is really affordable!

Walkable distance 10mins from different subway lines. Clean place with changing of linen every 3 days/ cleaning upon request. Staffs are friendly and polite and able to speak some English and Chinese.

Perfect stay for first time in Japan”
The apartment was everything we needed, perfect location, the comfiest nights sleep in a long time and even the extra provisions such as tea and coffee, phone power pack etc.. The communication of the host was brilliant also providing instruction on finding the property. Thanks, Sam.

AWESOME STAY”
Pros - very nice and cute staff, super clean inside the room and bathroom, spacious rooms, near shin okubo station like 5mins walk. Cons - the bed is kinda colapsing in the middle when you lay on the bed not sure why, should at least have a room for smokers since I stayed on the 3rd floor and I should go down outside the building to smoke. Thats for me a super bad side since I smoke.

Great location. Near the train station, a lot of restaurants, bars, stores, and nightlife. Room was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay there again.

Our 2nd time”
I would have appreciated being booked in the corner room where we stayed during our first visit. But our room is good as well, except for the noise coming from the hallway and the other rooms when other guests come in late. That's why the corner room is better.

My friends and I stayed at the Triple room fro 6 nights. The size of the room is just right for us which have large size luggage each. It seems that the room has been recently renovated or if not, it has been maintained very well. On our first morning there, we requested to clean up the trash cans and we noticed that on the succeeding days that they are cleaning those without us asking. They are also changing the towels everyday which is what we like the most. The staffs were very accommodating with our requests. We are still taking off our shoes and yet they have already prepared our room key for us to pick up everytime we are back to the hotel. On our last day there, they allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout since our flight is at night. They also helped us to get taxi that would take us to Shinjuku Bus Terminal. We love it that there is Don Quijote store which is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. There are also 7-11 stores near and Shinjuku is also few minutes walk.

Cozy hotel and close enough to the station and bars around Shinjuku. The price does fluctuate from day to day but all in all we have been very satisfied with the Hotel and the staff. We will come again.
