Sehr schöne Lage, zwar nicht direkt am Strand aber nur 2 min Fußweg. Bungalows waren sauber und Personal War sehr freundlich. Essen war nicht gut.

die zimmer sind groß, sauber und mit bad. die zwischenwand zwischen den zimmern ist sehr dünn. es ist besser man keinen nachbarn. wir hatten das glück nur zwei nächte nachbarn zu haben und konnten so die zeit genießen.

als wir im Paya Resort ankamen waren wir im ersten Moment geschockt, das Resort liegt in zweiter Reihe und beide Zugänge zum Resort sind verdreckt. Die Bungalows sind muffig (Mottenpulver), das Bad unzumutbar. Der Duschkopf befand sich auf einer Höhe von ca. 120cm, die Durchknöpfe vielen aus den Wänden. Wir waren die einzigsten Gäste und trotzdem schafften sie es nicht ein heißes Rührei für 3 Personen auf den Tisch zu bringen. Den Preis den wir bezahlt haben war unrealistisch. NIE WIEDER, sorry.

We book 2rooms 2night on 14/6-16/6/18. Reached there can’t find the resort . Ask the village ppl they said this resort closed on last year 2017. 😡😡😡😡

There is no reception place, only an abandoned restaurant that had one staff waited for us (Its raining and you just gone through the worst ferry ride ever becuase of the storm and imagine gloomy and dark restaurant that no one use for years and there's this one human calling you from there while you confusingly tries to find lobby of the so-called resort) and hesitantly shouting at us and asked if we have booking with them.(shock the **** out me) We said yes and he immediately signalled to us to follow him. He went to get key from this village lady while I can hear her grumpily said to him that she thought he already take the key yesterday. He then proceed to bring us to our room and left just like that. Cue 5 minutes and he came knocking at the door. Asking us to reconfirm again if we did the booking because he said we came 2 persons and in our booking we put 1 person. We said yes and he said because we are 2 persons, we are in violation of the booking term because for 2 person the price of the room will be different and he asked us to pay RM45 if we want another breakfast (mind you, the room is really really basic that looks like nobody stays there for months and don't get me started on the bathroom and the dirty water that come out from it. We even brush our teeth with mineral water that we brought ourself) We said we are ok with only one breakfast and we mention that in the Agoda booking it didn't says anything about the price is only for one person to stay (from my understanding Agoda is selling per room not per person, this is not hostel). After 10 minutes of arguing with him calling his so called boss (this lady was really rude and saying if we called KL they will definitely asked us to pay extra), they "generously" relented and let us stay at the chalet. Thank god we only stayed for one day. The chalet is really at the back of Paya and it takes us 5 minutes to get to the sea. So thank you for the hospitality and may we never come back here ever again (

Worst hospitality and service”

We went there looking for the resort and it appears to have closed down. We had to ask around on where to stay for the night and found out that the name of the resort was changed. There was no reception for the resort . The staff has also charged extra for the room despite the room already had 3 beds (his reasoning was we only booked for 2 pax). Room only has one power plug. Inconvenient as there were 3 of us. For the price paid for the room, it is totally not worthy and if we had other choices, we will never ever return to this resort again.

the worst place, this hotel real name is eagle resort not tioman paya resort..so far from beach, dirty and worst restaurant!!..far from everything..u better stay at kg salang or kg tekek..nothing here..no atm..this hotel room like ghost house, alot sea bug and mosquitos.. seriously bad service!! night mare ever!!

They changed the management and the new management is difference owner. Please update their new profile. I was having difficulties last week due to this when the new owner claimed they never received any booking from Agoda.

First, the room is not as good as it looks on the web. the room is pretty rundown. The service was poor. we were told the breakfast is available between 8am to 10am. But we were told to come back after 8.30am when we approach the staff for breakfast at 8am sharp. The worst, the room is fill of mosquitoes. When we approach the staff for mosquito coils, they told us "Living in Jungle is like that, not surprise to see mosquito here". All in all, bad experience. I will never visit this hotel again.

No hot shower after 7pm till early morning.”

Basically no hot shower after 7pm. Explanation given was that - next door used up all the hot water.... I was basically speechless after hearing this and did not bother to ask more.

We paid..we checked in..the minute we saw the room with the aged air con(i think it was from 1980's air con)..the bathroom was in bad condition..the fan swinging slow eventhou u turned it to he highest.. Instantly we left without staying there and booked at PAYA beach resort..

Beside their staff, i dont think have any thing so very good.. Just standard... No WIFI, dont have many chooise for breakfast, tv dont have many channel.. Only RTM 1 available during that time...

Very disappointed with Tioman Paya Resort's service. Room air conditional was very bad, make us suffer especially afternoon time, day time room very hot, night time air conditional only feel better. Food also very bad and expansive, not value for money. Their staff try to cheat us, he told us their fish about 500 gram cost RM42, but actual after cooking the fish can say very small expected only 250 gram. After complain he ignore use, very disappointed Holiday Trip with Tioman Paya Resort!!!
