Overall a very good hotel considering multiple facts in view. Staff is very cooperative especially Mr. Divas. Very spacious rooms with well maintained bedding, carpet and bathroom.

As soon as we reached the place, we we're warned, by the hotel manager, about prohibition of plastic water bottles and that they aren't allowed to even carry or kept in hotel rooms, which later we found wasn't true at all. And this attitude of his really put me off coz after travelling upto that height and awaiting to reach your hotel, one does not expect this kind of a welcome. I had booked a super deluxe room. Nice! Spacious, one double bed in the middle and two single beds on each side, a mini wardrobe, a dressing table, a huge sofa and mesmerising view of nature from the balcony. Bathroom is big but water here has iron (don't know why). Food is purely veg. I don't know if they have a menu as we had buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and it tasted pretty good. Staff, except one or two, needs some behavioural lessons. Here I would like to mention one instance, we reached l hotel from zero point at around 1:30 pm. As we were informed that lunch will be served till 2, we were in a hurry as we're also checking out after lunch. the staff as soon as we reached asked us to get the check out proceedings done first, also warning that lunch will be there till 2!! this was really gross and disgraceful. having seen that we are traveling with a baby, they had no considerations towards their guests. they were pressurizing us to empty the room immediately for cleaning after we reached, as they were having other guests coming over. Damn, what the hell were you fools doing all these 6 hours when we were out for sightseeing!! Anyways, I have ranked this hotel according to the parameters and would not recommend for families. Well, at least I am not staying again in this property.

Good view from rooms. Big spacious rooms. Food was ok, but staff hygiene was very poor. Staff was not at all courteous. Dirtiest tea cups I have ever seen in my life.

I booked super deluxe room and it lacks basic facilities. Guiser not working, no heater, bed very hard, charge 5 times of everything, no one care about the customer.

Hotel with basic amenities in a small village setup (nothing much around the hotel), Humble staff, Good hot vegetarian food. Decent rooms with nice views (beds were a bit hard).

We arrived to a nice looking building overlooked by a high mountain on one side and looking over the river on the other side. The receptionist, manager, cook are all in one guy and a couple of helpers. 'I want to give you discomfort so you give me more money' is the motto. Enter ice cold freezing rooms. OK hire a heater. One is not enough, so hire two at Rs.400 each heater per day. One of them stopped working after ten minutes. So what, you have to pay because it worked when delivered. The flush doesn't work. He turned some knobs and it worked. I got a couldn't you figure it out yourselves look! Stopped working again. We used buckets to flush instead of risking that look again. Shower? Forget it. Rooms are brick and concrete. Windows are big with thin glass. Cold air blows in through gaps in doors, windows, ventilators. Basic meal offered at 150 per person. Price revised after meal to 300 per person. Total denial of ever having offered that price. One out of seven group members did not take dinner but you have to pay. When we raised the issue, I was told to guest lost. BTW I am one of those always happy, never complaining kinds. These guys cooked my goose so much that I decided to write this long review.
