Great service, Security & in-room Laundry!”

This hotel is located 2 stations off Shinjuku, expect an extra ride & steps to go up and down, yet it’s a short walk from Oedo-Line Shinjuku-gochome-station. There were 4-5 convenience stores, drug store, restaurants along the way. Property is well maintained and security is high, need room key to access elevator. Staffs are very professional yet friendly. Room was small (more roomy than other business hotels though) but really clean. It was great to have a laundry for my own, only con is the dryer works so slow took 2hrs to dry my clothings. I stayed in many hotels in Tokyo but this one I would love to come back!

EXCELLENT!!!”

This's my 2nd time staying here. The customer service's always excellent. Attitude of staff is always enthusiastic and supportive, making us feel warm welcomed. They always let our luggage stored before check in, even a week before (it's very important for tourists traveling through many provinces before returning to Tokyo). Especially, on check in day, they move our all luggages to our room before we came back. Other 3-4 star hotels in Japan never do that - you always have to transport your luggages yourself. And both times we are here, the staff of the hotel are very enthusiastic support us to transport luggage from the hotel to the parking lot after check out. This time, a staff made a mistake in providing us information about sending luggage to the airport. However, they immediately apologized and took full responsibility. This is the culture of serving the Japanese customers which is famous all over the world. My room type is "Small double bed" but it's quite wide (18m2) compared to other hotels in Jp (11-13m2) with full facilities, especially: washing machine, microwave, bowl, chopsticks, fruit knife, ... Agoda allows to rate max 5 stars, but I really want to give this hotel 100 STARS !!!

Excellent Stay”

The Tokyu Stay hotel in Nishi Shinjuku is an excellent choice. Rooms are small but comfortable. The staff are wonderful. Very close to Nishi-Shinjuku gochome station and near Shinjuku station. Very easy to get to anywhere in Tokyo. Wireless Internet worked well.

The Quiet Side of Shinjuku”

Tokyustay Nishishinjuku offers a different experience in Shinjuku area, as it's located slightly off from the hustle & bustle of Shinjuku (so it's more quiet and relaxing), yet at the same time it's still accessible by subway or even by taxi only 10 mins. By walking it would take about 20-30 mins. The hotel is very near to subway line (but very high stairs to climb, if you have a big luggage, this should be your consideration too). The pedestrian area is wide and within walking distance, you'll find a very big park and nice apartments area; very nice neighbourhood, I must say. Across the hotel and alongside the street, you can find choices of places to eat, and also convenient stores. The room is small (as most hotels in Tokyo are), but very clean (as most hotels in Tokyo are) :) During my stay, the staffs were very helpful and provided me with map and information.

Convenient, quiet yet accessible ”

A good hotel for business or leisure travellers with easy access to subway trains or a nice stroll across Shinjuku Chuo Park to get to Shinjuku Station. And lots of eateries and convenience stores just outside the hotel.

Easy access to public transport and food, quiet neighborhood in West Shinjuku ”

If you need a respite from the hustle-bustle of Shinjuku yet need easy access to its transportation hub, this Nishi-Shinjuku branch of Tokyu Stay is an excellent choice. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome station on the Oedo Line, or a 20-minute pleasant stroll across Shinjuku Chuo Park to Shinjuku Station. Its in-room washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi make it a good choice for business traveler who prefers to travel light. The hotel concierge also has a guide map of the area's restaurants, cafes, convenience store and supermarket. Their reasonable 500-yen breakfast is sufficient for travelers who want a simple but wholesome meal to start the day. Breakfast buffet comprise freshly prepared fried rice, miso soup, salad and main meat dish, choice of bread and pastries, fruit yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. The double-bed room is spacious enough for one or two guests. Would definitely stay at Tokyu Stay on my next solo trip to Tokyo.

On the right side of hotel, there are 3 convenient stores and eateries just a few steps away, on the left, there's a great supermart! Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome station just 200m away, it makes the area a lovely place to come back to at the end of the day. The front office staff are lovely as well, I arrived late at night, made a mistake with my booking but the front office staff sorted me out with no problem. I will definitely stay at Tokyu Stay Nishi-Shinjuku again.

it was a very nice hotel, really worth every single cents of your money. really well equipped. very close to city and very nice environment. you can easily find restaurants and continent stores right in front of your hotel.

reasonable business hotel but small rooms”

hotel staff was very understanding. i had an emergency which delayed my checkout and they allowed me to stay a couple hours longer without charge to accommodate my situation. they also kept my baggage while i traveled within the country. the service was very good, and made up for the fact that the rooms are only big enough for a bed. it's a great place to sleep, but don't plan on hanging out in the room.

Located at 10 min walk from Nishishinjuku. The plus for me was the washing/dryer machine. I suggest to include more occidental choices for breakfast like bacon or fresh orange juice or pancakes and cheese.

Perfect for a few nights”

Or room was small but was packed with everything you would expect plus more. The area is close to Shinjuku while being perfectly silent at night which is really helpful. Also, the breakfasts are only 500¥ a person and, although, there isn't much choice is varied each day and really tasty. We were having very active days and not getting hungry until 3pm.

No complaints...a great hotel very close to several metro lines made it easy to access the city. Breakfast was very good, and staff friendly and helpful. They held our bags for a few hours after checkout so we could visit few more sights before catching train...Would recommend.

Best Hotel”

It's My First hotel in my life. and this is the best choice i thought. You can bus and subway in 5min, and stafves so kind!!! Also rawson, 7eleven and sunkus(?) convenience stores around there. But one falut is subway. If you want to JR lines, you can go, but Shinjuku subway so wide and complicate. But other things is PERFECT. If i have a friends who is going to Tokyo, I will recommand here.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was perfectly sized for one and had useful amenities like a washing machine and free coffee at the lobby. The location isn't the most convenient, as you have to change at the Shinjuku station if you want to go somewhere that's not on the Toei Oedo line. But it's also quite near the Hilton, where you can get a limousine bus to the airport. Definitely recommend this hotel.
