Staff is friendly and helpful, although when we back to the hotel whole building electric break down, staff manage to move us to another property which is this very good for us. Thank you for the help. Location is good which near Tsukiji market and MRT.

Very polite and accomodating staff”
I like that the staff allow us to early check in at 12pm although its a couple of hours early for a normal check-in. Very considerate to us. The room is spacious, able to spread our 2 big luggage on the floor. Excellent! Hotel could be improved if they could clear out the smoke smell in the hotel and lobby. Room is generally ok, no smell at all.

Best value and location for visiting Tsukiji”
Staff was helpful, and hotel was easily found. Very near to tsukiji and easily accessible by the metro Tsukiji station. it is also very fun to walk from Tsukiji all the way to Ginza crossing. Would stay again for the value as the room was big compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan.

Sehr gut”
Just stayed overnight in Tsukiji Business Ban. Hotel is located just in front of Tsukiji market. Very near train station, convenience store, Ginza, restaurants. Check in and out very fast. The rooms are quite small especially the double beds. I suggest get twin beds for 2 persons staying in one room. Going to Narita airport is also very convenient. You can walk to Ginza station and get a direct train to Narita airport. It took us about 10-12 minutes to get to Ginza station from hotel. Or you can take train from Tsukiji station, it is only 2 stops to Ginza. We enjoyed staying in Tsukiji Business Ban hotel because we love going to Tsujiki and Ginza. Both are very near the location of hotel

Great location to visit the fish market ”
Pretty big room comparing to Tokyo's standards. Friendly staff and very clean room. Good location to visit the fish market and Ginza. Many shops and good restaurants around. The only bad point would be the 10.00 am check out, a bit too early. 11.00 would be better.

Friendly staff and conveniently located”
It is right opposite Tsukiji Fish Market so for anyone wanting to go for the tuna auction or queue for Sushi Dai - it is the best place to put up for the night. It is also a 5 minutes walk from Tsukiji Metro station and a 15 minutes walk from Ginza. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Room is clean though a bit old fashioned. However, it has everything you need.

Hotel just opposite Tsukiji market”
Standard and value stay. 5 min walk to two metro stations. Opposite Tsukiji market n eateries. Free laundry but cannot wash heavy clothings. ( ok to me) Booked two double rooms and the rooms are quite spacious(compare to semi double).

Tsukiji Business Hotel Ban”
A small quaint hotel that’s very close (5mins walk) to the Tsukiji Fish Market. Makes it very convenient if you are going to Sushi Dai in the wee hours of the morning. Room is small (but manageable) and clean. Basic amenities are provided and there is a small cafe downstairs that provides simple breakfast (3 options plus a drink). The hotel is a 2 mins walk from Tsukiji Station (Hibiya Line) which also has stations such as Akihabara and Ginza. This line also serves Ueno, which serves as a transfer station for the Keisei Skyliner from Narita Airport.

Fish Market”
Just over the road from the fish market. Easy to find from the subway, just behind the entrance beside the Buddhist Temple. Nice room and good breakfast including one from a shop over near the Fish Market

Excellent stay ”
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel with a set breakfast (choice from 2 sets) which was well-prepared and filling. Strategic location to Tsukiji Market, just right opposite are all the stores for shopping & sushi. We had a great time eating sushi for lunch & dinner. We could just bring our shopping stuff to the hotel and then continue round 2 of shopping before the market started to close from 12noon-1pm.

Super great location, clean and friendly staffs”
1. With just a cross street to the outer Tsujiki market, it's super convenience. 2. The room is clean and comfy, the only minor thing is that the sound proof isn't that good for the heavy traffic of Harumi-dori. 3. Friendly staffs.

Comfortable stay ”
it's a 3-5min walk to Tsukiji market. You need to be there at 3.30am to secure a visit. A 2min walk to the train station. 10-15 min walk to ginza if you are fine with it. The view from our room was a little eerie, we were facing some tombstones at the temple next to the hotel but the window was kept closed all the time so it didn't bother us. Overall, still a great hotel. Will stay again.

Strategic, Spacious and Comfortable”
What I liked about Business Hotel Ban: 1) Strategic location: very close to Tsukiji food market (not the fish auction place though), temple, walking distance to Ginza 2) Spacious: biggest room and bathroom during my 10-day stay in Japan 3) Well equipped: Toilet washlets with seat warmer, ironing equipment, fridge and wardrobe What I think can be improved: 1) Later check out time (i.e. 11am/12pm) 2) Auto locked door feature for rooms 3) Yukatas for guests Generally a fairly good value for money stay (about RM300, tax inclusive) for the location and amenities.

The best hotel service in the world !”
Thank you Mr. Takuchi for his service, he is the best hotel staff in the world for me. Ver friendly and helpful staffs. Very good location, Tsukiji Market is just across the street. Walking distance to Tsukiji Station. Ramen Restaurant before the hotel is yummy! deffinitely come back again next time and hope to see Mr. Takuchi again. :)

Will definitely stay here again if I come back”
Expected room size to be much smaller but it really is acceptable. The bathroom is a bit small and bed a bit tough. Apart from that, everything is great! Especially it's proximity to Tsukiji fish market means great breakfast everyday! Ginza is within walking distance and Tsukiji station is short distance from major train station interchanges..

Basic business trip”
Ok... which is the best you can say about a business hotel in Japan. Small rooms, Japanese-only TV. But what do you expect for the price as long as there's a bed, toilet, shower and good internet connection... it's not like you'd be spending much time in your hotel room anyway

Nice for a short trip”
We enjoyed one night in the Tsukiji Business Hotel Ban while on a long layover. It's very good access to the Tokyo subway and we walked for a bit around Ginza, which was very interesting. Shame the fish market is moving the auctions, but it sounds like the outer market can still be seen in Tsukiji.

Good value”
Very good location near Tsuukijii mkt and metro. Staff friendly and speaks English. Only downside is that room is very small like most hotels in Japan.
