Exceptional”
Lobby was very large with a nice ambience, brightly lit, very nice smelling and well ventilated. Stayed 2 nights from the 17th to 19th June and was given an apartment on the 46th floor. Check in and out was easy but just take note that you have to give a 300 RM deposit upon Checking in which will be returned to you upon checkout. Room was very spacious, unobstructed view across the entire KL skyline. You'd love to just see the view from the night. Bathroom amenities were all provided and i enjoyed the bathtub. 2 air conditions in the living room alone to ensure you are always cool and 1 each per room. Pillows and bed were comfortable. Clean and very neat. Location was great, near to the MRT station. Nevertheless, i took Grab whenever i travel to all the malls around KL, eg; Pavillion, KLCC, Lot 10, Bukit bintang as they dont cost much. Saves a lot of time too so that you get to shop more. Overall, was very happy with the stay. 5 stars for you guys! Recommended and hope to be back.

The Best Staycay in KL”
The Suite, already gave me the comfort with it's constant guidance via WhatsApp even though I had not arrived there. Upon arrival I was greeted professionally. The room is impressively spacious with complete utilities and utensils for four. Concierge Mr Kesavan is a helpful man. Security treated me like an embassador and the rest of the guess too. Very near to Patronas and Malaysians' favourite Pelita Nasi Kandahar (I couldn't stop going there during makan time). Also near two 7Eleven and Starbucks white are the important places to me just in case I need something. Via WhatsApp, I received constant guidances and recommendations which are easy to follow and I'm would surely recommend to all t ok visit the Suite swimming pool and restaurant at level 51.. Nice hotel with good views.The suites are clean with convenient facilities, wash machine,microwave oven, induction cooker etc. The staff in the check in counter can speak in flunet English. ps. Remember not leave any trashes in the suites, they must be put into the trash room, otherwise you'll be fined. The swimming pool is great! But the water is somewhat of dirty, and a bit crowded with so many people in it. 酒店设施不错，像洗衣机，微波炉，电磁炉都配套了，餐具也有，可以自己到附近超市买东西做点吃的，这点很赞！无边泳池也赞！只是人较多、水质不像国内干净

The reason I've been here 3 times!”
It's my 3rd time here (Twice under this company's service). Check-in is very easy. The staff will contact you for details. When you arrive, before parking on the parking lot provided, you need to go to the lobby and take the parking card including the room keys. You can park at the waiting area while doing this. After all settled, you can park your car, take your things, the elevator will go straight to your designated room. The room I took was a 2 bedroom premium, means 1 room with King sized bed (with its own bathroom including a large bathtub) and 1 room with a Queen sized bed. The room's facilities are perfect. You have the cookplace with cookwares, super large refrigerator, laundry with a dryer, high speed fiber broadband wifi, a comfortable sofa on the living room, 2 LCD TVs, and also a side long table on the master bed room for you to place your laptop and do your work. Room service is available everyday, 10AM onwards. You can call the staff if you need any assistance. They will try their best to help you! The main attraction here is the infinity Swimming Pool! You can see from here all the 4 most tallest building in Malaysia (KLCC, KL Tower, TRX and Merdeka 118) on a single panoramic view! Finally, it's the location. Located at the heart of city (Jalan Sultan Ismail), it's near to all tourist attractions including top-notch shopping malls. The price? I can promise you, it's insanely worth it!

This is my honest review. I'm very impressed with the apartment. Very clean. Spotless. The apartment is large and minimalist style. Bathtub can fit 1 adult and 1 kid easily. Bed sheets is also clean. They even provide fork, spoon and also knife. Cutting board also have. The check in check out procedure is easy. The location is also good near Kampung Baru so easy to go eat. I would definitely stay here again as long as they don't increase their price. Hehehe. Overall, definitely 10 out of 10 stars for this.

Pros: Very spacious and affordable for group.. The rooms is big. Few minutes walk to Twin Tower and food restaurants like Pelita Restoran. The view from 51st floor is really amazing! Cons: Shower is not hot though. There is a room service the next day for free that give us water though they didn't sweep the floor.. They just arranged the rooms but didn't clean the floor. But overall, it was a great experience. My aunties loved the place and tell them that we will come back.

Was really impressed by the room, a lot of open space, everything you need. A big plus was the washing machine, really in handy when you travel for some time, plus it had washing liquid which is great. The pool is just.. speechless! Been up and down few times and never had to wait more then 3-4min for the elevator, which is very reasonable. 30min wait for the elevator sounds a bit extreme, so was worried about booking after reading some of the reviews. Stayed on the 18th level and the city view was just stunning. Totally recommend and would go again!

If you are planning for a gathering or a wedding, and to enjoy the most splendid view of KL City's skyline with the Twin Towers and the KL Tower at sight - Go for DeFace Platinum Suites! The staffs are remarkable, esp. look for Fareez & May Hoh- They were so proactive in assisting us and had always been a few steps ahead in anticipating our needs! Totally Value for Money and the view is truly splendid!

Nearly perfect”
Spacious clean apartment. Great location. Only 200m from Bukit Nanas monorail. Fantastic views. Great service at check in/out. Deep blue bar superb. Only cons were roof top pool water a bit dirty. Maybe the filter was broken? The lifts are a bit of a problem though. Clearly this building was built for residential purposes and the lifts cannot cope with the amount of tourists coming and going especially around check out time. Bit of a problem to go out if your stuck in the middle 20-30 floors up as the lifts are all full and still seem to stop at every floor trying to pick up yet more people who called a lift but cant fit in. Desperately needs a lift controller or smart system in place to make more efficient. Expect to wait 15 minutes plus to get in any lift up or down just to be in one to eventually go down. Which is what other people are doing only adding to the problem.

Booked 3 rooms for family. VEry attentive team handle my booking. Start from booking until checkout. VEry good value. Location is exceptionally good. Near public transport, KLCC, Pavillion, Kampung Baru etc. 5mins from monorail and LRT. Just around 10-15mins walk to KLCC. Rooms if exceptionally good. Large area. Suitable for family of six with 2-3 kids. Beautiful pool view. Recommend!

As per subject, this is our second time coming to this suites in just a mere month. The place is legit best. However the second time was not as best as the first one since our room here was somehow got some tiny ants and also there seems to be some cigarette smell from the room which must be left behind from the previous tenant. Other than that, it is superb! The bath tub is best. And also the facilities are great!

+ great view from the room, at 31st floor, wooden floors, well equipped kitchen, washing machine with detergent, spacious apartment, big shower cabin, and of course the infinity pool at 51 floor. - bathroom glass door was absent (you can still close wardrobe room door). Note: you can't see Petronas towers due to construction ahead of the hotel (pictures in the description are honest). We would surely stay again!
