So let me start off by saying we checked in extremely late & didn’t get the room size we wanted, but staff were in contact with us whole time & come morning, we were put in our booked room. The staff, service, food, EVERYTHING was amazing. No complaints at all about Deja. Drinks hit the spot, big variety of food everyday as well as outdoor bbq where they made jerk / oxtail etc. As my s/o doesn’t eat meat, it was great to see them accommodate every diet, for every meal throughout the day. The beach access is included in your stay & that alone is a selling point because who doesn’t want a huge beach across the street. Housekeeping is professional & quick. Overall we had a great time, for lazy nights the pool table & hot tub being open all night is a huge plus. Thanks again to the staff in the front & all across the resort, service was 10/10. Will recommend & definitely will stay here again ❤️

The people made us feel like we were staying at Sandals. Everyone from the guys at the conceirge, the ladies checking you in, bar and restaurant staff, cleaning and maintenance personnel, were all courteous and friendly. I saw the girl at the front desk get hit with a rush of checkins while I was waiting to get something done and she continued to acknowledge me by last name and let me know she didn’t forget about me. It was subtle but highly professional. Food and drinks were good. Nothing to rave about but it satisfied and was convenient. Servers top notch. The beach is steps away and lovely. Our room faced the main road. Window louvers means the car noise, loud on weekends, comes right through. If you want quiet, don’t stay in the heart of the action and don’t complain. We’ll return.

Cheapest option of a resort I found and very happy with the stay! Room was ok, food was decent and open most of the time. Staff was lovely. Location was great 10 mins from airport and across from the beach and in the strip with the other resorts. Missed out on shopping because locals are extremely pushy trying to sell weed and their products. Did 3 excursions through Chakka through the resort which were good however must’ve been asked no less than 100 times for tips there. Not after the excursion but in the midst of it which took away from the experience, that was uncomfortable For Dunns Falls, make sure to BYO water shoes and shorts! Deja was a great bang for my buck. Thank you!

Loved the location, the food and the fact that the hotel was not too crowded. We had a great time. My only complaint was that they seemed stingy with the towels and sheets. I asked for an extra sheet for my bed twice, and never got it. They gave me a blanket only. I asked for two extra towels, they only brought one. My reservation was through Agoda, which oddly put down only two adults when I had selected two adults and two children. I paid the extra charge for my kids, $30/child/day, which was fair, but we were not given enough towels or bed linens. Other than that, we loved our stay. Short walk to Margaritaville, free entrance to the beach, and we could take the towels to the beach which was nice. Covid test was reasonable at $25. I expected the ride to the airport to be included, but it was not. It was $15, which at least was not charged per person like it seems to be the norm in Jamaica. The staff was super friendly. The building is kind of narrow and older, but the room was spacious. The lighting in the room was not adequate, though. I had to use my phone's light to take clothes out of my suitcase that I placed in the closet (that was open, no doors and next to the window). Everything was clean and nice.

It’s a clean and simple hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very very well located. It’s not anything luxury but it’s really decent for the price, nothing fancy. Food is good as well.

Value for Money ”
I had just attended a wedding at RIU in OCIO Rios and I wanted a nice low key spot close to the airport. I booked Deja Resorts and I had a good stay. The room was great the food was better than RIU. My room wasn’t ready until almost 5 pm after I checked in. That was the only flaw. Don’t expect a ton of selection from the menu as this is a much smaller property. I like how they handle seating in the dining room so you don’t have to worry about losing your table when you go to the buffet. I’ll definitely come back. The beach is across from the hotel, but you get free access. Big plus!!

Good for one night. ”
Stayed here for one night. The place is old but ok maintained. Could be a lot of disturbance from street and area around. Staff is pleasant but slow. Food is ok but not much more. We booked this late and price all inclusive was same as other hotel room only. I didn’t regret booking this place for one night but 3 nights would be too much.

You get what you pay for”
The room was basic, no frills, older furniture, kettle to make instant coffee. Food left a lot to be desired. The place needs a major facelift . However, the location was convenient to get out and walk, and the staff was friendly. However, I would not stay there again. For folks on a budget, it’s ideal. I normally stay at Hilton or Secrets, but wanted to experience something different. I requested a room looking out to the “ hip strip” (odd numbered rooms on 2nd floor)

Great location across from Doctors Cave but your have to pay for chairs & umbrella. The room was super noise due to be next to a busy streets. Everyday we requested the safe to be opened but never happened. No door knob in the bathroom or balcony. Bring a drink cup to us on the beach because your have to keep crossing the busy street. The front desk staff was very nice.

After initial complaint of room condition, the staff made absolutely no attempt to properly accommodate us, however the dining room staff were so warm, friendly and inviting we over looked the other stuff. The beach is beautiful and is located directly across the street with the hotel valet service assisting you to cross. In this area there are many little shops as well as a medical building where you can easily take a covid test for re-entering the states for only$25 that's a big deal, we were not pleased or impressed with out hotel room but the area is okay... One more thing Wii Fi did not work in the room very frustrating.
