Noisy building next door”

It was a lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was good with a very good view of the clock tower roundabout with Halong bay as a backdrop. The rooftop bar was fab with amazing views. It was such a pity that they were building next door and started drilling and hammering at 6:00 am. Once the building next door is finished I would highly recommend the hotel

Location and Hospitality is PERFECT”

Whenever I choose to visit Halong - Hon Gai Area, I always stay at this place for the very reason that it's at the very heart of Hon Gai and the view from there is comparable that of a postcard. Food and other relaxing me-time locations are accessible from this hotel- not to mention the staff are very helpful.

Great customer service. Value for money is absolutely 10 out of 10. Staff is very deligent and friendly. I only pay 25 bucks but get service of 5 star hotel or more. Definitely recommend!

Nice hotel but disappointing breakfast ”

Nice location. You can see the Ha Long Bay from the window. Receptionist was very friendly but no one at the hotel can speak English. Very disappointed with the breakfast option. They served me only bread, butter and egg. I would like to suggest, do not go with their breakfast option.
