Hotel facilities are very very poor and non functional. Except food quality other facilities like geyser, bulbs, heaters were not working. Geysers were just for show. No hot water in the cold weather. The charges paid were not worth considering all this. Not at all good for stay.

The hotel is very basic and still under renovation however, the staff and food were both warm and good.

Good hotel but need to work on infra”
The hotel is ok and still under construction. The rooms are new, nice and cozy. However I had a bad experience. There was no power on the evening I reached. I was promised that it would take a little while but there was no power during my entire stay of 1 night. The hotel manager did not support kindling a fire to compensate for no power until I complained to their central helpline. It's crazily cold there with negative temperatures. No power means no heater and no geyser. The staff although gave me heated water from gas stove. But without heater it's difficult to sleep. The cook was good. He cooked breakfast and tea for me at 3:30 in the morning when I was leaving for gurudongmar lake. Would have recommended if there was no power trouble. Everything else was fine.
