We booked this place online for a short getaway from the cold up north, and now we are wishing we could stay longer! It's a very cozy place , clean, well-stocked with kitchen needs and soft bath towels, and plenty of room for the two of us to relax! The best part, though, is that this villa has easy access to the beach and fantastic views from both the front room/kitchen (to the ocean right across the street) and the bedroom (to the lake). A little bit of paradise! Beautiful!

Location, Location, Location”
PROS: There was nothing better than the VIEW and LOCATION. Loved the two balonies, one front view of the beach and the other view out back of the lake. The villa was very cute and decorated nicely; I loved the location, beach right across the street and so close to everything. I would stay again if a couple of things were different. (SEE CONS BELOW) Here are the CONS: 1. the floor seemed to have sand on it, which was ok with me because I wore slippers but the other guests did not have slippers. 2. The AC at night did not seemed to work very well at all. We needed it really cold at night and we could not put the AC lower than 70 degrees, so it was hot at night. 3. There were quite a few electrical outlets that did not work in the kitchen and the front and back balcony lights did not work at all. 4. The coffee pot provided was filthy and we could not use the coffee pot in the kitchen due to the outlets not working. 5. The silverware in the drawers were dirty and needed to be cleaned. We paid about $135 for a cleaning fee, so you may want to provide the cleaning staff with a checklist of things to do before new vacationers arrive. The PROS still outweighted the CONS!!
