Fantastic. Location next to Royal Place could not be bettered. Very friendly welcome and the offer of an inexpensive upgrade. Menu was small but dishes were very flavoursome and of a good size. Nice quaint hotel that allows you to live among residents, rooms are in a nice courtyard with ample light and space. Room are basic, newly renovated rooms are on the ground floor. Toilets are clean.

The room was a good size, clean and quiet. Breakfast in in the cafe the is next to the hotel it is only pastries and tea/coffe. I am wheat intolerant they were very helpful and would give me fruit but that's the only option so not the best. Otherwise I will stay again easy walking distance to everything.
