Best place to stay”
This is a good place to stay. Walking distance to hanzomon line, very near to shibuya and shinjuku. Hassle free to take trains. Walking distance to asakusa. For the room it is small but its okay eveyday they will clean the rooms even if you dont request it.

Perfect!”
This was a choice stay! Highly recommend. In particular, I like to get in a run in the morning and this place is located right next to the Imperial Palace grounds; probably the best loop run in the city. Fantastic! Breakfast was great as well! I will be looking for this place again if I have to stay overnight in Tokyo!

Great location ”
Great location and super friendly staff- 2min walk to Hanzomon station and 5min to Imperial Palace loop. Some good restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurants where quite good as well. Only criticisms would be the lack of guest laundry which means a 10min walk to the nearest coin laundry, and the in-hotel wi-fi was really patchy. The single rooms where very small but perfectly adequate but could do with some more clothes hanging space, particularly on longer stays. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good location, just about 2 to 3 minutes walk from the station. A lot of convenience stores and coffee shops are also available within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful Staff”
Full time helpful staff at the front desk. They were great and helped send my extra luggage and purchases to the airport a week in advance. A great way to finish my travelling Japan without the extra burden of too much stuff. The only down side for me was lack of in house coin laundry. Close to Hanzomon subway station.

Comfy stay ”
It had all we needed. Close to some shops and restaurants and 2 min walk from the metro. Not much else for sightseeing in the area but it's easy to catch the metro around in tokyo. Rooms small but this is normal for Tokyo so we expected it. Very comfortable and clean. Air conditioning and heating in the room. A tiny bit of storage space would have been good but overall enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and they let us store our bags.

Hard Bed”
I loved this hotel for the price and location, and the ease of check in/out. The bed however, was VERY hard for me. Since I was a solo traveler, there was also only 1 pillow on the bed, so I called down to the front desk for an extra and got one no problem, but I still had a fairly hard time sleeping.

Excellent hotel for business travel”
Not much in the way of bells and whistles (no pool or spa etc) but you can conduct business here, have parcels delivered and know that they’ll be taken care of, and generally rely on the attentive, friendly staff. Small rooms which is par for the course in Tokyo but very well priced relative to so many hotels of this caliber in town. Well situated steps from a main line Tokyo Metro stop, Hanzomon Line, which is pretty much dead center Tokyo. 20 minutes from Ueno meaning about an hour from Narita and a little closer to Haneda. The only place I stay in Tokyo these days.

Come to see Tokyo”
All the staff were very professional and friendly, taking extra time and effort to help us . Our room was very clean and warm with a large tv and alarm clock, and the internet speed was very fast on the wifi so we could surf and work with ease on our computers. The bed smelt of fresh linen and was so comfy and warm throughout the night because so much care had been used to create that homely feeling . The bathroom was very well laid out and plenty of towels and a variety of body cleaning products offered to pamper us. It was sad to go, however the staff had a smile ready to welcome our return anytime. I would rate this hotel and service 10/10.
