Great option for a Disney vacation.”
The stay was simple with no breakfast or transportation but it had everything we needed. We stayed for 8 nights and they cleaned our room once on the fourth day which was fine. There is a McDonald’s and a 7/11 next door, so we would get some food there. We used Lyft and Uber to get to and from the parks. It worked out well since the parks were only 5 to 10 miles away. Much cheaper than getting a hotel in the park or renting a vehicle.

Always a very warm welcome from the staff, Very clean room with all the facilities required. Great location, within easy driving distance to parks and outlets, quiet area. Always our preferred choice for our stays in Kissimmee.

Great Stay at the Destiny Palms”
The hotel has a friendly staff and is very clean. The owner is hands on and spoke to us everyday we were there. He was super friendly and offered us water and ice on our way out every day. We will be back for our next dance competition at ESPN . Thanks Chuck for making it an enjoyable experience.

Were asked for Credit card to check-in”
I didn't get to stay there. The day before, i called them and asked about deposit and i was told no deposit, just a card on card which would be ok by Apple Pay as well. Well, i booked through Agoda and when i got there, they told me that, i have to have a credit card on file to check in which i never ran into before. Kind of wierd, cause a lot of travelers are foreigners who may not have the a US credit card.

Hotel is in dire need of a total renovation. The manager and staff are wonderful and work hard to keep it pleasant. The breakfast needs upgrading. It is a high carbohydrate meal. Frozen everything though the area was kept very clean during the meal.

The room is on the small side but its high quality. Great shower.... Basic cable stinks but I brought a Roku device. Great location, quiet, friendly and professional staff. I would definitely stay here again. A solid value.

No bathtubs in the rooms!”
When we first got to our room, we immediately noticed there was only a shower. No bathtub. I went down to the front desk to see if we could get a room with a bathtub. She apologized and informed me that none of the rooms have bathtubs. We have one small child who still takes baths. That was one of the inconveniences. The “free” breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, microwave pancakes and toaster waffles. No fruit (except for the juice). The room was really small and tight. I have to say that the one shining spot was the customer service. Great staff!

Old and moldy”
I chose this place based on the excellent reviews, location, value and amenities. In reality there are lots of surrounding places which offer the same. This location is a former Sleep Inn. The carpets and flooring are dirty and the bathrooms are moldy with bugs in the corner. A sign posted in the breakfast area alerted customers to the following: “if you turn on your Heat, it may smell and cause the smoke alarms to go off. Just turn on your bathroom fan and notify the front desk.” This pretty much sums up the property. Ask if you can inspect the room before you check in.
