Great resort- would stay again!”
Clean & modern with excellent facilities. The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. The restaurants on offer were also excellent and the pool area was lovely, although busy and sometimes hard to find a bed. You just need a little patience and one appears. The staff were excellent. The resort is at the bottom of the strip but we enjoyed the walk up & down the strip and preferred to not be directly in the middle of it all. Overall, we loved our stay and have already recommend Delano to friends & family.

We did not get to try all the amenities, but the room, casino, theater and open areas are awesome. The room very tidy, clean and spacey. A delightful bed, excellent tv size. Ample jacuzzi. Great place to make home office. The only stain to the room was the toilet that did not flush adequately, and the toilet cover did not fall with shock absorber.

The Delano is amazing Super Clean , staff is friendly and location is perfect The Michael Jackson show is awesome Only problem was the Resort Fee no need for a resort fee aside from that I would highly recommend this hotel

Luxury hotel with great facilities ”
Loved our stay at The Delano. Check in was quick we were allocated a room on 33rd floor with a great view of the strip. Pool area is great, plenty of pools to choose from, lazy river and wave pool. Tricky to find a sunbed towels stay on unoccupied beds for hours, it would help if staff moved them regularly. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the pool as they are on Mandalay Bay side of the resort. Casino is great and not too crazy as some of the others are. Food and drinks are on the pricey side. It’s at the south end on the strip you need to make use of Uber or the bus service to get around but I would definitely choose to stay here again. Room was spacious with a separate lounge area. It’s a bit off that they charge you $50 to use their room fridge to store your own stuff in. Not even any free tea or coffee in the room it’s $12 for 2 paper cups with a coffee kit. Come on Delano sort this out.

BEST UPGRADE EVER”
So we chose Delano Las Vegas because it was our first year anniversary. For our surprise, we got an upgrade and everything from there was perfect. The room that they gave us was magnificent and the staff was really kind. I totally recommend it. Matter fact we will come back for sure!!!

Still have some tiny flaws”
As all I know, the price isn’t that cheap comparing to others. There is no water at the unit, and I lighted “do not disturb” up, but the house keeping kept knocking the door every morning. But all of these aside, the is a quite good hotel and the cleanness was extremely clean. So I would still recommend it.

Extremely Satisfied Until The Bad CS Experience”
This is an awesome hotel with great amenities plus you will also have access to Mandalay's. Very posh hotel. I was to let go of the bad experience with the hotel staffs (yes plural! ) and still recommend them but they're CS hanging up on me draw the line! Great hotel, terrible Customer Service!

Lovely room, prices for basics such as water in room extortionate”
Beautiful room. Unhappy that basics such as 2 bottles of water in the room and 2 coffees were charged additionally at an extortionate rate. Left feeling disappointed that this wasnt displayed anywhere.

Room rate is good but every step you take they are squeezing unreasonable amount of money out of you. Coffee to make in your room $14. Margarita with extremely bad service $25 atm cash withdrawal $8. Really??

The best and the worst”
Amazing room with great design great size. Ultra comfi. Bravo. But the front desk peronnel tryed to book us on a lower standard room. Just like that for no reason. When we realized and asked to be moved back to a higher standard they all went very very mean. Giving us the worst suite of the hotel. And were so mean to us it was really chocking. Then on check out they tryed to make us pay another 40usd fee per day for concierge services. Lol. They took it back asap we asked why. Once again with a very un polite way. I travel all over the world and book mainly suite in great hotell so i know my goods and bad. So yes the room are great and no this hotel has no education the personnel is snob and unedecated.

DELANO ON HOLIDAY 2020”
Disappointed because most of the facilities were closed due to Covid to include gym and spa we have to walk all the way to Mandalay . Also the long lines in the small coffee bar discourages people to go . Bar service you only get coffee supply once if you stay for 4 days so no choice but line up for coffee , during Pandemic and limited place to eat and only do take out you cant even use the refrigerator freely since you can be charged $50 if you move one of their stuff???? oh and the Keurig coffeemaker is not working. Such a disappointing stay.

They double charge my debit card. Have to called them more than 7x just to fix all the troubles.. Its so annoying.. The room was great.. just the customer service is very much disappointing..

Delano at Mandalay Bay”
I booked a "Delano Queen Suite" at $115.26 for one night as a layover for a return trip from Hawaii. I walked into room 60905 an said whoa, this room was the size of an executive or presidential suite at most hotels - which I've stayed at for business travel. The room was very clean with many amenities including Jacuzzi tub (for 2), floor to ceiling windows, 2 TV's in the bedroom/sitting area, 2 TV's built into mirrors in the living area, huge couch, sitting area, and conference table from reclaimed wood - just to name a few. Yes, this was a Monday night, but for $115 (plus resort fee of $30) this was a great value! I actually called down to the front desk to make sure they set me up in the right room. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the hotel amenities as this was just a layover, but I'm sure everything is fantastic. The hotel staff that I dealt with was very professional and friendly. One of my concerns was that staff would be very stuffy as some 5-star resorts are, but staff here answered all of my questions in a very positive way. Even my wife, who is not a gambler, would go back to Las Vegas if staying in this room.

One of my favorites”
Our representative at check-in was not on top of things. He didn't offer or mention any information about the hotelo or speicials things to take advantage of. The room we booked was supposed to come with 2 free buffets and a $75 shopping coupon book. He said he didn't know anything about it and told us to see what we could find out if we wanted them. The first room we checked into was next to a very young couple that waere partiers and playing loud music. They were smoking (which isn't aloud)the smoke was coming thru the adjoining door. We complained and instead od asking them to leave we had to pack all of our things up and move. They moved us to a room without coffee, a snack basket and a safe that didn't work. We called and asked for coffee and the snack basket but it never showed up. When we went to the front desk to make them aware of the situation; we were given a $50 credit to use for room service. Although things with our booking and hotel were not ideal we had a great time in Las Vegas and enjoyed our room and hotel.

Great place to stay with spacious suites”
Everytime I travel to Vegas with family or friends The Hotel is my first choice because it can accommodate many people comfortably since it is an all-suite hotel and it has more than one bathroom. Honestly, the 1.5 bathrooms was a selling point. Plus it is connected to Mandalay Bay so there is a wide variety of food options. And during the summer you have access to The Mandalay pools and beach. Some people say that it's a little far from everything else but that's not an issue for me because I drive everywhere. The hotel staff are really attentive and helpful. I haven't had any complaints while staying at this hotel.

$20/night valet fee”
After driving 5 hours from LA, we were kindly greeted by the hotel valet and told there was a $20/night valet fee for our car...ummmmmm aren't we in Vegas?! It wasn't a great way to start out trip but the valet guy was super nice and apologetic and helped us to unload our bags, get a bellman, and directed us to self park. Pretty cheap of you Delano. We checked in and went to the 3rd floor where our room was. Stepped out of the elevator and into a construction zone. No joke. Got to our room and walked into a glue smelling, plastic room that smelled like it had been assembled that morning. Yuck. Called the front desk and the kindly switched our room. Between a nightly valet fee and trying to stuff guests on a floor that is under construction I'd say Delano should get some class. I expected more.

Great relaxing hotel with good customers services”
the customer service at registration is very professional. he even gave me choice of lower or upper floors. the best experience was dinning at mix located at 68th floor. the decor was so beautiful with glass decor hanging from the ceiling and the night lights of the sin city caught your breath. the food was great. after dinner, we went to the other side where a lounge was located. we went outside the balcony and the stunning night view of las vegas was at our foot.
