Perfect Place Huge Value”
A brilliant place to stay. Room incredible, everything you need and more!Beautiful toiletries, great Tuatara coffee each day, laundry facilities in room, amazing shower with different options, super comfy huge bed with electric blankets and wow so warm with a really efficient heat pump, sky tv and very close to town. We honestly could not believe the value we got - thank you so much, this helped make a birthday surprise very special. If we are back in Nelson, we will definitely come and stay here again. So close to really lovely restaurants - easy parking. We have travelled to many places world wide - this place rates right up there for what you provide.

De Lorenzo's is really a find. The studios are very nicely decorated and well appointed, easy to access and beautifully clean. Nice showers and very comfortable beds. The small pool is fabulous for a dip. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here any time we came to Nelson.

Well appointed suites with all amenities. Full sized washer and a dryer in compact bathroom, a galley kitchen as well as all other amenities you could want. Easy walk to the main street with its cinemas bars and restaurants and a good selection of shopping options. Rooms serviced promptly. Helpful staff at reception with good suggestions Parking available and easy access to roads north and south.

The apartments are located on the edge of town, so walking distance to lunch/ dinner options is perfect . The reception is efficient and helpful, with the rooms well serviced with all you would need for any type of stay, holiday, business, pleasure etc... Would definitely be top of my list for next visit

Discovered bed linen hadn't been changed prior to retiring first night. Staff attended to the problem after giving some rubbish reasons. Surprisingly management did not recognize the inconvenience in any way. Perhaps a discount in the restaurant?????

The studio apartment my wife, child and I stayed at was clean and well appointed. The couple managing the place were friendly and made us feel very welcome. If I am fortunate enough to have another holiday in sunny Nelson I would go straight back to DeLorenzo's !
